Troy is professionalism at its best. Everything was explained during the entire process and he did a great job with my car. I didn't need to do anything, he even arranged the rental car. He not only fixed my bumper but also detailed my car.

Troy Ray of Tag Collision Center Carlsbad is one of the kindest, most forthright, and down right cool human beings you will ever come across. I walked in to his offices for my first time not knowing anything and not only did I walk out with a wealth of knowledge, but I walked out feeling respected, appreciated, and cared for. Troy not only went above and beyond in regards to my car situation, but even put my situation above his bottom line which is absolutely unheard of and I cannot thank him enough for that. If you have the chance to see Troy about your car, I'm certain you will walk away feeling better because of seeing him and learning from him. Super service! Troy was very attentive to my needs and walked me through the entire process when I had to have repairs done. He put me at ease right away. Should I ever need body work for my car again, I will go back to Tag Collision. I feel they are honest and accommodating. Trip definitely went above my expectations.

Called this place and talked to Troy about a wrecked car I had. Even though he established early on that my car wasn't worth taking in to him, i told described the damage to him and he kept talking to me for a good 20 minutes helping me estimate what I could salvage it for and how to find yards. Definitely an honest business and will come here next time I need body work.

All I wanted was a rocker panel painted with ford OEM paint. I was told the paint would have to be matched, and that factory paint wouldn't work which is BS. This shop cant even handle a simple part painted with factory paint, not even installed, no body work, JUST PAINT A PANEL. nope cant do it.

The website shows that they were open at 3 PM I drove all the way for 30 minutes to get there, but nobody was there My time was wasted by driving there, and nobody was there.
