Professional and honest work. We brought our car for an oil change, and Bernie did an excellent job. He went above and beyond. We almost had it done at Evans tire down the street because we had a coupon. We are so glad we didn t. They wanted to change the oil pan and it wasn t even necessary. Again, thank you Bernie and 1st stop car care.

This location is incredible. My sweetheart obtained regarding 800$ worth of service her Honda Accord done here, and then her tire went flat a few days later (due to the fact that we drove to Vegas and also obtained 3 nails in one) and also she called and they stayed open previous closing just to do it for her because she had actually had work done here recently. The customer service is constantly exceptional with actually wonderful people that function below. There was no delay time when I came in to obtain my oil changed as well as break lights repaired, and they have outstanding rates. I have a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sport and also it was just 35$ whereas places like Jiffy Lube over charge me. On the whole they do high quality work at good costs and also will be my most likely to for any type of work I need done on my vehicle!

Second time coming here for oil change. First time was quicker service because it was not soBusy second time took a tad longer but no big deal and prices are better then other surrounding areas and better then my regular mechanic so I go here now for oil change. Friendly service! Ni complain here

Had decent service here. Got our truck fixed that had been sitting for some time. Our anti lock brake system had not been working and they fixed it. Also they provided free air for my bicycle that had been running low and tires for other car. Important to note either the manager we had at first was rude and wanted to rip us off but another day we stopped the other guy was friendly and helped us. These services were provided within the last year.

make sure you see your estimates for in writing first. I was verbally quoted one price and charged a different price.After, numerous excuses and the manager not taking responsibility for his actions. I refused to pay the new price and walked out paying what I was originally quoted. Just because I am a women doesn t mean you can take advantage of me. I will never go back. I also was told it would take under an hour. It took 3 hours.My review is from my experience not the service to my car. Hopefully, the service to my car is good.

I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else. After being taken advantage of so many times before by other shops its really awesome to finally find that there are still some honest mechanics out there that really take pride in their work and care about the car and the customer. THANK YOU, Carlos and Nick for saving me over a thousand dollars on unnecessary parts that the other place insisted I had to have. I don't know what I would of done without you guys!!

i went in for an oil change and i was expecting to pay $17.99+tax. ended up paying $45.08 what i realized is that they charged me for synthetic oil & not conventional oil they checked & topped off fluids & checked tire pressure. which is fine when you ask for it, but i didn t i just wanted an oil change. the reason whoever told why it was 45.08$ is because my car can t have a conventional oil change... i guess my car is special or sumthin. stop thinking people are dumb and be professional... they will never get my business again which is probably how they want it anyways... the conventional oil guy...

Mr.Carlos is fair, honest, gets the job done right the first time. Been going to him for about 13 yrs. Don't have to you often because he maintains our cars. We go for oil change, tire rotation, tires, any repair work. The biggest thing we had done was a transmission & our car is running great!!!

This place had issues for a couple of years, but they got their golden boy back!George is the one that makes that place run smoothly...satisfied customers are 1st priority & his professional team & attitude, make this place a 5 star place to go.I've posted pictures of their set up for C-19 virus protocols.

Very friendly and Bernie was quick , honest and through. Checked tires and fluid washer fluid while doing my oil change. Also made me aware of a problem and explained it all in details

I took my car in for a regular oil change. I ve taken my car in for numerous other things in the past without any problems. So I left my car there and asked to call me when ready. I received a call that my car was ready within an hour to hour in a half. So I picked up my car & drove it home. When I got home I noticed a big scratch on the back passenger door. I was too upset to drive back so I texted back to the message they had texted me to pick up my car. But they obviously could care less. They only asked what color was the scratch on my car.......and then heard nothing back!!! I will NEVER go back!!!! It s a learning lesson to check the car completely with a walk around to make sure there s to scratches they don t plan on telling you about. The manager didn t even bother to call me!!!!

Worse experience everTook my car to replace a motor gasket that they recomend on previous oil change.My car. Wanst leaking oil on my drivewayBut next morning I had oil stains from the car leaking and smoking like crazy could not drive it .Took it on monday and got there at 10.17am left at 4.45pm they didnt care that I had to pick up my son from school and I was late 45min picking him upThey said the gasket was pinched the first time they put it in thats way it leak

Took my car in for oil change..First off staff is rude.Second the technician working on my car went to check the cabin filter,which was in need of replacement,Apparently they did not have the right size filter for my car.When i said it was "ok" just leave the old one in, and that i would wait until i can find the proper one.So later in the day i noticed a bad smell when i used the air....I opened the cabin filter compartment and the filter had been put in upside down.So all the debris was being blown into the carThe filter had directional arrows, as a guide.So i feel this might have been intentional.

I've been impressed on shop's mechanics. They are pretty knowledgeable on what they do. And will work out their best ways to fix your car.

I came below to get a oil adjustment on a cars and truck i never did a oil change on, I just acquired the car from a used auto dealership as well as after there solution tbey say to me that my drain opening is removed and existed to me claiming that I must have struck it with something and thats why its stripped.They had me sign a paper saying it was my mistake and excussed them from the damage I currently understand they made.That would certainly not have actually stripped the plug I no now.And the repair costs 300 to repair!! I believe they used a power device to loosen it.Thank you first stop I wont come once more piece of s$$t.It was an evade battery charger.

1st stop and never coming back should be the name. Went in for a oil change and left with my breaks screeching. My radio doesn't work so I definitely would have heard it before

I love the price here for an oil change. It's one of the cheapest places i found in SD that does oil changes for under 45 when you drive a van

Worst place I Ever dealt with dealing with a mechanic....Oil Change fine ...maybe a tire fixed...But don't trust anything else......I went in there shop and came out with even more problems...and my truck still has to go to a different place even after they said they fixed it...I hope it close down today for ripping people off !!!!Man I hate when people do people like this...Wish I could sue.

Stay away from this place. Had my car serviced for brakes and had to come back five time and was not fixed. Lost workdays and endangered mi life. Not worth it.
