This place is great and came through when needed, as always.Car got a flat and I was out of town. My wife was able to bring the wheel by and Courtney Tire took care of it. The pricing was well beyond fair and reasonable and they didn't put a single scuff or scratch in any of the wheel paint.Very accommodating for a same day drop off without an appointment, even when they are stacked with work and a full parking lot.Can't thank them enough and will continue to come in for wheel/tire/maintenance/repairs/alignments.Thank you again!

This place is awesome. Dan and his staff are amazingly nice, friendly and helpful. They will bend over backwards to help you. They are not the cheapest, but they are not the most expensive either. Their service is the best. I've never had any problems with their work, and the only time there was an issue, it was resolved instantly. My dad started going to Courtney's decades ago and now my kids take their cars there. I recommend Courtney's to everyone I know.

I got my alignment done today, 9/8/23, asking for -2.5 front camber and -2.0 rear camber with 0 toe. I have adjustable alignment parts btw. But I wasn't given the correctly rear camber and ended up uneven with -1.7 driver side rear and -1.3 passenger side camber. I've been to other alignment shops that could give me a -2.0 rear with no problem at all but for some reason this shop couldn't do it. I noticed the tech didn't adjust my camber plates on my front suspension and only adjusted my camber bolts. I even told him that he could adjust the camber plates but I watched him and he didn't open my hood to adjust it at all. He was probably too lazy to simply pop the hood and adjust the bolts from there like how most of the shops I've been to did. Most likely he messed up my clearance on my car which the car was perfectly fine prior to coming to this shop.Along with that one of my front wheels is starting to making a metal whining noise right after I got my alignment done here. It never made a noise at all before I came to this shop for the first time. I had to go back to the shop after testing driving it around Broadway street because I started to hear the metal whining noise. The front desk guy was nice enough to bring in my car to get it checked up right away then drove my car and he heard the same noise that I was hearing. So the tech brought back the car on the lift and we double checked the car and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. I've never heard that noise before I even came to this shop so I'm worried that more damage has been done to my car.Edit 9/9/23 : I took off my front wheels and found where the whining noise was coming from. The alignment "job" the tech did on my car ended up making my tires rub on my car. Thanks again for this "great" quality job and a waste of my $120 alignment. Never coming back here. I DONT RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR LOWERED CARS.9/13/23: Went back to the alignment shop. I had an appointment at 3:30pm but I had to wait for my car to go in at around 4:50pm right before closing time. I didn't get the correct alignment again. And the car finished at 5:30pm. I watched the same tech work on my car and all he did was adjust the camber bolts again and no camber plates. So yeah don't ever go here if you have a lowered car.

Got me in right away and got my new tires on so quick and the customer service was outstanding! If you are in the market for new tires I highly recommend I will be referring them to all my friends and family thanks again to the team!!!

Frendely great service. In and out in less than an hour. Tire prices were great. I had been quoted from three other sources for two tires for my MKT truck, lowest $570 to $700 and with Courtney I was able to get them for just under $400. Great day and back on the road to Vegas for my granddaughter dance performance.

So DISAPPOINTED,Went in on Sept 5 and got 4 new tires , of course was treated well , as well as you can be treated when you spend over 400. But on the drive home I noticed that my tire sensor was now damaged ( it was not before I went for tires) and was telling me that I now need to have the tire sensor serviced,, so I didn't think that Courtney tires was aware of the problem they caused . So shortly after that maybe a day or 2 went back with my paperwork and I explained what they caused and I was quite shocked to find out that they said I have to pay to have the tire sensor serviced when they are the reason it needs to be serviced in the first place. I cant believe this I am not ok with this , I feel that they may have done the damage by accident then tried to blame me ...not sure . I wish I could speak to someone who has the authority to fix the sensor they damaged while installing my tires , if they don't do the right thing and fix this that's bad business, and I don't want anyone else to have to go thru this. Dear manager, can you please contact me if you are willing to fix the sensor that the tire installer messed up? I would love to be writing a 5 star review but I'm not , my sensor was fine before I went to Courtney tire.

They were very good .A good experience. Knew what they were doing, good price , good service. Was in and out in 2 hours . Thats pretty good for new brakes.

