I will never go back to this place again. I asked Mark for the price of a tune-up and new brakes, and he told me that he would assess my car, then call me in an hour or two to give an estimate. Instead, three hours passed and he didn t call, so I called to find out the status of my car. He told me that the car was ready for pick-up and that it didn t need brakes for several months, so I head over to pick-up the car. When I get there, he hands me a bill for $365.00 and tells me that he did an oil change and he performed a software update, neither of which I asked for, nor authorized. I have no way of verifying whether he performed an update or not, nor whether or not he changed the oil, which I did NOT ask for or request. I stood in shock for a moment, and was going to lay into him, as I m a trained lawyer, then I just sighed and left the facility. I get tired of arguing with unsavory people as they are everywhere in this day and age. He also handed me an assessment of over $2500.00 worth of tune-up items for me to have him perform in the near future, after he performed unauthorized services already. I can go to the BMW dealer and get a full tune-up for $549 for my nine year old car. I looked at him incredulously for a minute, sighed, then simply walked out of the shop knowing that I ll never go there again. $365.00 lesson learned. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Marc is a rare species - honest, trustworthy mechanic who charges reasonable price! Wish I met him earlier - would have saved me lots of aggravation and money dealing with other repair places.Marc is a keeper!!!

Marc is very honest guy and prices are really reasonable. He fixed the halo head light on my wife's 328i for 60 bucks while other shops said I needed the whole head light assembly which came to 700.00 with labor. If you have a BMW you should be bringing it to Marc. Great shop

Mark is an amazing person and the best professional to work in BMWs and MINIs. I got so lucky via my referral to him. He fixed my MINI so fast!!! I m back on the road and cannot be happier. Honesty, value - this is a rare quality you can find out there looking for a shop to fix your car. The best!!! Thank youuuu!!!

Mark, the owner, is awesome! He provides great service. He has been working on my 2000 BMW Z3 Roadster for nearly 20 years. My car runs great, thanks to Mark. Mark also serviced my wife's BMW 325 and my mother-in-law's 325. They have always been pleased with Mark's work.Mark is honest, reliable and reasonable. I completely trust him.I would not take my car anywhere else. If you re lucky enough to find this place you won t be let down. You won t find a more honest and affordable guy who IS NOT OUT TO GET YOU! He simply just wants to get the job done just like you. I m so glad I found this place for for all my would be expensive upkeep fixes on my BMW. DO NOT GO TO DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN YOUR WARRANTY SERVICES. Go here. You ll be amazed at his honesty and prices.

I love my 2014 BMW, but have not had the best luck finding competent, honest, affordable service. The dealerships are outrageous ripoffs and don't seem to know any more than non-BMW mechanics. Many independent "BMW experts" are really far from expert. I've had my share of nightmares with both.Then I found Santa Clarita House of Bmrs. Wow, what a difference!After recently dealing with 2 different shops to eventually fix an oil leak, I suddenly got a warning message that the coolant was very low, which could cause serious engine damage (and jeopardize my daughter and me). A friend brought over the right coolant, but found that the reservoir was full! I asked him to help find a BMW technician who could solve this, and based on Yelp reviews, he called SC House of Bmrs. Mark said he could look at my car right away, and 10 minutes later I was there. Mark immediately diagnosed the problem, and explained the options for fixing it. He said he could get the part that same day and suggested I come back in a couple of hours to have him install the repair. He was very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting us back on the road safely. When we returned, his work was fast and flawless, and at a price that was a fraction of what the dealer would have charged. I couldn't be more impressed with the excellent customer service. My luck has finally changed!If you think that top notch, trustworthy, reasonably priced auto service is just a myth, I recommend you go to Santa Clarita House of Bmrs. Mark will make you a believer.

Marc, is the one reason I have come to love House of Beamers, the man is very knowledgeable of his craft. Every time I speak to him over the phone to get a quote he already has a pretty good idea of the issue my car is having. The man is a mastermind of European cars and a mechanical surgeon.I was having stalling issues, my fuel pump would cut out and I would have no power to my car and I wasnt able to turn it back on for over 20 mins. He changed and programmed the fuel control module in the car in under an hour and now I have been able to drive my car for over 200 miles instead of stalling out under 8 miles. Thank you Marc and House of Beamers for your professional and timely work!! Highly recommend this shop!Service: Electrical repair

Since my warranty has expired on my BMW, I was looking for local BMW mechanic to work on my car. I came across Santa Clarita House of Bmrs.Mark (the owner) and his staff are very knowledgeable when it comes to BMW's. The prices are very affordable compared to what you would pay at the dealer.

You got a Mini? You're probably going to need to get in touch with a Mini mechanic. Go here, they're great.I came in for a thermostat repair and these guys got it done super fast. He also let me know of the other things I would need to get repaired soon.

It was my first visit and I was definitely impressed with their service, honesty and professionalism. I was quoted an estimate on the cost to replace a starter in my BMW 328i; something I couldn't get from the dealership!
