Got the runaround from another glass shop. Was told the wait was two weeks. Called Auto glass depot, price was half the big chain location and did the install immediately. Great service, great price, will be using this place only from now on.

This place is awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional. Get you and get you out in a timely manner. My vent window on my Cadillac was busted out. I tried going through my insurance but would've cost me a 500 deductible and Safelife was charging 800 dollars. I decided to go with Auto Glass Depot from the great previous business. And less say that the cost was 1/4 of that.

Filled out the estimate form on their website and they responded within the hour. I liked the estimate and they were at my location in no time (I was lucky they were also in Chula Vista). Driver side window had been smashed opened. Have checked and got quotes from a few places. Called Art at Glass Depot and he was able to give the best quote in town within one minute: brand new after market or used OEM for same price. I took OEM but still wary of installation. It was Nash who proved Art's point: Nash was meticulous in cleaning it up, install window glass and check to make sure it's all operated well--provided that it's a Mercedes with all complex electronics. If you need auto glass, look no further. This is the best shop in town. Keep up the good work, Nash and Art! Thank you.Service: Auto side window replacement

Friendly owner who is very polite. I called and he was able to replace the front windshield on my Nissan Xterra. Totally recommend him for future work. The price was also very reasonable.

These guys are great! Super friendly, professional, and fast! I needed to have a rear side window replaced and was able to call for same day service. Their price was the best and their service was excellent! You'd never know anything ever happened to the window. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company. My car got broken into two days ago and I had multiple smashed windows the day before a long road trip. I called a number of shops in hopes of finding someone who d be able to fix my windows on such short notice, especially during a holiday weekend but had zero luck.Eventually insurance put me in touch with Arthur at auto glass depot and he REALLY saved the day. He was incredibly kind over the phone and not only did he have the windows in stock, but he was able to receive the car immediately and his technician got everything replaced and working within 3 hours. (CRAZY FAST!)He also quoted me a very reasonable price for the repairs, given the short notice and quick turnaround time. (I had spoken to two other window repair providers who had completely unreasonable pricing and weren t even able to work on the car until the following week)I am so so so grateful to everyone at Auto Glass Depot for working during a holiday weekend especially Arthur who told us it was his birthday!They were all polite, professional, and did an outstanding job. I was able to leave for my road trip the next day and catch my flight in another city in time because of these guys. The owner Art was very friendly and helpful with fixing our window after the regulator failed. His price was very fair and the work was done quickly. We are thankful for his work especially since this happened while my husband and I were on vacation in San Diego and desperately needed it fixed fast so we can get back to our vacation. Just got my windshield replaced. Art did an amazing job. He was friendly, arrived early and finished in a timely manner. Felt comfortable having him in my car while I was inside work. Not to mentiom the price was amazing just right for my budget. Definitely will be using them in the future!

Great customer services. Very responsive. There team is very friendly. Did a windshield replacement and it looks very well done. The glass is very good quality and very good quality work. I would recommend them for any auto glass work.

A rocked cracked my windshield yesterday. It spread overnight and I didn t feel comfortable driving. Called this great shop and they were able to repair it the next day and a few hundred dollars cheaper than other shops. All the other folks I called said it would take a few days before they could repair the windshield. The service was excellent- friendly and professional. Will Definitely use them again.

I own a Honda del Sol. Parts are hard to find and locate for it.When the power window stopped working, I knew it might be difficult to repair. We were referred to Glass Depot. They were able to replace my window quickly and realign the internal bracket. Honest and reputable. They didn't try to upsell us with work that didn't need to be done.Highly recommend them.Service: Auto power window repair

Unfortunately I have needed the service twice in the last few years. Fortunately this company has been amazing and quick both times. I called after 4pm on a Tues and they were at my job at 9:30am replacing my window. The number is now a saved contact for the future and for referrals.

I called in the am and spoke with Art. I was quoted a great NO HIKE price so, I made an appointment. When I arrived the glass was already laid out, ready to be installed. I was really impressed by the great customer service and very reasonable prices. And as an added bonus, he was done in 43 minutes!! Would definitely recommend.

Great price, I used the online price request and was quoted over $100 less than another company. Arrived at the shop and was done in about 35 min. I definitely recommend Auto Glass Depot.

Back in February, I shattered my rear window on a Saturday afternoon in La Jolla--backed into a branch and the thing went to smithereens. Called up Glass Depot and they came out to a pretty remote residential spot and fixed the thing within a few hours, good as new. Fantastic service, really going the extra mile, at a competitive price. Highly recommended.Service: Auto rear window replacement

went in for a quote for a small chipped windshield repair..45bux.. mentioned ad and gave me a $40 price. cool..!! work was done and it was great, was gonna use credit card but said only for transactions over 100 dollars. all i had was 5 bucks on me... without a second to think about it, he said "you can go to the bank and come back.. i trust you.." Wow..!! to me trust is very important. you expect it from your family...co-workers...and very close friends.. But Arthur didn't think twice in saying i could go in my car and come back later. I went to the bank a couple blocks away, got money, went back to his shop and just ended up giving him those extra $5 i had.... You can't put a price on trust and this to me was just over the top..!! great business attitude and great job on my windshield.. I super recommend this shop for all your auto window and glass needs..!! :-) A+++++
