My husband and I just had our first ever car buying experience and Mason and Randy couldn t have possibly made it any more simple and enjoyable! This past year, I faced numerous car challenges, which left me visiting numerous car dealerships.I am so incredibly grateful to the fun and kind-hearted team at this Honda location. Major shoutout to Bryan with a Y (haha) for working with me and bringing me lots of laughs, and to Bob Johnson for going way above and beyond to get me the right finance rate. I was at the end of my lease and came here to trade it in for a new one. Bobby Ortega was my sales agent and helped me get a great deal for a new 2024 Honda HRV despite the low inventory. Just purchased my new 2024 civic si from this Hoehn dealer and the experience was simple honest and smooth. Bobby my sales agent was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Bobby Ortega was my Sales Consultant and he was awesome from the moment he greeted me. He listened to what I wanted and expected in my next vehicle. After test driving the Honda HR-V and the CR-V I was able to secure a great deal...and got my new CR-V the very same day. I would recommend Bobby Ortega for a great auto buying experience. On a Sunday night of a holiday weekend we saw a post for a 2024 CRV Sport Hybrid and called Hoehn to inquire. Working late to take our call, Roofina coordinated with Bob and within 24 hours we drove away with the CRV. Roofina was fast, detailed, and extremely helpful. She meet us the next morning to test drive the CRV and helped us with our many questions. She also brought out a huge red bow for us to take a picture with the car. Made me feel sixteen again!

I got my wife s car serviced yesterday and it was great. I had set an appointment at 1:00 and got there about 30 minutes early. As soon as I got there one of the representatives(Jesse Alonso) came out to greet me and ask what I needed done. He took the car and had it serviced while I read in the waiting room( which had plenty of comfortable seating and a coffee machine) after my car was done he came, got me and explained everything that was great about the car(which I expected since it was the first oil change of a brand new car). I was pleasantly surprised with him. He knows how to get the information to me in an experienced and direct way. There was no reason for him to have a long drawn out explanation because I had just come in for one of my free oil changes, but he treated me like I had just spent a couple thousand dollars fixing my car at a place that he owned. He was polite, direct and very helpful. He even got me a quote for all weather mats for my other car without a fuss. Awesome guy and super helpful and easy to deal with. Give him a promotion and increase his pay.

Today, I had an appointment scheduled for an oil change, detailing, and to inquire about a recall on my vehicle. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Steve, who inquired, What do you need? I promptly informed him of my 1 o clock appointment. However, he seemed unaware and questioned the purpose of my visit. Despite my intention to pay for the services, he declined to proceed, citing that my vehicle s oil level was not at 15%. This refusal to accommodate preemptive maintenance was disappointing, as I was prepared to cover the costs involved.Subsequently, I inquired about checking for any recalls on my vehicle. Though initially accommodating, the overall interaction was marked by a sense of contention. Upon returning to collect my vehicle, I sought clarification regarding the inspection s outcome, to which Steve provided a vague response. This lack of transparency left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned with the professionalism of the service provided.Regrettably, the encounter culminated in Steve and Jr s inappropriate behavior, as they were observed laughing at my expense upon my departure. This further compounded my dissatisfaction and prompted me to request their names, as I found their conduct unacceptable.Given the substandard experience and lack of confidence in the services rendered, I intend to lodge a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Such disregard for customer satisfaction and unprofessional conduct should not be tolerated by any reputable establishment.

Short Story:First off, Bobby is the MAN!! I really don't leave too many reviews on google. mainly because it never feels sincere. But I've had REALLY bad experiences with buying multiple cars (over 6) in the past 3 years. Hoehn Honda is how a Dealership SHOULD BE!Long Story:A different Honda dealership that I had went to, FORCED me into buying add on packages (PPF, Alarm system, Extended Warranties) and I had to yell at them to remove most of them. I really only asked for GAP insurance. At the end, they ended up charging me a percentage of the add on packages because they refused to sell me the car without it. I left pissed off. To make things WORSE, the car got into a total loss accident from a person that drove my car; soon to find out, that the GAP insurance that I had assumed was on contract, the Finance Manager had pocket for himself. He wrote it as $500 and put GAP insurance on the contract and never wrote a policy number or company on the contract. Long story short, I was upside down $5k on the car and had to pay it off myself with a car that only had 6,000 miles on it.I told Bobby, immediately when we met, 'I DO NOT want any of the accessories on the vehicle that were added on. I want the car naked'. He agreed and was more than patient with the process of our vehicle purchase! Bobby has extensive knowledge of the cars he is selling. In fact, he is a Honda Performance Enthusiast himself! This really gave us confidence to buy with him! He gave us multiple options between the vehicle we wanted, and overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience!I live in Winchester, about 50 miles away from Hoehn Honda. I'll gladly make another trip there, from here on out, to purchase any other future Hondas! Thanks again Bobby!

