Outstanding service on parts delivery. I placed a "pick up" order for parts on the Bob Baker Subaru website and the next day went to pick up my order at the dealership only to learn that it was not yet ready. BTW, I had not received an email telling me that the order was ready for pickup, but figured that since it is was just 2 OEM oil filters and 2 drain plug gaskets that would not be a problem. Instead they offered to deliver it to my home and shortly thereafter the order arrived as promised. They never miss an opportunity to make things right!Thanks Bob Baker Subaru!

Worst Subaru in the country. I had a recall and they did it wrong. I went back to fix it, and they guy with my case didn't even want to give me his name. Shame for Subaru. Recalls are not a joke.

Ordered parts that were in stock at Bob Baker Subaru. Over 1 week later they had not shipped. I called to inquire about the status and was told the parts were sitting on the desk in front of the clerk, yet they could give me a tracking number. I ended up driving from over an hour away to pick the parts up myself. Shipping and handling fee's were not reversed and instead i am being MAILED a check for the difference. Very inconvenient to say the least. Will not be returning for any reason.

When ever I do an online order for store pick up they actually never get the parts until you go there or call them... I don't understand the point of the online store. Other than that they are very friendly in person. Just don't go to kearny mesa Subaru as they do not have as good of customer service.

I had a good experience with the Baker Boys (and Girls). It took a while to get the order due to one of the items being on back order; otherwise, very good service. -KT.
