People need to communicate a bit here! Came in no cars waiting thought it would be in and out and found out they never brought my tires from the storage, whatever that means to them! When asked how much longer they said well not sure front desk said 10 min and half hour later still here no respect for peoples time! Time is money for some I missed an appointment that I scheduled 1 hour from this one and still left without tires the storage never got here still had to wait to get my tires back on!!! THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU COME TO AN UNKNOWN TIRE SHOP!! Highly recommend you go elsewhere and spent your $700 wisely might not be much for this shop for me it s how much I lost coming here by missing my appointment

Steven is the man!This is my family's go to spot for used tires and the service is always welcoming and friendly which is the main reason that keeps us coming back. Prices for used tires are average from $50 to $70. Varies in the day I guess. Typically I get them for around $60 but today was $50.Shout out to friendly and great service from Steven. Took care of me right away and I was out in no time. I'll be back for sure! Thanks guys!

I can see why this place has great reviews! So helpful from the beginning to the end. I called, and Augustin had answered all my questions and got my car in same day. Very informational and gave me 3 options to fix my tire and didn t feel like they were trying to take my all my money. Very professional and clean establishment. Thank you so much for really caring about the customer. Very rare these days. Highly recommended and definitely will be back!

One of the many cars I take over to get tires. Pictured is my 1972 BMW 2002. It so happens I ordered tires online on eBay and the rims are from Japan. They took great care in mounting the tires to the rims, where most places wouldn't (stretch tire fit).My other cars do get tires from there. Very affordable and the workmanship is very friendly and professional.

They wanted $70 for a bald tire. I said the lady on the phone said $35-$40. They think women are stupid here. Go to 3130 Main st instead. It s across the street before 4th. Much better price and service.

Had to buy some tires for my wife's car. I did some research and found Hernandez Tires on main St. . I was immediately greeted and helped. Unfortunately, it was something I had to order, but they helped me with that. Lexani 245 45 20run flats. The next day, they informed me that they had arrived and I could come in anytime before 530pm to have them installed. Alex remembered me from the prior day and had me go to Martin, who put them on quickly. If you need tires in the south bay area. Hernandez Tires is the way to go.

Total rip off. Charged $55 for a used tire that literally had no life left. And the tech with the glasses didn t bother to say anything or go over options until he had already put the tires on and it was too late. Never again.

This is the place I usually go to buy tires. They have good prices and friendly staff. I got a good price on new tires for my wife's SUV today 2/13/2018. Highly recommended.

I wouldn't normally give a business 5 stars, but, so far, they've earned it from me. I've been there 3 times (most recently, this morning) and their service has always been great.My car is 10 years old and very high mileage (241K), so I only buy used tires because I don't know how much longer my car will last. They have been very quick to get my car in and service it. I'm also very impressed with the used tires they offer because the ones I've purchased have had great tread for used tires (which they show you and make sure you approve before installing), so you're getting great value for the price, which is very reasonable.For me (especially with cars), when you find a place that treats you well and offers good/great value for what you're getting, you keep going back. Just like a mechanic, there's a lot of them out there and it can be hard to find one you trust. Luckily, in Diego, I have both a trusted mechanic and now a trusted tire shop.I highly recommend this shop

Super Nice! Super Fast! Just super all around. I forgot the gentleman s name who helped me but my kids were sleeping in the car and he said I can stay with them. I had a patch to be fixed. He showed me me the screw that came out of my tire yikes! I 100% Recommend this tire shop.

I was overcharged by $30 from what I was quoted, when I told the manager I wasn t trying to be difficult, he said it s too late you already are, we are not going back there.

OMG, I went here from the reviews that were posted. Everyone was really friendly from the girls who worked the office to the tire technicians. My wife and I were in and out in less than thirty minutes on a four tire change. Again the service was exemplary. All the questions that we asked were answered professionally and with a smile. No joke. Thank you. We had the red Nissan Sentra.

Brought in two tires that were given to me. They quickly took me in, promptly installed the tires and I was as out of there in 15 short minutes. Very friendly and awesome service! Will definitely come back for a set a new tires in the future!

Associate Martin has blessed me with knowledge on everything I need to know and how to maintain my tire the safest way possible Afotable price and awesome customer service. Came in to get a tire patched on my Ford Transit 350 after struggling to find someone to help me get this tire fixed. Service was quick and the customer service was top notch. It is a great place to buy semi new or new tires for your car ,it's a family operated business the first time I went to this shop was back in 1987 and now my kids and son in laws go there thank you for still being there for the community .

Went to buy some used tires. Was greeted very friendly. They looked over the tires & determined i only needed 2 tires, the other 2 they rotated. He said he didn't want to sell me what I didn't need. They finished the job in a timely manner & off I went. Well job done! Give them a try, you won't be sorry.

Hernandez Tire Pros are amazing! I had a flat tire the other day and when most places didn t have time or availability to get me situated I was able to get in and out in under 30 mins! Estevan came through with the 5 star service and I ll be coming here again for sure. Thank you!

This morning was my first time here and I will be coming back. Alex met me in the parking lot before I even got out of my van and asked what I needed. He gave me his recommendations and was up front with the pricing between used and new tires. I was not pressured in my decision and everything was thoroughly explained to me. He made a suggestion about something else to replace and showed me the damaged parts to explain why he was making the recommendations. He and the lady at the counter were very communicative and polite through the whole process. I was also in and out in less than an hour. The only complaint I have it that my steering wheel was left filthy and I had to clean it when I got home. Otherwise a great experience overall.

The front desk younger lady was very rude and not helpful. I don t know anything about tires, this was going to be my first purchase, I wanted a quote, she didn t explain anything and didn t even want to help me find out which tire size where right for my car. The prices she gave me were ridiculously expensive for tire brands I never heard of. I m Never coming back.It s very difficult for females who don t know anything about cars and have no one to guide them, so the fact that this lady has the knowledge and didn t care to help another female is pretty shameful.

Fast service, super friendly. Great customer service, very professional and honest. I have to say I was impressed. They were able to fix my tire (I didn't have to buy a new one). The service was fast, the place is clean (oddly enough because of the nature of the business). I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.
