THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! We just picked up our new Can-Am yesterday and couldn't be happier with not only the purchase price, but the service. Hats-off to Devin, Mart�n, Clinton, and others who made this one of the best buying experiences bar none. This is how I received a unit back from this dealership. Missing parts and damaged trailer. And this was after i was told I couldn t pick the unit up after i told them id be there to pick it up the day before. Instead got a 10min argument with Kyle and went home empty handed. Kyle started trying to resolve this but once i calmed down and asked more questions about why the mileage is up over 100miles from what it came in at... got ghosted. Btw they admitted to the missing parts.

I recently picked up my new Can Am Defender from Steven. Throughout the process, he kept me updated and informed. When I arrived to pick it up, the paperwork was seamless. Great customer service and a pleasure to do business with. Keep up the great work!

Another great experience with California Custom Trailers & Power Sports, this time their Lodi location. Our first trailer from them was purchased in Elk Grove and this time we got a great deal on a brand new very well equipped Southland enclosed cargo trailer. Our rep was Martin. Can't say enough good about him; Martin was very helpful, patient, followed up by phone and email and he worked hard to get us the trailer purchased within our budget. Great service, fast and easy. Got a price over the phone, exactly what i paid out the door. Got the trailer i wanted and out of there in less than 30 minutes and they put a larger ball on my hitch!

Staff at Cal Custom were very helpful. Steven helped me with my purchase of a Can Am Maverick and assisted me to chose the right trailer for my needs. I was able to order some accessories and get them installed when I picked up my machine. The service crew even assisted me with getting the correct trailer wiring so I could safely tow my new trailer & machine. Very happy with all the service from the Lodi team.

Hands down the best experience I ve ever had making a purchase of this statue. Filled out Ana application on Sunday, was called by Nicole (who was the sweetest) and approved on Monday. I picked up our new trailer by 3pm the same day! Also, I didn t get the guys name but he was super helpful and got me all hooked up and pulled out so I didn t destroy my husbands truck and new trailer lol. They had me in and out in about 20 min and I was able to sign everything online before arriving. We will be recommending them to everyone. Thank you guys for a great experience!

These guys nail it! When I picked up my Can Am, the guy I had been dealing with was not there. So you might expect the guys covering to be aloof or not know what's going on. But no, they stepped right up, didn't keep me waiting and helped me load the trailer with no questions. The level of service, integrity and help that these guys showed, brought me back for a trailer. I'll keep coming back and recommend this shop to anyone looking for a side-by-side or trailer! Awesome family-owned business.

Great experience! We bought a Can am. Kyle had all of our paperwork ready when we got there. He was honest and kind. Very smooth transaction.. Steven and Casey were amazing as well!

way too expensuve compared to their competitors around them and nearby...You just replied to my review...you call high quality the trailer you sell ?remember I pointed out the horrible welds in your "top quality trailer" ? my dog would've done a much better job.... those trailers you sell will start falling apart as soon as warranty is over

California Custom Lodi is a great trailer and can am shop! All of the workers have been super helpful each time I have been in. Kyle has self delivered several units/trailers out to my families property, even on weekends or tight time crunch deadlines. Would recommend to anyone stop and see for yourself.

Ordered gaskets from Steven on 10/19. He said they would be in by Thursday or Friday as they were coming from Vegas. I let him know I needed these as we were leaving for a race. He said they ll be here. Called on 11/9, Steven said he didn t know why they weren t here and was going to look into it. Never got a call. Called today 11/10, they said it shows they were delivered but they don t have them . Use Elk Grove Powersports or order online when you need something is my suggestion.

Kyle (manager) has no customer service skills. Created a problem and never went out of his way to resolve the issue. Damaged property brought there, would not recommend this shop unless you plan on paying out of pocket expenses for problems created by a shop. Find another.

This place is amazing and the only power sports store I have been where you do not feel pressured on sales. Kyle is very knowledgeable on his inventory and on the units that have to be special ordered. Will recommend all my friends to come here in the future. Thank you!

Came in looking for a trailer for my business and I didn t really know what I wanted or needed. The staff was super knowledgeable and steered me towards a perfect Maxx-D dump trailer. They didn t have the trailer in stock at this location but transferred it from one of their other locations in the same day and at no cost. I would definitely do business with them in the future!!

have done service with this location since they opened last year. The guys are great their and Kyle has shown nothing but the best service towards me it seems like there are fanboys of this Instagram guy who is crying about buying a can am site unseen from a 3rd party friend and getting mad at this dealership that it was being stored at. seems like he is mad at the wrong person to me

Kyle and the team here are some of the most knowledgeable in the industry. From trailers to UTVs this is the place to go. Do not let the 1 star reviews scare you, they were all pinned from one person making a false story.
