Guillermo is an Outstanding professional. My hot water heater stopped working and he gave me a call and talked me through troubleshooting and told me where to get part I needed and was very patient and knowledgeable! Could have easily charged a service call plus parts and labor. No charge to me for his help except a great review so here it is. Thanks again so much. Not many like this around any more.

Guillermo and his helper did a timely job. We needed to get moving and he got us the parts and finished fixing our slide out. He even did the warranty work for us.

We're at Admiral Bakersfield with our RV and showered knobs came off. Plus we had a severe leak. They came out and took care of everything at a reasonable price. Try them they're on the spot there for you. Very pleased of his work. We're traveling from Missouri and he will go in my phone so when I come back here I'll know who to call if I have a problem. SOS is the place to call. And the best thing is they come to you so you don't have to hook up and take it out to them. Very happy with this company. Such professionals.

Our experience with SOS was excellent. Very honest, prompt and great communication. Our AC in our Toy hauler was failing, after inspecting and troubleshooting, he worked with our ESP warranty provider to replaced our AC Unit.. Good people! Guillermo is a godsend! He is professional, kind, very knowledgeable, prompt and kept us up to date on his progress. We are pretty new to RVs and he kindly answered questions and helped us with a couple of smaller issues in addition to our generator and A/C issues. He also ran a relay to get our 2nd A/C compressor operating temporarily until the part came in. Had he not done this we would have been uncomfortable in the meantime. Thanks Guillermo! SOS Services are professional and fairly priced RV technicians. I'm the owner of RV Rental business and working with owner - Guermo - closely to service / maintain all of my RVs at his shop and even more convenient that they can stop by your location, identify the issue and get the job done at the spot in timely matter. It's been great experience working with them.

Guillermo arrived when promised, and did a great job. He replaced a flange valve that was difficult to get to and tricky to install. He kept at it until he got it working perfectly. I'll definitely use him the next time I have a need.

Guillermo on A Saturday morning.was here in 45minutes.from the time I called. Our hydraulic jacks would not operate and had a sensor error . reading on the digital display. He was Able to trace the problem to mice or rats chewing the wires to the sensor. Had it repaired in no time. Fast professional and a very fair price.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical
