This place is amazing. Stopped here on our way to camp up by Lake Sardine and it definitely exceeded expectations. They have anything you could ever want! Great selection on groceries for such a small store and a lot of fun specialty products. They have an adorable coffee shop, deli station, new gift shop, and outdoor seating and bbq in the back. I had a fantastic latte that the girl let me customize. The service all greeted us at every station and was super friendly. This was such a hidden gem in a small area. Will definitely stop here again if I m in the area.

Best general store for hundreds of miles! They have everything here and it s a fun experience to come. There is a large selection of your basic groceries and snacks, and a good deli with Mac n Cheese and Fried Chicken and other stuff too. They also carry many souvenirs, a lot of decorative carved wooden bears, tons of fishing, camping and outdoor gear, and everything else under the sun. To top it off there s a guy grilling steak on the back porch to send good smells into the air! The Sunday crew was super friendly and great and the Monday crew was less so but still good.

I love this store! So many fun things! Fresh produce groceries and a meat counter! Delicious food in the Deli! Right over the border of Nevada on the way to Frenchman lake!

Great little shop close to the campsites. Prices are expected to be more with convenience. Great customer service for a small business. Smiles and polite employees. Walk around and see what they have. Each nook is full of different amenities and trinkets. Thanks for being available!

Still a Mom and Pop style market. Has the greatest atmosphere, manned by hard working people that genuinely want to make your experience with them outstanding. The best sandwiches, made right in front of You!! They have quite a lot of items and food products in stock!! Fantastic!!

What a surprise for me to go inside, what I thought was just a little store/ gas station! I started wandering around to see what they had and, oh my! I turn a corner and there's more separate rooms and I don't know exactly how many I missed because it was time to hit the road.....but I'm definitely going to stop by again with my walking shoes on to take my time browsing through all the stuff for sale! (It doesn't look that spacious from the outside).

This place is like a general store with a wide selection of food items, drinks, snacks, etc. There's a deli (the chili is great!) there's a small coffee bar, the store sells camping and fishing equipment and some hardware supplies are available. The employees are very friendly and helpful. It's a great place to take a break from driving, to do some browsing and to enjoy some great deli snacks.

I have been going here since I was a toddler and it was called Wiggins. I have always loved stopping in there before our family went to the lake or went camping. Goodwin's owns it now and it was remodeled. It is very nice inside!! I love the addition of the coffee bar in the back. Delicious drinks, and very kind staff throughout.

They have remolded it sone time ago and totally transformed this once horribly crowded little store into a wonderful roomy amazing store. It even gasca coffee shop in the back, fishing gear, the best BBQ pork sandwiches on earth too. I'm not saying this because we share the he sane last name, minus one O. lolAwesome stop for sure.

I always stop here when driving through. They have an amazing butcher shop in-house with everything fresh and locally sourced. I always get chorizo, bacon, and link sausage. I've gotten ribeyes, pork chops, tri-tips and thick cut NY steaks, and all have been amazing. You can get fishing gear, trinkets, groceries, several types of fudge (yumm!), and there is even an espresso bar in the back. If you happen to be driving that hwy, it's a must-stop!

We LOVE this store! Best meat! Best Potato Salad! BRIAN and VICKY rock! The short drive is so worth it. We are going every 2 weeks to stock up.Support a family owned business that has love and personality. If there was a 10 star rating I would give it that!

It's awesome in this store! Don't forget to get coffee at the new coffee bar in the back of the store. You have to pass all the good stuff to get there. Good luck not picking up 10 things on your way back there. Lol!

Generally this store is ok .However, they need to get their price labels in order! They had an entire row of ice cream quarts listed on the door as $5.29, however at checkout it was $11.29. There was a $5.29 labels in front of each of the same tubs and the $11.29 (one label) was way down below on the bottom of the freezer with nothing there. I get stuff runs out but you change the tags/signs or take them off.

People raved about this "gas station" store, and when we finally stopped in, it all made sense. It's a time capsule to begin, like an old general store. A little of everything awaits. They have fresh fudge, amazing sandwiches made to order (smoked tri tip was excellent). A bakery and coffee shop, a nice gift store, and all of the normal items in a grocery store. The staff was great, too. Definitely a place to stop and check out!

I really enjoy coming to this little big market.I'd call it the Trader Joe's / Whole Foods of the Lost Sierra without the super bougie atmosphere, but a small town charm with friendly and helpful people working here. It's also surprisingly well stocked and it's got a little bit of everything! There's several areas, like deli food, meat, supplies, staples, produce, drinks, and other necessities. If you're on a long road trip I highly recommend stopping by! I love that they also carry a small selection of local products (honey, some snacks, etc).Definitely make sure you go all the way back to the cafe, it's very cute! And they make great coffee as well as sell some interesting whole bean bags. I definitely will be back soon!

Absolutely love this store! Every time we're out at Frenchmans lake it has become a tradition of sorts to stop in for one of their melt in your mouth tri-tip sandwiches and some home made fudge and aside from the delicious treats they also carry everything else i never knew I needed! Fishing stuff, camping necessities, cute home decor and knick-knacks, yummy candles, grocery items...I could go on and on! Such a cool store and the staff are the sweetest ever

Lots -o-merchandise, great cold cuts and sandwiches, really clean and nice bathrooms. Very friendly staff. Very happy they're there. This country store provides necessary items and fuel to folks who live miles away from any shopping. Many thanks to all at the store!

I've cannot drive Hwy 70 between Quincy and Reno (I have family in both towns) without stopping here! I think I've been here at least once a year since '92, and although I liked it better as Wiggins shop of curiosities--we used to joke you could find anything if you looked long enough--the "new" remodeled store includes a top-notch coffee shop in back that has become my favorite in Sierra Valley. Give it a go!

Love it! Love it! Love it! Every time I went in I was greeted by the most helpful and happy staff members. If I couldn't find what I needed, they did everything they could to help. And BEST FOOD EVER!!!! If you have time to stop for a minute, stop here. It will be worth your time.

You have to love this place if your a local! They upgraded(the old one was awesome) to improve for customers. Beautiful floor. Variety of foods mostly quick. Cute little cozy coffee shop with home made treats....oh be careful you'll want to buy them all. I've come in covered in stink from camping and they are happy to help you. Night crawlers are decent price along with camping gear.

Reasonable prices and great atmosphere. I love they kept the old touches with a new modern look. Also the bacon and fudge is delicious!
