Beware!!For a $175 service call, Alberto arrived and identified the part # of the leaking valve we pointed out and provided clear access to. He showed me the part was $20, yet the estimate to return was 2 hours labor and $45 each for parts (he suggested we get 2). He couldnt have been there more than 15 minutes. I asked for a business card, but he didn't have any.16 days later, we called to learn the status. We were told they'd check and let us know. 2 days after that Alberto answered the phone and again, would check on it. Then, we called again the next day and left a message and also sent a text. Feeling ghosted, we assumed they were just running a scam just to collect $175 from gullable RVers.Fast forward 4 more days and we get a call that the part is in and he can come that afternoon to install it. He will be there at 1pm. At 2:15 he arrives and installs both parts, which takes 45 minutes, part of the time which he's on the phone. He asks me to pay for the parts and 2 hours labor. I say that's not right, you haven't been here 2 hours. He tells me that I signed the estimate and I owe him for 2 hours. After some back and forth, he finally takes off 1/2 hour, which leaves me only paying DOUBLE the time it took, plus the initial $175 service call, which included no labor. I asked him to email me a copy of the invoice, which he didn't. I requested an invoice again a few days later, and when I received it was shocked to learn that we were charged a 2 day air shipping fee of $46.81! Now, I'm really upset. We've paid $521 for 2 visits, $40 worth of parts and less than an hour of labor in total.I sent an email asking why I paid 2 day air when we waited 22 days for service?? I got a response from Lucy asking for my payment info for a refund. A week later I inquired to the status and was told the info had been sent to accounting and it (not sure of the amount) would be refunded in 24-48 hours. Since then I have sent 2 more emails and received no response. It has been almost a month since the refund was promised and I assume it will never arrive. It's too bad RV Pro has such poor business practices, because I do believe Alberto has good technical skills. Just be prepared to pay through the nose and never expect a reply when you reach out to them beyond getting your card # for $175 before you'll even be scheduled.

We traveled in our brand new Grand Design Imagine XLS from Bend, Or to San Diego, CA. We lost all power while camping and the Grand Design tech made a diagnosis over the phone and we called RV Pro on their recommendation to come fix it. The communication with Lucy was stellar. She tried her best to get a tech out the same day, but let us know when they had to move it to the next morning when the tech's job ran long. Alberto came the next morning and did his own diagnosis and found the issue. He had the power back up within 90 minutes all while explaining the issue to us so we could learn more about the 12 volt system. We were super impressed by these knowledgeable, friendly people. Now we can continue our trip! Thank you!

We had a bumpy start to our service call. Glad to have found a mobile repair person to check out our AC unit. Was scheduled to come out to Rv park and called me one hour before appointment to say that they were going to be one hour late. Still working on the previous appointment. I told him not to worry as long as if I got the same treatment for my problem. Two and a half hours later they called and asked if it was OK to not come out today. I told him no because we had to get AC fixed. Heat wave here in town. He got here spent less than five minutes looking at the AC unit never checked the rooftop unit just turned on/off thermostat.Told me that fan motor needed replaced. Gave me quote for replacement motor and left. I didn t feel comfortable with our transition and called them back a few hours later. We were able to talk about our transition and both were apologetic. So we decided to replace the whole unit. They ordered one and came back two days later to install. Great easy peasy installation quick and back to cooling down the RV.So would I use RV Pro again? Absolutely.

