First and foremost I have to apologize because this review is a couple months overdue! I would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service and overall support. I brought my 10 year old RAV 4 here thinking that it might be done for, and left with a brand new car. Maggie was so understanding, kind, and always took the time to explain to me what parts were needed for what and always tried to find the best price for me. Overall, I am so grateful to her and her whole staff for the amazing work they did on my RAV 4. It gives me such a peace of mind knowing that I don't have to go hunting for an honest and trustworthy mechanic if my RAV 4 ever needs service again. I will definitely be coming back here from now on for any other check-ups and routine service my car needs. So if you are reading this review and wondering if you should get your car serviced here, please do!!Once again, thank you Maggie and to all the On Broadway Auto Care staff for their amazing work!

I ve been coming to On Broadway for about 4 years and have always had a great experience. From the moment I walk in Maggie, at the desk, always greets me with a cheerful and upbeat attitude. I always feel at ease with the information and detailed explanations of any of the work required on our family cars from both Ms. Miriam and the mechanics she has working for her. Highly recommend! Love the service received from Maggie & Miriam ! They are great went the extra mile and VERY VERY VERY intelligent with this entire process ! Not only did they give incredible service to every person I saw but had knowledge on every car so far ! My car is a bit of a challenge and Maggie identified an issue it had that I have had inspected .Right off the back knew before the diagnosis.

I had an exceptional experience at this shop. The front desk scheduled me in within a matter of minutes, when I was in a rush. On top of that, they got my vehicle in and out within the hour for an oil change. I was treated very well and they took the time to even delve deeper into my engine to make sure I didn t have any other underlying problems. When they found that my air and engine filters were extremely dirty and unchanged even after multiple oil changes from other garages: this shop was the first one to let me know how congested those filters were. Great service! Thanks to the whole staff for their attention to detail and support.

On Broadway Auto Care is the perfect auto shop. They accurately assess my car every time, while providing a transparent estimate with no hidden fees. Miriam gives estimates on time of completion and she makes sure the car is finished by that time so I can always go about my day without worrying. My family and I had a vehicle emergency and these guys were amazing! Great service, friendly staff and an unbeatable price for master mechanic services! Unfortunately I have to rate this a low star. I don t do reviews but I felt like this one was much needed. I would always come here to get work done on my cars and would even recommend family and friends.Unfortunately this time I recommended my brother to get work done on his car, didn t think it would take them 6 months to fix it. I would call constantly and they were either always waiting on parts or ordering damaged parts which would damage other parts of the engine and delay everything. We were told that the car would be ready on the same week for months. The lady that works in the front desk was starting to feel bad for us because she understood the frustration we were having and even told me the loudest in the room gets priority she said basically I need to come in hot and start causing chaos so that my car could get pushed and finished faster. Well we did voice our concerns to the owner and she said I can help look for parts since it s not that easy for your car well first of all I m paying you guys for the service I m not your employee to be searching and browsing parts for you. We finally we got our car back and we were held responsible for their faults and errors. I updated all of my friends and family not to come back to this shop ever again.

I recently took my car to OnBroadway Autocare and was thoroughly impressed with their service. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they provided me with a detailed explanation of what needed to be done on my vehicle. The repair work was completed quickly and efficiently, and the pricing was fair and reasonable. Very great customer service, my first time going to this auto shop and I honestly recommend this place. They went beyond there service and offer to help me to look for a rental while my car had to stay a couple of days to get fixed. The owner and her assistant honestly do their best to work with you. I can say I have never been treated with such a great customer service in any other place. I completely recommend this place to ask for quotes to get your car fixed very honest people.