Highly recommend this place always been coming here for the last 25 years. Dealing with Dan and Luis. Great guys here in San Diego best Tires best and prices and brakes in the alignment also highly recommend this place to all my friends and family

Best Customer Service!! Gives you a great product at a great price, family owned, and super friendly. Dan, Zach, and Luis really go above and beyond!! 10/10 would recommend and will continue to only use Courtney tires! Zach helped me find the perfect all season tire, very helpful and great product.

Great shop for your alignment needs. I can t speak towards the other services they provide, but based on how they took care of me I m sure they would show just as much professionalism, quality of work, and attention to detail. The service writers were attentive and technicians friendly and helpful. I had doubts that a shop that didn t specialize in off-road vehicles would be able to manipulate an aftermarket suspension but those doubts quickly dissolved. If your looking for work in Chula Vista or south San Diego area, make sure to check them out.

It's a great place with even better customer service. Sometimes they may be busy, but like all things in life, good things come to those who wait.... or at least that's what people say. For the service, prices, and customer service I rather wait and be treated well than go to another place. Thank you Luis and Neil.

The absolute BEST place to get your tires/brakes! Dan and Zach (sp?) are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

This is the best place to go for all your tire service needs and more! They have taken care of me every time for the last 2 years. Their service is top in the industry and I can't say enough good things about them. Zach has always gone above and beyond with all my requests. Luis has been a pleasure to deal with and will take care of you. They got me setup on my new wheels and I could not be happier. Thanks Guys!

Made an appointment to get my tires aligned after having all 4 replaced. WOW, the service was quick, easy, and efficient. Only took about 45 minutes, it was worth every penny. This was my first time coming here, needless to say, they've earned a new customer!

Dan & Luis are the best! I've been here a few times and it is always the best experience. I was prepared to pay $700 for my breaks. Dropped it off and when I picked it up, turns out it was something super minimal $90 back on the road. I truly appreciate their honesty and superior service! Definitely recommended

These guys were terrific. Was able to make an appointment to have brakes done all the way around. Top notch service. Very friendly staff. The work was completed in a very timely manner. And the truck can stop on a dime. This place came highly recommended and now I know why.

You cannot go wrong by taking your car to Courtney Tires. I have been a patron of those since 1985. He takes care of all of my family s tires and brakes and quite a few of my friends, tires and brakes. I haven t let anybody else touch either my tires or my brakes in all that time. As a single mom I often worry about being taken advantage of and this is not a concern at Courtney Tires. Dan the owner is very customer oriented and goes out of his way to make things right or to make things comfortable for his customers. I know when I had bought a new car one time, the brakes squealed. I took it into Dan and he fixed it even though they didn t put those brakes on that car, he fixed it for me at no cost. I have come to trust him completely, so much so that the couple of times I had other issues like upholstery problems, transmission problems, etc. I ve called Dan and asked him if he could recommend a place and each time he has. It s always a place that has the same attitude towards customers that Dan has. With exceptional work performed. I can t tell you how much I appreciate him and his shop. Courtney tires is definitely worth a drive if you don t live in Chula Vista. You won t be sorry.

I have to say, I saw a previous "shout-out" for Courtney Tire Service on Next Door app and I applauded the person for doing so. These small business need the help. HOWEVER, right after that, I needed 2 new tires. So, I wandered over to their website to find info on my tires and prices. The website only allowed me to send a request for a quote. That was 2 weeks ago. Still waiting for a response. The website is a bit archaic and so is the method. I will look elsewhere. I gave them a shot.

I had a tire shop for many many years, located on main street. They were awesome with service and pricing. Why did I change? They expanded and and although the expansion was good for them they had to make up for the money invested so prices went up and customer service wasn't that personal anymore. I am huge on customer service so, yes, I will look for a new anything if the customer service is not up to par. Luckily I found Courtneys Tires on Broadway. They are by far the best tire shop I have been to(and I have been to many)in San Diego. Their prices are very competitive, add to that their amazing customer service and you hit the jackpot. Edgar is very attentive and goes the extra mile to make sure you receive outstanding service. From a flat to needing to replace your tires their service is superb. Dan, the owner, is also very friendly and accommodating. Everyone here will do their best to make your time at their tire shop a good one. I highly recommend this establishment...5 stars in my book2023The service continues to be outstanding