The service at Hoehn Honda is always professional, thorough and quick. If you can t wait they ll order a Lyft to take you to your destination and then send one to pick you up when your car is ready. I highly recommend them.

Car wouldn't start in the middle of nowhere. Called Hoehn Service and spoke to Jesse. He was calm, sympathetic, and knowledgeable. Had everything ready to go when we got to the dealership, including a ride home. Clearly explained what he thought the problem was and kept me informed of repair progress. This was not the first time the Service department has come to my rescue.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new/used car, I've never had such a bad experience like the one we received here. They gave us the run around telling us we weren't approved by our credit union when in fact WE WERE approved and even had approval letter. They apparently don't like selling cars to people who do their homework and go through a credit union because they would rather rip somebody off with a higher interest rate through their lenders. They gave us an appointment for 6pm knowing the banks were closed and knowing they weren't going to be able to sell us the car if they couldn't call the bank. JIM was the person I was working with that gave us such a horrible experience. Stay away from this dealer if you're in the market for a new/used car. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Jesse in the service team took the time to review the situation with my civic hybrid 2015 and secured service covered through my warranty rather than try to quickly sell me on a purchase. Inquired with Vista and Escondido and neither of them took the time to assist. I appreciated his customer centricity and will be going here for my service needs for the future.

My minivan is going strong at nearly 200,000 miles, thanks to Jesse and the entire Hoehn crew! I am impressed with their constant communication during the repairs. Even though I have tried mom-and-pop shops, I always return to Hohen because the service is much quicker and any issues are dealt with professionalism.

Purchased a car for my wife, our salesman Kamran (the running man) was terrific and went above and beyond. The deal was very transparent, and they offered Gap insurance and additional services at no charge. Such as dent and ding repair, anything smaller than a credit card fixed for free. We leased through Honda credit and they paid the first payment for us, with a great option to trade up when the time comes for nearly nothing out of pocket. My wife wasn't considering buying today, but I think she's glad we did. I can tell you for sure, even though we're going to be moving quite far away we'll consider coming back for our next car.

Prior to buying my 2024 CR-V from Hoehn Honda, I must have visited every Honda Dealership in San Diego County. Seriously, I drive Uber so I literally visited every Honda Dealership. Most had the same inventory and sale pitch. I narrowed my search down to what I wanted and asked one dealership to call me back with details. A week later still no call back. While up in Carlsbad I stopped in at Hoehn. Bobby Ortega greeted me and quickly addressed my question. I'm a retired outside salesman and believe me when, I say I'm a hard sell. Bobby nailed it. This is the only place to buy a Honda, and I'm from South Bay.

After 5 years, I finally paid off the car I bought here. It was my first car I had ever financed and I'm so thankful for this company because they helped me learn to never buy from a dealer again.I had no credit and didnt know what I was doing. I was just looking through my contracts and seeing how much they charged me. For the rate they financed me, I ended up paying about 12k in interest alone plus the little fees that they snuck in there.You can say "Well you didn't have to buy the car" but to be honest, that's not how it felt at this place. Every time I said "I need to think about it" they would start pressuring me or sometimes tell me to wait. They probably left and came back 5 times. An older salesman saw that the younger guy was struggling to make the sale cuz he knew it was a bad deal for me.So the older salesman, Reggie, according to my paperwork, told him to step aside and came in and just started pressuring me. He wouldn't let me leave. He borderline mocked me and belittled me, trying to make me feel stupid for raising concerns. I said this interest rate is too high and he kept saying no you can do it. It's fine. You can just refinance it later everyone does it. They knew I needed a car to start my new job so he just kept pressuring me and I broke and signed for it. I saw him afterwards laughing with the younger guy basically saying that's how you make a sale.Ultimately, no they didn't hold a gun to my head and make me buy the car. But they tried all kinds of tactics to overwhelm me and stop me from leaving the dealership without signing.Buying a car is a pretty big decision. You should be able to shop around and take your time. But that is not what they want. These guys are not on your side. They are on the hunt for their next meal and they view you as prey. If you don't want to do business with people like this, buy private or from a smaller reputable dealer. Your life will be better if you don't let people like them push you into a decision you're not sure you want to make.Thanks for the expensive life lesson, Reggie. I'll never forget it.

