This is my last time coming here. I get the Tidal Wave every time, which is their most expensive wash. Every time, they miss the mark. It's the closest to my home, but not even worth the convenience. Dirty wheels, doors, windows, center console, steering wheel... you name it. They always miss. They barely even try.

Great place to get your a vehicle washed. Not a long wait and prices are fair. Plenty of room to sit while you want and snacks to eat. They offer discounts it you get the packages or full service (FS) . (Ext) is for exterior only.

Very slow service despite being the only car getting washed. After I paid for the car wash, my vehicle sat waiting for over 15 minutes with absolutely no one else in line. After I waited, I asked the cashier if something was wrong as my vehicle had just been sitting there waiting. She said she didn t think so. I waited another couple minutes and my vehicle was still sitting there. I told the cashier that I had to leave and asked for a refund. She then told me that I would have to pay for the vacuuming.Do not recommend this place. Customer service is severely lacking.

Same thing each time, I m done. $21 usd not worth it. I ve gone there 5 times, save your money and go else where. It s just dust and it s dirty and they don t clean it. The manager does not care.

I could give them zero stars. Worst car wash I ve been to. To begin, they leave your car filled with dust even after paying for full service, exterior and interior. They don t notify you when your car is ready so if you re not paying attention you could be sitting in the waiting room for quite a while. I took my car to wash there for the convenience of them doing all the job but let me tell you, you re better off taking it somewhere else, vacuum and clean it yourself. Do not recommend this car wash. Save yourself the money and time.

Javier aka the guy who checks your vehicle in is amazing. I ve been coming here for 2 years and his unmatched memory of the vehicles and his suggestions of what I would need is far superior than any other people who ve been in the position when he s not at work. I am always in a great mood after talking to him and he sets the tone for the business and I ve yet to be disappointed and I truly feel he doesn t plan on disappointing anyone. He is the pinnacle of customer service and you should never let this guy go and surely compensate him for the level of excellence he brings to the table. Yes the other portion of the team is great but he is by far the gold star winner of the year.

I have not been in a few years. I was pleased by the cashier:). Although the lead finisher did an amazing job on my G35, that made it pop! He took charge of the situation and made me smile, thanks Bro I appreciate you.

This is now my third time going to this car wash paying extra and they forget something EVERY time. Today, it was tire coating even though I picked a package that includes it. It doesn t matter what package you get because they will clean your car the same every time. I just got home and inspected the car to find sand all over. Take a look at the pics. They didn t even wipe the backseat car door holders. I m now wiping down my own car after paying someone to do it. Time to look for a new place!

I used to go to the La Mesa Aqua Clean Car Wash when I lived there. I moved to Eastlake and have brought my car to the Chula Vista location twice. First time I got the blue atlantic package and asked the guy up front if they wiped down the center console, and he informed me they do. When the car was returned, they did not and I had some dried up water spots on the front bumper which I let slide.Today was my second trip here. I got the tidal wave package this time and the photos attached are the aftermath of their service (or lack thereof). The front bumper and center console were not cleaned and to top it all off, the conveyor belt snapped the stem off one of my tires instantly deflating my driverside front. The employee who finished cleaning up my car informed me that my tire was flat, and it certainly was not on my way over. I immediately noticed the snapped stem, flagged down the closest worker (who turned out to be the manager) and told him what happened. He immediately took an accusatory tone saying that the cameras do not lie and said that I was being difficult despite giving me "options". The options he provided me were to move my car about 15-20 feet on a complete flat, risking damaging my sidewall so I could change into the spare. I never once raised my voice or anything and had witnesses to prove it.The manager got an employee to change into my spare so another employee could take the damaged tire to first Pep Boys, then decided Costco was the more viable solution. After the employee jacked my car up, put the spare on, and hand tightened the lug nuts, I asked if he torqued the lug nuts to which he responded, yes. I was holding the lug nut wrench the entire time, so he lied.I waited 2.5 hours while waiting for that to be fixed. The tire was brought back fixed, the manager offered to run it through the wash again and detail it again, which I fully appreciated, however the center console was still dirty and the front bumper was still the same.When all was said and done, the manager never apologized for the accusatory tone he took with me, called it a misunderstanding, and that his machinery or employees would have never caused the damage. They had two opportunities to properly clean my vehicle to the standards which I paid for and failed. The acknowledgement of fault was in his actions to me but I will not be returning.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

My wife got a car wash here and it looked good. However, when we got in we noticed a strong order inside. We also noticed whatever they used on the trim on the outside caused really hard water marks. We called and asked them what they used on the inside and they said the smell was due to a leak inside of our car. My car is brand new and I have no leaks. I paid for a full service wash with interior vacuum, wipe down, with windows inside and out. The guy literally only wiped the dash. When I brought this to his attention he made me feel really uncomfortable and still let so many areas untouched. Rather than cause a confrontation I just decided to leave and not give my business anymore. I am currently (high risk) pregnant, so this is not something I am able to do by myself, nor should I be stressing over the people I hired to do it NOT doing it and making me feel uncomfortable about it. I absolutely won't go back and I highly suggest going somewhere else if you are looking for help with the *basic* interior needs of your vehicle.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

The car wash is really good, fast and clean. The deatailing is also good at a very reasonable price. And so far, I haven't lost anything, even little things, not like the other car wash at Eastlake (Shell & Castrol) lost some cha ge twice. No respect, even you're there watching. 4 stars because when I do an oil change, they just let the oil drip on the side of the engine and don't wipe it down. And when you drive off, the oil is getting cooked and burned, and you'll see smoke on your hood and also smell of burning oil for a couple of days. Also, they dont rotate tires. I thought simple maintenance they could do, including tire rotation. Now I have to go to a different place sometimes to do oil change, car wash, and rotate tires.

