I needed my transmission and alternator replaced. But the entire team was very nice and supportive. They got my transmission and alternator fixed on time and at the price quoted. Excellent mechanical skills. They also asked me to come back for a follow up check up to assure everything was working properly.

I had trouble with my rear diffrental on my 2007 toyota tacoma and Luis and his team came to the rescue. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and explained to me in detail what would need to be done. He was able to take the vehicle in right away and quoted me a fair price! The team at BTS completed the job ahead of schedule with professional results and a warranty. I just can't say enough about his teams attention to detail and awesome customer service! So if you need work on your vehicle I highly recommend you give Luis a call or swing by to see how they can help you out. You won't be disappointed!!

They will take care of your transmission's Great and helpful customer service. Explained the process of the transmission and work was completed when advised.Highly recommend their service to anyone who has transmission needs. Once again here at BROADWAY TRANSMISSION great job with figuring out why my engine light was going on. I've said it b4 and I'll say it again. You want great work, honest people and awesome work.. Then bring it HERE. soo glad i came across this bussiness because i know it can be soo stressful when you dont know anyone , its like new , faster than usual and saves my gas

Manager here at Broadway Transmissions been here over 10 years. been a specialist for over 35 years. As all businesses we all have good and bad experiences but we do solve and keep our customers happy. I really appreciate the business San Diegans have brought here. Ive been able to stay and meet new people and help them out with their car problem. I hope i can keep doing it for the years to come and at least try to help more San Diegans with their trouble.Thanks

Took my 2002 Jaguar to Luis, had the transmission completely replaced by Rapid transmissions then 7800 miles later they didn't stood up for their work. Car feels good, better warranty and very friendly service. THANKS LUIS Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Originally I got my Honda s transmission fixed with the owners son, that fix lasted me about 5 months then it broke down. They told me I had warranty for a year with them, so we took it back and the son was no where to be found. The owner of this auto shop was there and I explained to him what had occurred and he agreed to fulfill the warranty. He said he would get it done in two weeks that it shouldn t be too much of a problem. 2 weeks later I go back, cars not fixed yet because he s been to busy , he mentioned that it will take him another two weeks for the car to be ready. We gave him the benefit of the doubt, but 2 MONTHS later, after multiple phone calls and pressure from my family we finally got him to give us the car fixed . The car is a Honda CRV 4 wheel drive, instead of fully figuring out what the problem really was he took out what made the car a 4 wheel drive, made it a two wheel drive and just decided to give it to us like that. The transmission lasted us all of two months, when he gave us a warranty of two years. We will not be going back to use the warranty because of the bad experience we had. I paid 2,500 dollars for literally a headache and the worst experience ever. Would definitely not recommend going here to get your car fixed .Service: Transmission

Took my Cadillac CTS here an they did an outstanding job! The owner was real polite and understanding. They diagnosed my car for FREE so I knew everything that was wrong with it and how much it would be upfront. Even when I shopped around, their price was still the lowest. I even received a 2 year/ or 20,000 miles warranty. No where had offered me anything close to that. My car has been working perfect since I went with Broadway Transmissions. I recommend Luis (the owner)

Bad experience. Do not recommend. Says a price but later changes it once he takes off the transmission. Bad attitude as well. Horrible. Avoid the trouble and save your money.

Paid $3,400. Had to come back TWICE using my warranty because they didn't do a good job on the transmission rebuild, noticed USED PART numbers on the receipt. Takes a week to do a 2 day job. Excuses after excuses with Luis. DO NOT RECOMMEND.Pague 3,400$ Me hiso regressar DOS VECES usando mi garantia por que no le hicieron buen trabajo con la reconstruida de transmission, note que usaron PARTES USADAS con el recibo. Se toma mas de una semana Para hacer un trabajo de dos dias. Escusa tras escusa con Luis. NO RECOMMENDABLE.

es un buen lugar para reparar las transmissiones estube llamando a muchos lugares diferentes y los precios eran demaciado altos, ellos me dieron el mejor precio que pude aber encontrado en todo san diego y mejor aun la garantia me la dieron por 2 anos o 20000 millas algo que no me ofrecian en ningun otro lugar en verdad les recominedo que lo viciten
