These guys are hardworking. Maybe not perfect but they have a great heart. I've had a number of issues with my car that they have diagnosed and when they're able to help me they do so gladly. I come here at least every month because I drive Uber and this is the best place to get my oil changed. And the free car wash isn't bad either.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Comes with a free car wash if you get a certain oil change package. Definitely not open 24 hours like this says. Closes at 5pm during the week.

This place is one of the worst. The mechanics and service are very unprofessional (they are really putting good and honest certifies mechanics below standards). The quality of work is below standards to be here in Eastlake / Otay Ranch. When they do a simple oil change they let it drip on the engine and don't wipe it down, so when you drive off you will smell burned oil. Their dirty gloves are everywhere in the car and hope the free car wash gets it clean. That's why I sometimes go to Bonita or just go to Chula Vista car dealer (a little expensive). The owner need to emphasize good quality standards and service. Especially if one of your customers are engineers or marine diesel inspector who knows engines.

Not a bad place to get your oil change with free car wash. Workers could be a little more friendly but they do good work.

I usually try avoiding this places because I heard about people getting scammed or that they just don't do a good job. Unfortunately due to Covid it was hard to get an oil change with my mechanic and I need one ASAP. For starters the staff was very rude and they were hesitant to give me all the information I need about prices and services. Second I asked the service tech if I could see the old oil filter because I wanted to make sure they had actually replaced the filter. But all he said that I wouldn't be able to tell if the filter is used or not because we would have to open it apart to know for sure. I'm assuming they didn't actually changed the filter. Stay away from this place.

I ve fixed two tires on two separate occasions here now; both were plugged in less than 15 minutes! Bonus that they were open on Sunday or I would ve been stranded for the day! Not expensive and job well done

I was changing my oil for the first time in my new used car and I couldn't get the filter off for nothing. I had already drained and it was becoming an emergency so I called AAA to get a tow to shop that was still open on a late Sunday afternoon. This shop answered right away. When the car was delivered to the shop there was someone there to greet me right away and understood the situation that I wanted to have my oil filter put on so that I could take it off easily myself for the next oil change. They were concerned that I brought the wrong oil for this model and convinced me to go with their brand.I haven't had my oil changed by any shop in years because of the long wait, unresponsive staff and cost. All these things this shop excelled in.

If I put down the cost to have a regular oil change performed at this place, it would probably break the internet. They did wash the car as part of the service and the car wash was actually pretty decent. Service was ok. I haven't decided if I will go back or do the oil change myself for that cost.

Just wanted a simple oil change, I was in line noone ahead of me 1 hr+ later I am still waiting ( free car wash ) finally saw my car come out of washer where it sat 15 before being hand wiped down . So 1 1/2 hrs for simple oil change . This place is such a dog & pony show

Okay customer service. Like another comment, I did not like that prices were not displayed. I think the oil change was a bit expensive. It was relatively quick. I did like that the car wash came included. I did not have time to get the car wash but I got a voucher for a future time.

Although my oil change was quick, I did think I can get a better price somewhere else. If it is convenient next time I need an oil changes, I have no real problems to come back here.

This place is a joke. Their customer service is very mediocre. I spoke to the cashier which I think is also an acting supervisor and told him my concern about one of the employees there and he told me to go have a nice day and go back to Northern California. Now is that a way to treat someone that is visiting this area. WoW! Great hospitality So Cal.

Not a very good start, since the guy hung up on me when I tried to make an appointment for an oil change!! I guess that tells a lot about how they do business!

The boss thinks he dealing with a baby, he's a stuck up guy, arrogant and doesn't have prices of oil changes visibly, boss and employees have a different prices.

They don t adhere to their advertised closing hours. They close at 5PM; not 6 as publicly displayed
