First off, shout out to Ray and Adrian for being amazing peeps to talk to and sign off with. They've been amazing people and really made the customer experience enjoyable. Both men shared really interesting stories that made, my wait before getting my wheels changed, more fun. They're really amazing personalities and I enjoyed being there, I felt welcome.Besides that, the wheel experience was seamless. I found RAW from an ad online on Instagram, and I guess the algorithm knew I wanted to rims for the baby, so I looked at their website and spotted some Replica Hellcat Rims. I downgraded from 22' to 20' and looked at them and said, yep these are the ones! So I went to RAW in Chula Vista and first met Adrian who was very welcoming, and was super transparent on the companie's policies! And I was happy about that because some places around in Chula Vista, totally not naming a certain audio shop, had attempted to make me slowly pay for a contract that had doubled in amount in secret, if I hadn't read the email. Thankfully I did, but with RAW-- they fully opened up to it and disclosed the terms and conditions and was happy on how transparent Adrian was. I waited about 4-5 days? Something like that, for the wheels to show up and they showed up! HOWEVER, for about 1-2 weeks my cars fusebox had stopped working and I was worried that they would be upset with the issue. Adrian and Ray however, when they called in to check with me, were very understandable with the situation I was in and allowed me to walk-in and get the wheels sorted out and installed. Once installed, Ray further acknowledged the contract terms and what I would be looking to pay at the end of the day.Today, I got my wheels installed and gosh they are so beautiful. I'm in love with them. If you're looking to get rims/tires for your car, you should definitely consider RAW. The customer service alone, with their lenient pricings make it hard to pass on.Thank you!

I went to an employee name AdrianWas amazing customer service helped me out when I knew nothing what I need he was on top of helping me out he didn t stop till he made sure what I needed and figured it out I left happy totally recommend ask for Adrian he s a good help make sure your taken care of

I m not usually big on reviews, but I gotta give credit where it s due. If you want customer service to go beyond the experience you d expect from a business, Adrian at the desk will for sure make you feel like a solid friend. Adrian & Matt are my heroes

Classic store, no complaints they always are respectful, responsible, courteous and make it happen. Definitely going back ASAP.Nothing wrong with a company giving you options to pay and trusting you to come through. Building that repoir with Rent A Wheel is a must you will go back as I am. Alright now hopefully you find your tires, as I know you will.

Big shout out to the boys down at Rent A Wheel, Chula Vista!! From start to finish Adrian in sales made the whole wheel buying process a walk in the park. He was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the exact style and fitment I was looking for, and tailored a payment plan that worked with my budget. On top of that, after installing the wheels, he surprised me with some complimentary car care products on tha house!!! Great service and kept it , couldn t ask for more. Thanks Adrian in sales!!!

Adrian at Rent A Wheel is one of the kindest, best human beings you ll ever come in contact with. He is helpful he s knowledgeable , Adrian continues being helpful he gave me a chance when nobody else would even when you get behind in your payments, they still try to work with you.I have had many illness issues and they are so kind and understandingThank you guys

Great customer service and very friendly staff. Totally go out of there way to get what you want. They walked me through the process step by step and was approved for my rims and tires. I decided to hold off and save a little before finalizing everything. I recommend Adrian or Anthony at the location. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for everything guys and see you in a few. They also have a good warranty once everything is finalized. I highly recommend this team.

First I would like to start by saying the customer service was excellent!!! They were very knowledgeable and informative. They worked really hard to get me the best price they could for the rims I wanted. So the customer service is 5 stars without question. Now, with that being said, the reason for the rating is because we were still unable to come to a deal. The reason being is that they were too overpriced. Going as low as corporate would even allow them to go, the cost was still too high. I ended up getting a full set of 20 rims and tires with installation, warranty, and everything for $1000 less than the lowest they could go. It is not the fault of the employees at the shop but the fact that the cash price is still $1000 more than another shop is definitely going to hurt their sales. If it was a matter of one or two hundred, it might be less of an issue but $1000 is a lot of money. Especially when other shops also offer financing with 90 day same as cash. Hopefully corporate will see this and give them some more freedom to make a deal work out.

Anthony Smith is literally the best at his job. I moved from Northern California and travel a lot. He recommended great tires for traveling, made the process so easy and explained everything so well. I appreciate his services and definitely recommend this business if you need new tires/rims.

I would give 0 stars if I could. First I was told that I was approved for wheels and tires. I even had to pay a special order fee for the rims I wanted. 3 weeks later when the wheels were in I went in I was told the documentation I submitted was not acceptable. When I started the process I was told it was acceptable. I was set up for a whole instalation only to be turned away the day of. Seems like the people there need more training in what they do. You can't just approve people and then deny them. Not to mention the special order fee I paid that I was not refunded. Really unprofessional awful service.

Adri�n the sales manager is very knowledgeable on what best suits your situation financially and will be the best for for your car. Anthony the store manager will bend over backward to get you into a set of wheels and tires you want at a price you can afford. It was a great experience personally

First of all I would like to mention that it is my second time getting tires at RAW and not a single issue. All the guys working there are very helpful and kind.If you need special attention and more importantly a good customer service ask for Adrian Macias he's very professional.Thanks Adrian.Thanks RAW.

Everyone here at Raw wheels were great and super professional. Adrian and the manager took the time to listen and get me the rims and tires that I wanted and not what was in stock which typically other places will do. Can t say enough good things about their team. Super satisfied with the service. They will always be my go to guys for rims and tires. Merry Christmas guys.

Was referred by my best friend to get some new wheels. Let me just tell you, Adrian is very good at his job. He will get you the tires that you want at a payment that works for you. When it came time to install my wheels there was a little situation where it wasn't finished in the time specified. The manager on duty at the time, Anthony, took care of everything and got me on my way. I am so happy with my new wheels and tires that I am pretty sure I cried at one point. Thank you so much RAW.

Have probably got 5 sets of rims and tires with RAW, 3 or 4 frm this location in the past. Decided to try again as a trial, to see if I wanted them on my new car. Unfortunately this time seemed to be a lil disappointing. Why? Well before I could say I want 22's, they say okay. I look for something I liked that was in stock, they just put them on. Pay for them weekly or however. Add the warranty since my not paying in full. Done, Simple. Today, it was, not sure that is a size for this car. They look up my car in system. Sorry not safe so can't put that size. Recommend smaller size if want payment plan. Otherwise, pay in full and they will put the size I want. Not what I was expecting after a 30 min drive. Bummer

I just had a excellent experience finding the right rims and tires for my car! I chatted with Adrian who helped me get the tires I needed for my truck not to mention an affordable payment plan.
