I normally do not take the time to write reviews like this BUT this stuck with me. I brought my 2016 Corvette to PRIDE AUTO in Santa Clarita (26867 Ruether Ave.) to re-upholster the driver's side seat, remove glass from the driver s side door panel, and to re-finish my passenger side rear rim.I got the car back and was not able to completely inspect it until I got home that night. The seat was re-upholstered so poorly it looked like an amateur did the work-not a professional (see pics) The glass was still in the door panel and the panel was not re-attached properly to the door. The rim, however, was refinished beautifully I must say. I was terribly unhappy with 2/3 of the three repairs I paid for.What happened next shocked me. I contacted Pride Auto to correct the issues and they were not happy and went on to state they may have to charge me or the insurance company more to correct the items I ALREADY paid them for!I did not think they handled the matter professionally, but reluctantly agreed to take my car back for them to correct the issues. However-once I tried to bring the car back all lines of communication had been severed. I lost all contact with them. I called, e-mailed and even text my contact there .several times. I got no reply whatsoever. It was clear that they did not want to correct these items.Frustrated-I disputed the charge with AMEX.AMEX denied the dispute and I ultimately ended up paying for this sub-standard work. Come to find out their reply to AMEX was filled with false information implying I just wanted free repairs. They offered to correct the issues but A) they do horrible work so I do not think they can correct it and B) most importantly, I do not trust them with my car at this point; too much bad blood.I have closed out the matter and moved on, but I vowed to share my story in the event that perhaps even one person reading this will avoid using this joke of a shop.

Can see why they are changing their name from Pride they have clearly lost the Pride in the work performed and pride in customer service. Dealt with Manny the other day. He had no desire to work on my vehicle. Came in with an authorization for my insurance to start work on my vehicle and instead of earning my business. Manny showed little interest to gain the work. Refused to contact the insurance company for further repair authority. Just pure laziness and lack of care. If you want you car repaired go to a shop that cares. Pride/Classic will leave you high and dry

One of our fleet vehicles ended up in this shop after it was rear ended. The vehicle was towed to location as it was not driveable. Once the vehicle was delivered to the shop, we received the estimate 9 days later (including the weekend). Once we received the estimate we decided to total the vehicle(same day) . When asked for the payout charges we were advise that we were being charged storage at $110/day since it arrived. I am absolutely disgusted that we had to pay $1000 in storage when we were waiting on the estimate from the body shop. This shop has been blacklisted from our company and I would highly recommend you receive your estimate same day.

This place left my 2013 Kia sportage in shambles. The rear view mirror doesn't work, many panels vibrate. My power windows don't work. & all this happened the moment drove of the lot.Frank pinto himself was rude a sarcastic. I asked to speak with his father (a reasonable man). I have called infinity insurance and filed a complaint with will handled by they're investigations department. It is clear I did not get provided with good service. This place does the worst work in town & their only means. Infinity insurance has reopened the case and is investigating it. You are a dishonest person Frank pinto.

Great shop that does great work. I would recommend them to anyone needing body work done. Matt and the entire crew are extremely professional and service oriented. I won't be taking my car anywhere else for a long time.

This was very great body shop very helpful and great customer service daily I would get a text on process of my car there goal was over a week they had done 3 days earlier. Thank you again for all your help.
