Hate to post such a low score but all I needed was an alignment, the mechanic tells me to that ball joints and a tie rod needed to be replaced because they were damaged to fulfill the alignment, he quoted me $500-$600 including the alignment. I thought that was astronomical, ball joints are only 50 bucks each and tire rod as well. I figured I could save me 300 to $400. If I do it myself, today I drove over to my friends house so I can use his tools when we took the wheels off we noted that the ball joints are perfectly firm and intact. The gaskets are not busted and everything is tight and secure. Didn t have to change anything. Went elsewhere and had the alignment taken care of.

We t here a couple months ago for a popping noise when pulling into a parking spot. They said the couldn't hear any noise,but said that maybe it was the Ball Joints,but couldn't guarantee that would take care of the popping noise. Paid around 250 and still made the popping noise. Took it back,and they couldn't find what was making the noise. They said wait until it gets worse. Well that's the whole reason while I took it to get looked at in the first place. So nothing would get worse. Doesn't make sense. Took it to another mechanic,and he tightened up all the bolts from under the frame. That was a done deal,no more popping noise. So it wasn't the Ball Joints at all. So be careful,and maybe it's worth getting a 2nd opinion elsewhere. Not sure why they would says it's one thing,and it turns out,isn't the problem at all.

I came in to the shop with a snapped exhaust and alignment concerns after getting pulled out of a mud pit. Jr got to work right away fixing my exhaust. I got some super tacos at el rancho. By the time I got back my truck was ready. The alignment was good. The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. I would recommend this shop to anyone. They help out military. Ask Jr about racing down in Baja to hear some cool stories. I can t say enough good things about this shop! Muchas gracias para todo!

I had used a popular discount tire company to replace a flat and rotate my tires. They ended up stripping a lug nut on one wheel and 2 lug nuts on another wheel. I was only in town for days before having to drive 1,100 miles south back to Cabo. I could not make this drive without repairing the damaged wheels first. I called many places before one company recommended Ledezma. I spoke with Oscar (owner) and explained my situation. He said he would order parts and to come back in a couple hours. The fix was quick and easy. I'm surprised other tire shops do not provide this added service. Oscar was extremely knowledgeable and he tested and retested every lug on the two wheels.And went the extra mile. He even removed a broken airfoil and gave the underbody a thorough inspection knowing I had a long drive ahead - no charge. He pointed out couple smaller things but added they should not compromise my safety for the drive back. He could have upsold me easily on the fix but did not. They fixed my down front pipe for an decent price but because they were so close to my place it s pretty convenient to get it fixed to pass the smog test.Super fast job on the car.

Great place to get your car serviced. Family owned and the techs in the yard won't scam you for your money. I've been coming to this shop whenever I need new brakes or alignments and all my muffler deletes.

I have known the Ledezmas for years. They are not only knowledgeable but upfront with the right pricing and honest. I keep brining my Jeep in for any suspension or exhaust work.

I usually don t leave reviews but this place was great. I had my truck go in for a muffler delete and they were very helpful. The person that had actually done the exhaust was very nice and made sure everything was done correctly. I don t really trust anyone working on my truck so I was basically watching the whole time. I brought my vehicle in and he got right to work. He even gave me a few revs afterwards to let me know what it sounded like. Overall great service and I will be recommending this place to friends and family.Service: Exhaust

These guys are scammers. Go in and they say that this needs to be replaced but when you drive off, the problem wasn't fixed and a new problem arises. They said it needed more work done. Why just verify all problems and tell us the actual amount so we can decide if we can afford it, instead of charging us one thing and telling us later there's more problem after we paid you. Your mechanics aren't good or is that how you guys scam people.

Took my car in for an alignment. They were able to accommodate me last minute. They called me to let me know of a cancelation and was earlier than expected. My car drives straight as an arrow.

Aligned a minivan here that was turning right. After alignment it was still turning right so brought it back and they Re checked it. The flipped the tires it was a radial pool. I bring all my vehicles here they know their stuff.

Went here thinking it was a good place because of the reviews. I showed up there and guy helping me looked like he was not happy at his job. I asked him what I wanted and he looked at me like I was making him do something he didn t want to do. all I wanted was my truck lifted. He said he will try and find parts and took my number. He said I ll call you tomorrow as in leave please. Never heard back from him. Rude dude. Don t go there. Waste of time.