It was okay. I paid $35 for the wash, including tip, bought an air freshener, but it didn't have a smell after hanging in my car. My car had sand from the beach, and I still had very visible sand when i picked up. I've never taken my car to a hand wash and got it back with dirty cup holders. Tires were shined, but the rims came back to me very dirty . My dashboard wasn't really dusted. And I could tell there was zero effort to vacuum between my seats. I wouldn't really recommend this car wash

My car came out worse than when I went in!Every time I come, my truck is never attended to properly. I sit there and watch them dry it and literally only 1-2 people work on my lifted truck while other small cars have 3-4 people working on them. By the time they dry one side of my truck the other side is already dry!Look at this picture of my back window, they sprayed window cleaner and forgot to clean it off! I had to go back there and clean it myself.There was small pieces of trash on my dash, and the seats were not vacuumed.Not coming back here again.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

They re really the sloppiest car wash dealers around. This was my second time using their services and their work is not no where near 100% good. They do not pay attention to details good. Still leaving stains, crumbs, bird spots, water spots etc in and outside of the car. It s ridiculous. And the only reason why I tried to give them a second chance was because I did not want to make a drive on the highway to get it cleaned at another car wash. But that s my mistake for trusting in this company again. The employees need to pay better attention to each area. They re just lazy and try to get some quick cash. Never again. Definitely do not recommend them.

Pricey and the drying crew could do better on inside cleaning and drying the roof. Am not a fan of this location.

I have been coming here for several years now. This is the first time and giving a bad review. 2 stars for speed. No star for quality. The quality of carwash has deteriorated. I experienced this even in the past, but I let it slip. No question about their speed. There was no quality checks on carwash done. They recently had a price increase which is not justifiable given the poor quality of carwash. My rims, sideview mirror, windows are still unclean. So unhappy and dissatisfied customer.Still no quality. All speed. I am not really happy with my carwash. Sadly, i don't have options. AND it's really expensive.

I've been going here for years. The quality has dropped. I went for an upgraded car wash which includes interior vacuuming. I got home and there is dog hair all over the back seat, still. I took the hair out myself. Also, vehicle security; they called me after it my truck was done. I went up to give them my claim ticket and tip, but nobody was there. I waited for someone, even looked around at the workers. I took the truck home without giving my claim ticket, nor tip. Not sure if I want to bring my cars there any more.Services: Wheel washing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I moved to Chula Vista 6 years ago and started using this car wash on a friends recommendation. In 2017 the price was 13.99 for a regular wash and vacuum. They did an adequate job and I was satisfied. However the last couple of visits, late 2022 and this past week the quality has dropped to sub par and I would not recommend to anyone. The price now is 21.99 and the wash and vacuum leave a lot to be desired. When they called me out to pick up my vehicle I noticed a dirt film over the entire back and side panels. I took a cleaning rag and finished wiping the car myself. And then I went to Tijuana later in the day and had it hand detailed over there for around 100 pesos ($5). If you travel to Tijuana, there are many places that do a better job at much lower costs. Skip these guys and run it through a gas station car wash on the USA side and you will be happier with the results.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

That is not foggy that is dirt still on the car. This was the worse car wash I have gotten. The guys were nice, but I would have liked a clean car after I paid $24.95 and they did not even clean the inside and the mats still had dirt on them. I will never go to this place again

I spent $79.99 to have my interior mats steam/vacuum. I even gave them a tip. I was extremely unsatisfied. My mats were put in passenger seat because they were not dried yet. What kind of service is that? I know it was a busy Friday but what kind of professional service? Aqua took out my 4 mats and didn't put it back where they belong. Also I don't think I recd an exterior car wash which was included in my $79.99 as the car windows still look dirty and I asked the employees twice and they said it first get exterior wash then interior.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Not impressed I had them vacuum my car and you could not tell anything had been done they had to wipe it out again. I guess it all fairness it was late in the day and they may have been in a hurry to get out of there but I paid good money for an inside and out car wash and I and I did not get that

For the price I paid for the Tidal wave wash it should have been better. They left the middle console area dirty amongst other areas as well.

I came to this location of "Aqua Clean Car Wash" with the hopes of a decent enough wash to remove the paint that had previously gotten onto my car. The people working at the desk at the time had up-charged me for a foolish mistake that clearly shows their non-dedication to serving people with their full abilities. We paid for the extra service and still had our car coming out in a terrible shape. I expect the employers while reading this acknowledges their improper work ethic and should be considered lucky that we didn't confront you at the time. Best regards, I expected better.

This is the best car wash in South Bay, by a landslide. Every time I go, the staff always greets with a smile. They are super efficient even when lines are long. My car had more wear and tear after one hand wash here than over three years of ownership. Watched employee floor my car to bring it around, they chipped the front hood and scratched the leather on my steering wheel. When I brought it to the managers attention he denied all responsibility and walked off. I recommend you stay away if you value your car.Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming
