First let me start off by thanking Manuel and his wonderful son for being understanding and fixing my car. I brought my car in because it had been shaking and not shifting. I left it and within a few hours he called and said the he had found the issue. He fix it and my car is running great. The best part is I didn't have to pay a crazy price. If I ever have any kind of issues again regarding my car I going back and using his service again. If anyone is looking for a great mechanic with overall great quality service, please take the time to see him & use him.

Great work, and great value for a transmission rebuild! My Chevy Express van with over 200,000 miles on it runs perfectly now.One thing they could improve, however, is communication. They had our van for 2 weeks, and never reached out to me with updates after troubleshooting or starting the work. I had to call them after 5 days, then again after another 4 days to learn how things were going.

I was driving on the highway and my (automatic) car just stopped shifting gears, it would not shift out of first gear. I came in to Express Transmissions and the owner was very nice and saw my car right away. He called and recommended a full transmission rebuild which would have cost more than the car was worth. The owner worked with me and found a solution that was much closer to my budget that worked out well. After we worked out the other solution, he had my car up and fixed within a day. Would definitely recommend to any one who is having transmission issues. Awesome customer service.

Manuel was very helpful and provided me with very economic towing Service at $60 DLLs , another towing company was charging me $350 DLLs to tow my vehicle from Downtown San Diego to Mossy Nissan in El Cajon, so I saw the add on the internet and because it had a five star review I gave Express Transmissions a call, and let me tell you that Express Transmissions in Chula Vista CA lives up to their 5 star review, not only did I get Quality Service, Me�o was very courteous and articulate and above all, Very Honest. I will gladly recommend this Transmission Shop to my family and Friends, in fact I asked him for several business cards to give out to my family. Both times I had transmission issues, this was the first place I stopped. They did a transmission flush on my vehicle and it was done the same day! On my other vehicle when the transmission died out, they removed & reinstalled a replacement one for a very low cost! Go see Manuel, he is very knowledgeable and it is very clear he has been doing this for a long time. Thanks again!

My car had been making a noise for some time and went asking around for prices. I steered clear of the dealership knowing they'd charge me through the roof. found this place from a referral, and would you believe it the service was top notch! The place looks dated and can be a bit hard to find, but the value of the work done on my car makes up for it. Fast and cheap. would recommend 10/10

Had the automatic transmission rebuild on my 2000 ram 1500. Was not shifting properly Memo the owner really had to put some work and know how into this job. I drove the pick up to los angeles the same day I picked it up. It drove like a dream.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Tube problemas con mi transmisi�n y por medio de un amigo me pude contactar con Manuel y me informo de la aver�a que ten�a mi caja de cambios as� mismo a un precio muy razonable realiz� la reparaci�n en un d�a, pude apreciar su excelente trabajo y puedo decir que es una persona muy met�dica en su �rea de experisse y la calidad de sus trabajos es insuperable, as� como un excelente trato y precio.
