I had brought my car here because I realized it was probably going to be the cheapest place to get 4 tires mounted balance + 4 wheel alignment. Everything was great and fast except when I realized the directional tires were wrong with the rear, the guy stripped almost all of my rear lug nuts because he used a 21.5mm socket on my 21mm lug nuts. Additionally I saw the issue I pointed it out when I saw the worker a sledgehammer onto the socked on my wheels. I realized once I got home that he had chipped my powder coated rims with the sledgehammer. At first I didn t care about the lugs since I saved enough on the service to buy a whole set of new ones and the some, but the worker with gauges in his ears damages my rims for sure. (Disclaimer: they were already a little damaged so I didn t decide to seek actions on it). This being said, you get what you pay for.. I can t say for sure it was intentional but they did try to argue with me about the directional tires and I believe it could have been retaliation for it. Make up your own mind but they these things into mind. Pictures are of the damages and I damaged parts and undamaged parts. With correct sockets that I use. I would have done it myself but I don t have the equipment.

Very friendly and knowledgeable team. I have a number of problems on a high mileage car. They got me in quick diagnose the problem. Reviewed it with me carefully and showed me exactly what was going on. I like their thoughtful game plan for the repairs. Will look forward to doing much more business with this team.

I have brought my Tesla M3P a couple of times for tire replacement and my wheels balanced. You just need to remind them not to worry about e-brakes as it is automatic when parked, Puck placement and you re good. By the way, you need to bring your own puck.

The good: I needed a nail puncture in my tread repaired. They were quick and friendly. No appointment, in-and-out within 10 minutes.The bad: I checked the cold tire pressure of my good tires before driving to the shop and inflated to them to the specs in the driver's side doorframe. After fixing the punctured tire, the technician started checking and adding pressure to my good tires. I advised him that I already checked them all, but he disregarded me and proceeded to add air to every tire. The next morning I checked the cold pressure again and found each tire to be 6 to 10 PSI over-inflated.I subsequently drove 1200 miles for a weekend vacation and the repaired tire held up, but I question their judgment and expertise.

Fantastic Fantastic Fantastic,,Thea guys are gr, went in for a tire repair, which they were working on, then I asked for a quote on new tires, and was giving a awesome price for 4 new tires that was better then other places I researched, so I wen for it, and was in and out in 40 minutes,, great customer service, really nice guys and good prices, going back with my truck. You will be very satisfied.

Great customer service, I needed a tire and called them and they help me pick the best product price was reasonable and the waiting time was only 15 minutes. They took me right away. I recommend this place specially for women because they give you info about products and what you need.

Selected American Tire and Auto due to their Google reviews and they are located close to my home. Called and I did not need an appointment for a tire with a slow leak. Drove over and was greeted and seen immediately. Upon inspection they found a screw imbedded in the tire causing the leak. They quickly repaired the tire at a very reasonable price and the whole experience was excellent. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

I was up here for work and noticed decreasing air pressure in my left rear tire.They did a thorough inspection by checking air pressure, filling the tire to 60 psi and submerging it in water. They didn t find a leak and didn t try to upsell me.I appreciate the honesty and friendly service!

Not sure what happened to this place. I'm gone a couple times before with no issues. I had a leak in my tire and stop by the other day to have it repaired. The guy was so rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him. When I asked if they would have a chance to take a look at it in the next couple hours his response was "if we get to it we get to it if we don't get to it we don't get to it".He then yelled at me to go into my car to go get him the keys and half scratched my phone number on a piece of paper.I felt very uncomfortable leaving my car with them, especially being treated this way and I asked for my keys back and went someplace else .I do not recommend this place anymore.

I've been using these guys exclusively for over 10 years. They are as honest and hard working shop as I've seen in my 50+ years.They try and clearly tell you your options no matter what type of repair you are seeking. I've personally witnessed them making sure a customer knew the difference between a patch and a plug several times. They have never tried to charge me for a part or service I didn't need. They continually go above and beyond expectations when it comes to diagnosing my various car troubles from the 8 or more different vehicles I've had to bring in. They've worked with me on affordability, bringing or supplying my own parts, on things they don't even normally fix, like u-joints and driveshafts with carrier bearings.Saqib and Mohamed approach each job with an open mind, but a sensible one. If it's not something they can do, they can tell you who can. If it's not something you can afford, they'll explain how to limp it home if necessary. They have worked hard at building and maintaining an excellent reputation for over a decade.In short, I trust these guys, including Lorne, with the lives of my wife and children, and my own as well.

They took me right away when they opened without any appointment. For repairing my brakes, I thought the price was reasonable compared to other shops. I'll definitely go back.

Be aware of this place. They ve been charging me a re accruing fee of 12$ a month for 10 months that was never authorized. It came under the name of American Modern insurance group which I m sure they use to disguise themselves. I found out by calling my bank and they told me what was happening. Don t trust this place

I came to this place for the second time today and once again the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. I had my nine month old with me and the employee ringing me up helped me take my card out of my wallet and even picked up an entire container of business cards when my son knocked them off the counter. I would highly recommend this place, the prices are fair and the staff obviously care about their customers.

We needed two new tires after an incident. American Tires quoted the best price and installed the tires in less than 40 minutes. At the time no appointment was necessary. Great customer service and speed.REVISION - Today the staff was exceedingly nice and efficient. We took hour car to replace the two remaining tires that were :"square" and causing a series of suspension problems. They replicated the offer made five weeks ago and in less than 30 minutes we were driving the car home. Great shop and great crew.

Well I am traveller from Texas El Paso... I was in need of some pair of used tires.. Sam immediately helped me out with my search... I had called all the other tire places nearby and they all tried to haggle me on used tires and over charging me on quote... I was blessed to have met such nice humble people closer to my place of stay.. Professional.. Honest... And excellent customer service. I recommend this place . May you all be blessed and continue with your business. 5

Fast, inexpensive service, Waiting area crowded, dingy -- needs more chairs. Helpful customers and effective service techs. English was not their first language, but there were no problems in communication. Options presented, they stayed with the estimate.

Good service&reasonable. Friendly people and excellent service. I will always go back for services. They did major repair on my Saturn and explained in detail what they did and showed me the parts. Excellent!!!

Unfortunately I had to give 1 star to rate this terrible please. As a woman do not go here. They don t fix anything and when you call to discuss it they tell you everything under the sun as to why it s not their fault. Worst place even. Has a flat tire on a Sunday and went here as not other reputable place is open. Of course last night at 9 pm my tire starts hissing and low tire pressure light comes on. As a woman being told to shut my mouth by a store full of men listening to the call is degrading and just rude. So if that s how you like the be treated this is the place for you!! Otherwise stay away and don t go here. They are just there to take your money and fix nothing. As I was told there is something wrong with my new 2017 vehicle???? The guys who work here are so rude and don t want to do anything but take your money.

Had an awesome and helpful visit with fast and quality service they explained what was going on with the car. Why it would make sense to go about making the repairs and what would happen down the line if they got postponedVery knowledgeable and intuitive staff on handWould recommend this place specifically to anybody and everybody who wants a fair and repeatable auto service repair or parts.Thanks again and we will definitly be returning for any other vehicle issues in need

Awesome job. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They took the time to keep me informed every step of the way. They went above and beyond the service that I paid for. Curtis way exceeded my expectations. Very timely service. I highly recommend this shop!

I visited this place several times for different purposes ..AC , Brakes & oil change ... people there are really professional and helpful. they fixed my car really well anytime I went there.... I recommend this to everyone . And they are not very expensive . They rely on customer satisfaction and relations and don't charge customers for a visit or small check up. These guys are wonderful.
