This shop is amazing! Great service, very attentive to detail. The staff really cares about their quality of work, from customer service to performance in their craft. The quality speaks for itself, I would definitely recommend Bob s to anyone looking for body work. Thank you Anthony, Jose and staff for taking care of my car!

we took our car to get repaired after an accident. These guys took care of us from beginning to end. Dylan, Jose & Anthony were all very professional, courteous & provided excellent customer service from beginning to end.Kept us up to date on the progress as well as spoke directly with our claims adjuster. This was my 1st time going to Bob's autobody shop. When I picked up my car. It looked beautiful & shiny.

I went to Bob's Body Shop after reading reviews. Anthony was very helpful and did not overcharge me. His shop did an excellent job on the repair and they cleaned my car, even the floor mats. Hi, our VW passat was involved in a collision. We brought the car to Bob's shop. It took so long to get it fixed since pandemic. Steve shows very reasonable response with every email we sent, even covered our two weeks car rental expense, not mention his team's lawfully detail works on the car, made it shining as new. So I will high recommend this shop. Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Hello everyone My name is Alex And I work for All Bay Cities Towing out of Concord. Recently today713 22I went up to Bob's body shop to pick up a flat bed truck. After I pulled the driveline I ended up forgetting me snap-on tools. When I got back to concord I noticed that I had left them. I gave Steve a call and his guys turned them into him in te office. I asked Steve if I could pay him to ship me my tools so I didn't have to make a trip back up to them. Steve was kind enough to ship my tools back free of charge. To make it a short story I would highly recommend these guys, they are good people

I really love the quality of service I received from Bob's Body Shop they made my car perfect and kept me informed the whole way through while my car was getting fixed. Steve the manager there did a amazing job. Also thanks to everyone there amazing job

Both Dave and Steve clearly have the experience, knowledge, and most importantly the heartfelt desire to satisfy every customer. I personally spent the better part of 27 years in the Sacramento area auto body repair industry including several years as president of the Sacramento Auto Body Association. I recently met with Dave and Steve at Bob's Body Shop for a few hours, and as a result felt compelled to leave this review!

Steve and his crew did a great job fixing up my car when I was rear-ended. He kept me updated on the progress and timing and the work was excellent! I highly recommend Bob's Body Shop!

I did not have any work done, but they gave me good advice and did not try to sell me on starting repairs that would be expensive and may or may not fix the issues with my vehicle.

Best customer service. New owners Steve and Dave are great. They are carrying on the same values as Matt and John when it comes to taking care of their customers. If you find yourself in need of body and paint repair, I highly recommend these guys.

I am very unhappy with the customer service that I have been getting from Steve at Bob's. There has been absolutely no follow-up on insurance and parts needed for my repairs that I need!! Everything week I have called and nothing had been done each and every time!!This should not be happening Service: Body & Trim

Month's ago, my 2017 Nissan Altima door jammed. I pulled in front their shop for help, a tall gentleman came out, looked at it and came out with a tool. He fixed it in less than two minutes for free. Such kindness are very reared this days. Thanks and may God continued to bless the work of your hands iJn Amen.

Had to pay more than what was quoted. Mechanic was arguing with me while the person who quoted me went to lunch. Won't go back. Not reliable.