What a great business! Drive in after getting a shocking quote from Meineke to install a catback exhaust on my Ram. Price was more than reasonable but the best part was they took my truck straight to the lift and got the two hour job done in an hour and a half. That blew my mind. Very friendly folks and a great value. Definitely going back again. You gotta consider giving your business to this shop.Service: Exhaust

Took my car in for a broken control arm replacement. (It had been in an accident before I bought it). They inspected it and found a few other problems. Repaired and replaced most of the front suspension.. which it needed badly, quickly using quality parts. Part cost was super competitive, and turn around was less than a day! Referred by B&J Auto a few years ago, and they were super professional, fast, gave me plenty of options and coached me on the most economical solution to meet my need. Today i went in for a noisy exhaust, and Jason immediately put it on the lift and brought me under to show me what was up with the muffler. Then went thru my options from lowest price to some really nice high-performance. Helped me make the right choice for my needs and had the work completed in less than an hour from pull up to drive away. And at an unbeatable price! Met Oscar, as well, and he asked if I was fully satisfied with the speed, quality & experience. More than satisfied, Ledezma family! I won't be going anywhere else for this type of work! It's great to know that there are still family-owned shops that truly care, with exceptional professionalism, quality work and the best prices.

Prices are very reasonable. Owner was very understanding with all the work I needed done to my 4X4 Honda Passport. My vehicle required the installation of correct catalytic converters and Ledezma's did the job right. My vehicle passed smog with flying colors! I highly recommend this shop for all your vehicle exhaust work. They do a very clean and accurate job.

Best place in town for alignment and exhaust repairs. Always gets the job done for a great price. I have had 2 catalytic converters replaced here on a couple of my Volvos and they always do a great job. Nice family run shop.

Just before leaving on vacation, my resonator got damaged. Midas was out of business, the guy at Pep Boys sent me to Ledezma's. When I got there the place was busy. They got to me right away and gave me a time and cost estimate. They were done on time for the estimated cost. Every one was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Could not believe it, there are still auto shops that are honest? If you don't know didley about cars then these are they guys for you. They take time to explain to you the whys and the how's about your cars problem! And to top it off they are not expensive either! You better get your car here before this place is gone!Why do i say this? Because the thief auto shops (which are bout 97% of them) will try and often succeed, close the good and honest places down.

I won't take my ride anywhere else.. The folks here are true professionals who pride themselves in their craft and that's why they've been around for over 50 years...100% upfront with the pricing, they give you the low end and the high end quote give their recommendation but ultimately let you decide.

Just have 2 exhaust manifolds of my 2001 Toyota Sequoia replaced by Ledezma muffler and alignment. I do not normally leave any reviews even in Amazon, but this is something special . From the way Oscar the owner treats me and fully explained the process is superb and beyond my expectations . The kind I haven't even experienced even in expensive car dealerships. But the best of all is he really saved me a bunch of money . Note ,60 percent off dealership quote and with spectacular 5 yrs warranty on labor and lifetime on parts is" HUGE". I had this manifolds replaced in 2 different places but ends up with all the headaches and disappointment. I was even closed to selling this car out of frustration until Oscar came to my rescue. Immediately as I drove off the shop I can tell that the problem is solved. This guy goes above and beyond. I am so pleased and would highly recommend them to my friends, families and co-workers.

Great work. Myself and my buddy get all our suspension work done here. They have saved me quite a few times finishing jobs that were too tough for me to finish in my garage at home. I've had shocks, control arms, bushings, etc done here on my tacoma. My buddy had a full lift kit put on for his Silverado.I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for honest work at a fair price . One of the few mom and pop type shops left in this area of the country. Don't be put off by the size. Small shop with a get it done right mentality.Ps.. I knew i was in the right place by the ranger sitting out front that is fully long traveled out.. summit racing sponsored. These guys know exactly what they are doing.

Needed my car checked out for vibration in steering wheel over 65 mph. They told me to change all brakes and rotors. They did my tire balancing in the front and all wheel alignment as was said to me.After work done, my car stills vibrates over 65 miles per hour and steering wheel shakes.Obviously the problem has not been solved.
