This place is pretty quick if there's no one there. Last time I was in and out in less than 15 min if not less than 10. Service is great. Be sure to find a discount code online at their website before coming in

I've been going there for years with my car and my family 's cars. Manny and the team are always great there!I love seeing the 2 girls working there - why not?They always do a great, fast and courteous job.

Showed up. It was not busy pulled right in and got serviced right away, they were friendly & quick checked all the fluids put air in my tires changed my oil I was in & out in 15 min.

They forgot to put back on two of my locking lugnuts. I drove off the lot with two lugnuts missing. Yes, I should have checked before hand, but I expected they could handle putting lugnuts back on a carNow I have to buy a whole new set of locking lugnuts since they lost them by the time I came back.If they can t handle lugnuts, I wouldn t trust them to handle ANYTHING important on a car

Being their customer for years, I appreciate the staff's professionalism and expertise. They even check filters, tires, and fluids unprompted. They efficiently repaired my AC two weeks ago, and shared tips for maintenance. I highly recommened their services.

The fastest oil change service shop I have ever used. The only thing is if you don't ask for them to do the multi point inspection they won't. That's why it's fast. I usually go to Oil stop in Valencia they are top notch but they were closed. Valvoline is a quick and dirty oil change place. Wham bam thank you mam get outa here!

I came here because the Jiffy Lube that I normally go to did not have conventional oil in stock. I was super impressed with the speed of receiving my oil change and the professionalism. Extremely fast service was in and out within 10 minutes they don't try to sell you on a bunch of stuff that is unneeded like jiffy lube and you can stay in your car so you know what's going on.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I needed to get my transmission fluid exchanged and had first gone to Jiffy Lune. No one greeted me and I left after no service within 5 minutes. I came to this Valvoline location and was install serviced. Mayfre and Manny immediately had me pull in and took care of me quickly. They did more than just the fluid exchange and topped off my tire air and checked a couple other things. Manny even removed some dead leaves and debris from the car next to me because he noticed it was built up. The little things add up and I see them so I just want to recognize these guys for doing a good job.Service: Transmission

First time...In and out in less than 20 minutes. Guys check you in, service your vehicle and your on your way. Reasonable price for an oil change, I asked for the conventional oil as I didn't need synthetic. Let them know the type of oil change you need...I called ahead to understand their prices and given options of oil types with prices.Will be back! Thank you for the quick, good service :)

Price gouging at its best. Went in for an oil change, the technician didn't ask if I wanted synthetic blend or full synthetic. He aggressively handed me a piece of paper and told me to sign. It was the most expensive oil change option they had.They then loosened my battery terminal causing my car not to start. When asked what happened they insisted my started was bad. I asked them to test the battery, they replied "we cannot test the battery unless the car is on" which is completely false. They finally caved and tested my battery while simultaneously offering me the most expensive battery available.I went in intentionally acting like I knew nothing about my own car and they tried everything to take advantage of me. This place is CRIMINAL.Services: Battery, Oil change

Been here several times. Always good service. Never had a problem. Always tighten parts and double check oil caps are on. Cheaper priced than the other mainstream express shops. Very quick service even with a line of cars.

Asked how much it would cost with my own oil. The man said 40 $ labor ...Then i pull in and the man says that will be 52 $ after they start the job .i said the guy told me 40$ the guy said well its 50$ at that point i said thats totally wrong thats why i asked first. The guy who told me that then nowhere to be found. Finally the employee says ok well do if for that. So they did fine. I just didnt like the double pricing ..

They were quick so I gave them 4 stars, but I m not wearing a mask by myself inside my own car like they asked me to. I will go elsewhere if needed. So I told them that and they didn t give me any trouble. You literally stay inside your car the whole time.

I had an incredible customer experience at this location. I had called earlier to check prices and availability. During my call the female associate was friendly and informative. When I arrived at the location I was greeted by happy associates. After the prompt service the associates made professional recommendations. All of the associates that attended me were extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommended this location and will definitely be back for future service.

Very good service, I got my oil changed here the other day and it was faster than any jiffylube Ive been to, especially compared to the one by costco. They keep the cost low and were also really honest. I told them my filter light was on in my car and they replaced it, but insisted on showing me how dirty the old filter was first so I knew it really needed it. We will be coming back for the next oil change too!

Fast and convenient, in and out, also staff is friendly and knowledgeable, price is quite reasonable from other spots as well, and dont forget your 7 dollar coupon. Definitely recommend this spot if you don't feel like changing your own oil or need it done fast.

First time there and I will definitely be using their service again and recomend them to friends. I got their high milage oil change. They did a saftey check on my car and found my tag lights were out asked if I would like them replaced for 12.99 each, they also asked if I would like my air filter replaced and they would knock 5 bucks. All in my total came out to $115, not bad at all. They were so friendly I gave them a tip which they appreciated very much. This is a place you can trust.

Went in for a simple oil change, they put an oversize plug in my car then when they put a temporary replacement plug that leaked. When I went back again, they charged me for a new oil pan. Owner would not accept responsibility for the mistake. DO NOT GO HERE, they cannot do a simple oil change and could ruin your car. Theres a Firestone right next door.Service: Oil change

Last oil change was with these guys. Getting an oil change right now elsewhere. So Valvoline Express put wrong oil. Cross threaded oil plug and over tightened oil filter. Jammed on. So the guy I just left broke a tool and got two cuts trying to get the oil filter off and for half the price of these guys. Luckily there was no damage to this NEW carService: Oil change

Beware!!! These guys will steal from your Car. When I drove in there was a little cup full of change on my dashboard. When I went to drive off, the cup was broken and about five dollars worth of change was gone. I went back in and the guy said that he did not know any thing about it.Beware. They will rip you off!!!

I prefer to change my own oil but cant when your on the road. So i use valvoline over jiffy lube. They were very fast at this location. There was not line so i got in right away and the technician was ok with all my request. They even offered my boys a free lollipop. Wish the price was less than it was. They should have trucks enter on the left bay because the exit turn is really tight coming out of the right one.