Before using the services provided by CV Auto Repair, I read several reviews from various customers. I found a mixed bag of reviews from very positive to rock bottom negative.All I needed was a CA DMV Brake and Lamp Inspection with Certificates. The price seemed reasonable, so I let Victor's crew do the job. All I needed to pass the Lamp Inspection was to change 3 bad light bulbs which cost me only an extra $30.00. The brakes passed. There were no nefarious shenanigans with overcharging, unnecessary repairs, over priced parts, or any of the other horror stories I read about in about 3 or 4 negative reviews. My car passed the Lamp Inspection. I got both of my certificates. Now I can continue my business with the DMV.I'm a happy customer of Chula Vista Auto Repair.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Brakes

My encounter with On Broadway Auto Care started as a pure coincidence when I first drove to the shop months ago due to part replacement. In each of the three instances it was one of the most economical and a professional mechanic work I have received ranging from brake pads and discs to suspension to all other linkage parts replacement.The proprietor owner of the business is very organized and friendly and so are the mechanics. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I've been taking my vehicles to CVAC for about 3 years now. I am always impressed by their speed and effective strategies on getting my car repaired and back on the road. I use them for smog services and repairs. Their services are not always the cheapest but definitely competitive. I would recommend all my buds to talk to Eddie.

Literally the worst customer service I ve ever experienced in my entire life.Technician on the phone asks me for my information such as my name rudely interrupts me and says I don t need your last name I have 3 customers here waiting for an oil change just give me your make year and model of your car then places me on hold.Prior to to that I asked if I can make an appointment same day and he says sure. Gives me no other information and I tell him I d like to make an appointment at 4pm. His reply is nope that s too late we close at 5 last oil change is at 330. Ok great why didn t you tell me that in the first place?Whoever answers the phones there has zero customer service skills and sounds like they hate their job and their life. Please don t do business with them.

If you have car issues, Eddie and his guys are your solution!!!I went to his shop originally for just repairs needed to pass smog and other engine troubles. Total cost of repairs could have been over 1000 bucks. Was out the door at 750!!!! Car is running great now with no check engine light staring at me! These guys know what they're doing and I'd recommend to anyone. Will definitely be coming back with any other issues that arise.

Horrible place. Used a groupon to get an oil change. Had an appointment for 930am and they were extremely rude. Took them over 2 and a half hrs to do. At one point the mechanic stopped to buy a popsicle and eat it, all while I'm waiting for my car. Then 3 days later my car has ZERO oil in it. They claimed I had an oil leak, but when I got it checked there was no such thing. They're scammers. Definitely dont go there and dont trust groupon.

Biggest rip of ive ever seen. Took truck for breaks and lamps, guy took all tires off barely even looked and said just talk to Victor who I'm guessing is head mechanic. He told me I needed new pads and slight light adjustment. Ok how much? $150 for the pads, $40 for the light adjustment thats on top of the $70 just to look at it and another $50 for the certificate.... $310 total! Not to mention they knew I needed to go to DMV and they tried pressuring me into doing it "because without it DMV won't even talk to me" when in reality the DMV inspector didn't ask for anything at all. Went somewhere else $80 for the breaks and $65 for checking, light adjustment and certificate.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Bring your car here .you will appreciate piece of mind of having your car be efficient. Had a accident and rear suspension was completely repaired replaced. I took my car to an A/C service and they said that the valv was broken and they had to change both of them, and they said it gonna be $140 but Eddie said that he is gonna give me a disc. So the total is $120.So I was happy with my discount and once the car was ready Eddie told me that the total was $236.He never mention that amount before or not even $200 dlls.I was very disapointed because but he did not care, He said that I have to pay that and thats it.I am not coming back again, they should tell the costumer the total amount before they charge you for any repair.

They did good except for one thing, the guy said I didn't need a smog check when I went to the DMV the clerk told me that I needed smog check, I said, WHAT!!! NO! so my process is not complete. I don't know what to think. I went there for a regular smog check for my 2010 Murano, only 71K miles, and at the end the guy told me I needed a transmission service didn't think anything of it. Later that day I was on the road for about 5 hours and towards the end, my murano could no go up a hill. I never had any issues with the transmission but is is a coincidence or foul play?

Cheapest brake pad replacement I ve found in Chula Vista. $60 for a replacement $40 for the pads down the street at AutoZone with a lifetime warranty.Got it done the same day, drove out very happy that I can Stop my car again
