had a nail in my tire and visited various tire stores on Broadway in Chula Vista, but all were busy. Chula Vista Tire and Wheel quickly repaired my tire with great attitude. I love the service I received. Try them, you'll feel great. They also offered me 4 new tires for my Prism for $300, installed.

I bought a new set of tires in December of 2022. I now have to replace those tires after less than 1 year. When I spoke to the owner they said I would need to speak to the manufacturer and only offered me $30 off a new set. I was upset as I should be after spending all that money. I ended up buy a new set of 4 tires from American Tire Depot and for less money and longer warranty. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Muy bueno servicio & buenos precios. Todos los empleados y el due�o son muy amables. I like this place so much and highly recommend. It's affordable and they have great service. They're efficient as well. I needed a spare because I got a nail in my tire. They had one in my price range and changed it super quick. I came back days later to get my new tires installed. Again, everyone was super friendly and they treat you like their own niece or daughter.

Jorge makes a great job by suggesting the right wheels for your taste or applications. Prices are better than internet. His crew works fast and clean.Jorge even beats Tire and Rack internet prices.Rims, good quality and nice looking. Judge by yourself, the before and after.

Everyone was extremely helpful upon entering the establishment, gave me a great deal on a tire and wheel package and had me rolling within the hour. No hassle, no pressure. Quick, courteous, professional and happy to answer all my questions. They really go above and beyond with their service. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Got a set of 4 tires from this location one of them won't hold air, I went back to ask them if they could help me. They wanted to charge me to take a look at it after being the tires they installed and once they did they told me nothing is wrong with it and it continues to lose air every night...

Don t come here! We made the mistake of not looking at the reviews first!!!! 8ms for new tires and alignment! My sisters tires wires were already showing! They stated you need to get your alignment every 2 months lmfao they really don t know what they are doing. Thankfully my family didn t get into an accident.

Always have the hard to find sizes in stock. The best prices you'll find. Got two from two front tires then a few weeks later 1 rear. Both times took less than 15 minutes. Cant think of a single negative thing to say.

I highly recommend this place. It's a family run business. The owner is a real good dude. The prices for tires are very fair. Even the deals on rim and tire packages are very good. I've brought both my cars here. They work quick and are very professional

Came into the shop to get my punctured tire fixed and turns out the tire was too damaged to be plugged up. They gave me a great deal on a used tire. The service was fast and amazing, I was literally in and out in 20 minutes. I'll definitely come back in the future

DO NOT COME HERE! Workers were not careful at all with my wheels and ended up scratching them from slamming it onto the tire machine . When they jacked my car they didn t check to see if it was on the correct jack point. They installed extremely low quality 50$ tires and charged me 400$ for the two tires and an alignment. When they did the Alignment they didn't fix the camber at all even after my request. When i called another shop the price would ve been 500$ for a pair of 200$ high quality continental tires. Steer clear of this place.

Take my advice... Go elsewhere! I called in the morning and asked for pricing. I called back again about an hour before driving down to confirm pricing and availability. We arrived and they quickly jumped to remove the tires. I asked for Jorge and was told he was busy. I asked to see the tires and to my surprise, the tires they were installing were different... Like substantially cheaper! Jorge then came out and said they've been selling alot of tires and sorry. I was like what!? I called you an hour ago! And then told his guys to put my tires back. That dude is garbage and his business practices are illegal. I also believe they have minors working here.Est� llantera son una bola de ratas! Te dan presupuesto antemano y cuando llegas te tratan de poner otra marca. Jorge fue la persona con la que hable y cuando llegue le vali� madre su error. Tomen mi consejo y vayan a otra llantera.

I doubt the integrity of this business and recommend avoiding it.I called the business who told me they could patch my tire for $20.I arrived, an employee took the tire off, and he told me they didn't have any patches, only tire plugs.This frustrated me as I already placed a tire plug in the hole to drive to the shop to get the patch.Then he charged me $8 (for his time and removing the tire, I suspect?) and requested cash.There was only one car being serviced here so I suspect they don't have competitive prices.I went to 3 other tire shops that were all busy and was told they could patch my tire tomorrow/Monday so that tells you something about customers avoiding Chula Vista Tire and Wheel.Use this business at your own risk.

Excellent customer service. I have been here multiple times to purchase tires for a friend and to have my tires plugged when I had screws lodged in them.They are professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Normally I don't bother to write reviews but people should know how bad it is. I went in to get my tires and wheels removed to take them to a powder coat shop exactly like my friend did 6 months ago at their location.. I drive up, all 4 service bays are empty and zero customers.There was a nice gentleman outside but he didn't speak english and directed me inside. The shop seems nice, but it's the people. I was not greeted and the guy behind the counter was stuffing his face with french fries and on his cell phone at the same time, totally ignoring me.He could care less about the customer. I started to immediately walk out because this place blows, then someone came out and asked me what I needed. I told him I wanted my tires and wheels removed, I needed to leave my van there because I couldnt drive it with no wheels. He said he couldn't do that.Also, he didn't ask if he could powder coat the wheels for me, and on top of that, I was going to purchase brand new tires for my new vehicle, but the conversation didn't get that far. You would think a place with zero cars and zero customers would have friendly people to help, but now I understand why no one is there. Please don't take my word for it, simply drive a couple blocks down the street to discount tire, and see they are totally packed full of customers and cars. Now we know why!