I was 2700 miles from home and needed a new muffler tailpipe (old one had fallen off), body work on bottom of vehicle, and new slider gears for my brand new Class A Thor Palazzo RV. I waited 2 weeks after they initially told me I could bring my RV in before they were actually ready to work on it. I needed the RV back in two weeks, but they kept it way longer. When they couldn't find a replacement tailpipe, I gave them the number of a place in Long Beach who had the part and the number of two closer, in-network service shops who might have the part ion stock. They never contacted any of these places. The slide work was under warranty and I arranged for expedited delivery of new slide gears from the factory. However, George gave the contact person the wrong address for delivery (address given was old office across the street). I managed to alert the warranty dept who was able to stop the shipment from returning to Indiana. If I hadn't managed to get through to say I was picking up the vehicle at the end of the day, he probably would have taken longer to effect repairs. He was proud of the slide work he did. However, the slide went out of alignment two days later while I was returning to the East Coast. The damage it caused was extensive and included ripping the gasket and its rivets from the chassis, damaging the floor, and more [see photo].Only one side of the vehicle's body was worked on and the cosmetic repair was incomplete. George claimed the insurance adjuster told him not to repair the other side; the adjuster had to redo the estimate to remove the money he was going to get for repairing both sides. It was not the first untruth we caught him telling. Most of my emails, phone calls, and text messages went unanswered. When I picked up the RV, George was surprised that I needed the vehicle back over one week earlier. Seems like he never read his messages, and he blamed his part-time office manager for ignoring the messages. He said she was not in that day so we couldn't check with her, but I later found out that she was in because the insurance agent had talked with her (same phone number as George's phone) earlier. After traveling home, I called to talk with RV-Pro about the vehicle and what they did. Beside the dust which was present, they apparently needed to remove the molding over the front bunk bed slide motor and they never replaced the safety pins. So, the bunk bed fell down while I was driving and it was now out of alignment [see photo]. I don't know what damage was done from that because the vehicle is now in the shop where I purchased it. RV-Pro has once again not returned any of my calls or messages. If I could rate them a "0", I would. Had I not entrusted them with my vehicle, there would have been thousands of dollars less in repairs. I had to make the cross country trip without a tailpipe. George told me it wasn't necessary! I guess he never read all the issues - heat, exhaust fumes, melted plastic - which can occur. Either that, or he is ignorant about these things. In either event, I wouldn't trust this shop to fix anything.Service: Body & Trim

Had an appointment 12/16/2022, I text (received confirmation reply) to confirm the appointment on 12/15/2022 and they never showed up, never returned a phone call or text, and had the audacity to charge my card $125. Will not recommend. Leaving it with my bank to dispute the charge.

The electric step on our Class A motor coach broke. We are 2500 miles from home, so had no idea who to call. I found RV Pro online and called immediately. Lenore was very nice and said the tech would be out that same afternoon. George arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. He ordered the motor and promised delivery and installation the following day. He was there by noon and had the repair completed in less than an hour. He gave us some tips to keep it from happening again. He gave us advice about using our awning in the wind and also reviewed the mechanics of our slides with my husband and advised him what to do if they ever malfunction. From start to finish, this was a very pleasant experience. Lenore was very friendly on the phone and George was, likewise, very personable and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!

Nice people but nice didn t get the job done! Called repeatedly to get and update on ordering a part for my oven but got nothing but, we will call you back or waiting to hear back from the manufacturer about a warranty part . Funny how I got right though to the manufacturer and they said to have RV Pro call and could ship the part out same day. Don t think they even called. Wasted my time and $100 on the service and had to hit the road without a working oven.Campland By The Bay should reconsider recommending them.......

We parked our RV there for a few months and the place and price was very convenient. The unfortunate part is that we had to work around their schedule to pick up and return OUR RV...not to mention OUR RV was only available to us Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m. we take OUR RV on the weekends but RV Pros is not Open. They also needed advanced noticed for us to pick up or return OUR RV . We didn't have any access to OUR RV without notifying them. They also wanted our keys because they play musical cars and move cars to their convenience. I picked up my RV today because the gate was unlocked and 45 minutes later, I get a call from Ernestina stating that I have to leave, and they already rented out my spot. I paid until the end of the month and I have 8 days left. At this point, I want my pro rated rate of the money left for the end of the month. These people are ridiculous and thinking that they are getting my keys to my RV and not having the ability to have access to my RV. In addition, I am also replacing my toilet because the rats from the space at through the wires. I understand that it is close to the canyon, but I have never had this issue with rats. Place is very unprofessional and I would never deal with them again, and I will tell all my friends with RV's not to go with them because you will not be happy.

updated review: this company is unreliable and their system is a mess. George (the father) knows his stuff but is very jaded with the industry and does not communicate well unless in person (when everything changes). Alberto (the son) has no business working on repairs, every single repair was half-tailed, incomplete, failed, ended up costing more then it ever should, and caused more problems then fixes. Their office is based in mexico and doesn't communicate properly with George or Alberto. Their invoicing is a joke and you have to follow up to get corrections every single time. Manufactorers did not approve the costs or quotes that RVPRO provided and every "repair" they did required someone else to come back behind them to actually complete the repair and fix. I would advise going elsewhere

