I bought my first used vehicle in a decade from Ideal. I was a little anxious already since I've been used to the ease of brand new cars. I found a truck that I loved and I got a fair deal from Tyler so I left happy. The next morning I got in my shiny new truck to go visit my family and not only did the check engine light come on, but there was also a horrible squeaking sound coming from the engine that wasn't there when I test drove it. I felt defeated. I planned for the worst and figured this is what I get for buying used.I planned and prepared to fix it myself, but a friend talked me into calling the dealership. When I talked to Tyler there was no question. They were going to fix my truck and make it right. He stuck to his word and my truck now runs like a dream, it's sporting my flamingo decal, and I'm happy as can be!Thank you to Ideal for a wonderful purchasing experience and I highly recommend going their for your next vehicle. They'll take great care of you!

Super Happy with my purchase! Brian was way easy to work with making my purchase on the 2016 Subaru forester a breeze. Very Flexible! Highly Recommend! This place felt more like family than sales. Took my car to the mechanic and and the car was in prime condition. Super happy about the buy. Go and check out Ideal Auto Sales!

Ideal Auto Sales has great cars at great prices and there very honest. I own a locale auto repair shop and went car hunting with a customer of mine, We went in under cover i did not tell anyone i was a auto technician. We stooped into ideal. I was very impressed with the cars and prices. My customer was looking for something they did not have so we did not actually buy a car there. But i did want to leave a review and might come in my self to pick up the 06 BMW 330I if its not sold soon.

From first glance I Deal Auto's looks like a mom-and-pop but it's not .there in California and Arizona this is actually a really big company.Ideal Auto Sales deals in used vehicles gently used but like most places they keep the good stuff up front .that's nice and shiny and the old stuff in the back.And like most places they usually want about two grand to two and a half Grand downthis is pretty standard.And of course it depends on your credit rating.But I deal cars would be a good choice for trying to re-establish credit long as you got that cash down.that's going to be a big factor.Because let's face it......cash talks!The location and Chico was actually pretty good .the sales people are friendlyif you walk to the back where the mobile home looking office isYou'll see a couple desk and a couple salesman and there are covered places within the Lotswhere they keep cars as well.Like I said the good stuff is usually kept in the front close to the streetand the older stuff inwardsbut most of their cars are in really good shape .no beat up banged up beaters which is nice to see......a nice clean lot full of nice cars.Like always bring someone who knowscar's a mechanic,and make sure you bring your money down ,and get ready......to wheel and deal !

Bought a 08 chevy up Lander a few months back and am completely happy with the vehicle and more than happy with the customer service that was given by Brian the time of sale and there on after. When we went to purchase the van everything went smooth and easy. Brian was clear, straight forward,quick, and very pleasant during the sales process. Now after I bought the up Lander there were a few things that didn't work and started to not work correctly. The check engine light and another warning light popped up.I had the van diagnosed at a shop and the problems were not covered under the 90 day warrenty as they were just small problems. I contacted Ideal motors via email regarding the issues and my concerns. I recieved a phone call back not an email ( I was impressed that relpy wasn't by email) that same day. I spoke to Brian and Allen about the issues and was told to bring van in and they would see what they could do to help. I dropped van off and they fixed everything that was on my list, and got my van back in decent amount of time. Faster then when the machanic in Marysville had it just to diagnose. There is still one minor issue but Brian has already order a tool to hopefully fix it and if not offered to send to a tire shop in my area and everything at no cost. This is going way above and beyond what any car dealership is not even required to do. This van was sold " as is" and they were not required to help me at all but they did. I recommend ideal motors to anyone looking to buy a used car for a fair price by honest good people!!!!

Something told me just drive by and have a look, OMG!!! Happy me! Drove away with my 2008 Ford Mustang "Warrior in Pink" I love this car!!!!!Brian was super helpful, service was fast and accurate, financing was fast with really low interest rate. Thank you for having what i wanted, when i wanted it!

Ideal Steel Buildings - Brian knows his product well, and was of great help in assisting us with our barn order. The assembly on site crew also did a great job and it was obvious that they took pride in their work. The actual finished structure is very well made and looks great!

Very nice people and they even gave me a discount for being a veteran.. Some seemingly minor issues with the truck I just bought but they're working to fix them for me asap so cant beat that and they're not like most dealers trying to bs people they stand by their vehicles.. Will definitely buy here again.

I was calling around looking for a used car, I kept running into dead ends either with rude people or people just not calling me back. I finally called this place and right away I was greeted on the phone by a woman named Jayme, she was very pleasant and made sure I got to the sales person who answered all my questions, I was so pleased with the professionalism that I went in there the same day and got financed and went home with my new used car.

CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION.....URGENT MESSAGE...This is THE WORST DEALERSHIP we have ever come accross. The car dealer Dusty was UNPROFFESIONAL and did not keep his word on a written promise. We had made a deal on paper and he told us the bank was closed and would get back to us as "SOON AS he heard anything". When we followed thru he informed us the car was sold. IDEAL AUTO SALES ISN'T ABOUT HELPING PEOPLE, ITS SCREWING OVER WHOEVER THEY CAN... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE....

Went in to just see and was pleased with the experience I like the fact that the sales person on the floor answered the few questions I had but then steped away for me an my wife to keep looking an talk about them, I personally don't like to feel pressured by some sticking to my side, the one thing I am concerned about was that on the yellow pages site they list themselves as being accredited by BBB but on the better business bureau site they are not.

Horrible bought a 2004 Mazda. Nothing but problems. Have had it not even a year. And I keep up on the maintenance. Never buy from there again

Worse place ever to buy from bought a car from them it's been nothing but problems since the purchase already spent 1500 on repairs just to find out my husband broke down again in this Lemon plz save your money shop elsewhere