Bought a lightly used CRV--purchase was good, but follow up since they are been horrible.1) Never got tabs. Made multiple calls to Hoehn staff who basically blew me off until someone finally looked it up and discovered their mistake. Took some 3 months to resolve2) When you purchase a car you get two free oil changes (to get you hooked on their service department no doubt)....When we used 2nd certificate, was told it couldn't be used as "we put on too many miles". Not sure why that would matter, as an oil change is an oil change. When asked about it, service department said "sorry, nothing we can do. you can wait for the sales department but they don't open for another hour" How lame is that?Suggestions: Take care of your customers. Get back to people who may return to buy another car from you. Empower your staff to take care of their customers.

After being overseas for over 3 years and doing a significant amount of research on vehicles, to include almost buying a 2023 Subaru WRX Limited, I must say my experience at Hoehn Honda was nothing short of being smooth, easy, and beneficial overall. I purchased a 2024 Honda Civic Hatchback Sports Touring and love it. The design, amenities, color, performance, and gas mileage are all solid. I did a lot of research on vehicles of all makes and models prior to coming back home and Honda's almost always never disappoint. I'll probably have this car for a long time, and hopefully can give it to my son or daughter one day.All said, my experience was made easy by John Anthony. He's an Associate of the Hoehn Honda Team and his communication with me while I was Overseas, and when I came home, was awesome. He wasn't pushy, didn't have an agenda to screw me over or get extra money out of my purchase, and helped me finance it with efficiency. I must say that having an automatic instead of a manual is kind of a bummer, but SoCal traffic proves that driving stick would be much more of a hassle. John is the guy though, and I highly recommend seeking him out if you have questions or want to view specific models.For my fellow Docs, Navy friends, and Marines: If you are stationed overseas and are interested in a vehicle here but have an overseas cell number, email communication with this Dealership was easy-going. Especially with John. Despite a 9 hour time difference, he was on it.I will say to any new car or used car buyer(s), please make sure you are financially stable to finance or lease a vehicle. Newer model Sedans, Hatchbacks, SUVs, and trucks are great but any car payment that is $500 or more a month is just not worth it. Especially for Single Enlisted Military E-5 and below. Believe me, as a Corpsman, I know. I've been there before. BAH and Base Pay can only provide so much (insert crying-laughing emoji here). Experience stems from making mistakes and failing in some manner.Hopefully this review helps in some way, shape, or form!

I just bought a new Honda CRV and absolutely love it. We worked with Roofina Rivera. She is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of purchasing or leasings a vehicle. She answered all of our questions, confidently and with a smile. My dad asked her a million questions and she always knew how to answer them and she did it in a friendly and patient way which I appreciated. She is also extremely accommodating and kind as we were there for almost 6 hours trying to decide which car to choose and if we should buy or lease. When my lease is up or if I decide to buy with Honda, I will definitely go back to her to guide me through the process. The manager who also processed our payment was really friendly and charismatic. I did shop around at two other Honda dealers, and I will say this one had the best selection of vehicles. They had lots of different years and models to choose from versus the other dealers I visited which only had the latest in only a few models. Overall, we had a really great experience here. Thank you to the Hoehn Honda team!

The worst custumer service I have ever experienced. After my car that I purchased here was deemed a total loss I asked for a refund for my extended warranty. I turned in all the documents that were required and the financial employee at the dealership, Armani, said he cancelled my warranty. Fast forward 4 months later, after many calls, emails, and personal visits to inquire about the refund, I called honda cared personally just to find out that my waranty was never actually cancelled. Armani lied to my face many times ensuring that he cancelled the warranty. I can't begin to explain how dissapointed I feel with this horrible custumer care. I would never buy anything through them or advise anyone to go there. Horrible bussiness