In a nutshell, this company lacks customer service after point of sale and does not hold true to fair business values. We purchased a used refrigerator for a diesel pusher coach and had them install it as well. During installation, they scratched the front of the fridge doors. I emailed them requesting either compensation to fix, or for them to fix the scratches themselves. They stated the damage was already there, and they even have pictures to prove it. When I asked for the pictures, I was told they had been erased (what's the point of taking pictures if you erase them a day later?).Finally, they admitted to scratching the fridge, but claimed our driver was okay with the damage. I explained our driver had no authorization to approve the damage, and they should have called me for this issue. Needless to say, they will not return my emails anymore. As a side note, the fridge was absolutely filthy with mold inside when we received it. A quick wipe down before delivery would have been appreciated.

Came out weeks ago to look at our heater in our new 5th wheel. Despite us insisting that it only randomly worked - he assured us we just needed to turn it up. Of course it wasn t working and we ve tried to get him back out for over a month. We paid him his $100 fee and he never returned again. He told us he would be at our 5th wheel this morning so we left Christmas Day to come back and wait for him. We saw him servicing another rig in the park this morning and then he took off. We left messages all day.He knows we ve been without heat and he knows my disabled son caught pneumonia so we are paying thousands for our spot at this resort yet not staying in it because of the heat. Didn t call another company because Jayco referred us to them as this is still under warranty. I ll be filing a complaint with Jayco and writing reviews on every place I can. Ruined our stay here, ruined Christmas. Doesn t even have the courtesy to call us back. Bad bad business. Don t pay cash so you can dispute the charges.

Do not use this service, had RV detailed and there is visible dirt and dust everywhere, I asked to have it redone and they agreed but only cleaned the areas I showed them were still dirty. They did not detail it but charged me for it although they just did a spot cleaning. My order also requested an inspection, they charged me full price and replaced the batteries and sealed areas of the roof but I found out later that there are a lot more items that need repair. This order also included having breaks installed in my SUV to tow my RV, but after one trip the wires they installed melted to my muffler. They are very nice people, but they are thieves.

Ripped me off big time. Pulled generator starter for rebuild. No contact for two & a half weeks even after I called and left messages for Jorge. Finally calls brings back starter motor which had a faulty bendix. No rebuild only changed brushes. Re-installs and guess what the bendix is still not engaging flywheel. Charge- $100 trip fee upfront (not applicable to repair cost) and 3.5 hrs labor at $100/hr. Total $450 for absolutely nothing. Also he removed my rear bumper and was suppose to bring back the trailer plug but never returned it. Stay away....far,far away.

Called them for service. Guy showed up, took my insurance information, said, that he will call to insurance for approval, and will let me know. Never did. I was calling them for 5 days since, few times a day for the status, and every time was assured that they are about to proceed. Finally I gave up. In my appreciation, this company lacks customer service and a basic professional attitude.

had appointment and 30 minutes past appointment time, still not there so I called and lady told me she'd call me back. 30 minutes later, still no update so I called back again and she said tech would be another 30 minutes to show. That is 1 1/2 hrs past appointment. No thanks. Guess they aren't interested in making first impression or respecting people's time waiting for them to show or at least call to say their running late. Don't waste your time

5 years ago my wife and I called RV Pro to come look at my refrigerator. I did all the work pulling it out and getting it ready for inspection (I am an engineer). His wife told us he was in the area and there would be no service charge. He came into the fifth wheel, looked at fridge, and told us he was not sure what was wrong. He was here for less than a minute. Then he tried to charge us an $85.00 service fee. When I refused to pay he called me a "jew bastard" (I'm Catholic, by the way) and said he was going to call the police. We never heard from him again an I actually fixed the fridge myself by replacing the coil. It sounds like his business practices haven't changed.

Absolutely horrible. Whatever you do, do not use these people. Came out to look at my RV, took $100 from me for showing up. Took a piece of my electrical to replace it, never showed up and then refused to answer any of my calls ever since. All I wanted was my part back. Pretty much came out and stole from me.

Worst RV repair place in San Diego. Jorge and his staff have poor communication skills and over-charges on warranty work. They did not return our deposit. Take your RV to any other place except this company.
