Had to replace one of back doors and it went as smoothly as I could have expected. Troy is amazing as he is both honest and an expert. He kept in touch with me throughout the process and I got it sooner than the estimated delivery. They also cleaned my car thoroughly.Appreciate the great service and my car looks as good as new.

Excellent service and very professional! I was hit on the passenger side of my car which left deep scratches and a good sized dent. My car is black and they made it look brand new which is extremely hard to do on black. They also took care of another small dent that wasn't part of the original incident. I used my insurance but they even helped me out with the deductible! Talk about above and beyond!

I'd give this business 10 stars if I could. Unparalleled customer service (more like customer care/pampering). Robert is an absolute rock star! Knowledgeable, caring, keeps you updated every step of the way, suggests better options, does everything he can to lower the costs, takes care of you and treats you as if you were his best friend. Needless to say that the work his shop does is just as perfect. We need more people and businesses like this. You want your car to be as good as new AND experience an incredibly enjoyable human interactions while you're at it - look no further.

After having a fender bender I went to white Oaks for repairs. Had a great experience which I was dreading but Troy kept me up to date with details and I was impressed with excellent service and how often he contacted me and took care of it all. I highly recommend this body shop for repairs. Ask for Troy!

I worked with Daniel at White Oaks Auto Body (which is different from another similar establishment, White Oaks Auto Repair). Initially, I showed them my car and secured an appointment a month later. However, I was insistent on having them perform the repairs due to their excellent reviews, and the experience turned out to be truly satisfying. Everything he had speculated and promised proved to be accurate, and he only had to call twice: once to provide a more precise completion time and once to let me know the work was done. This allowed me to plan and extend my Enterprise rental car accordingly. He delivered on his promise in terms of both timing and the quality of the work. I can sum up my experience in terms of professionalism, punctuality, and the quality of the work, all of which were in favor of the customer rather than the insurance company.

Have been to this shop twice (once for a totaled vehicle, second for a bumper) Both times, Daniel was extremely helpful, honest and kept me in the loop about insurance, parts, time estimate etc. They did a great job on the new bumper, literally like new, and they went above and beyond and detailed my car inside and out. 5 star service. Daniel (Owner) was kind enough to provide all the options (from $10 to $1000) on how to fix a deep scratch on the rear bumper. His quote was one of the cheapest in the area. They also removed a few minor scratches, washed, and vacuumed thoroughly for free. I highly recommend this place.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Their quote came in $1000 less than competing shops with all of the same work done. The car looks factory new. They communicated with us every step of the way. If I need future auto body work done this is where I'm taking it.

We met with Mike, White Oaks Impala expert, who was thrilled to work on our classic 1965 Impala that been in our family its whole life.The Impala was already in great shape, but it had a few things that needed to be addressed.I put a dent in the factory crease that runs along the length of the vehicle, about 20+ years ago. White Oaks fixed the dent, matched the white paint, and clear coated the entire section from the edge of the door jamb to the back so the repair would not be a noticeable where the new clearcoat was applied... you cannot tell there was ever a dent or a repair made in that area.Next, the passenger side door would not close tight easily, so they adjusted the striker and now it closes properly.The car has the original windshield, complete with 57 years of noticeable hazing from the windshield wipers...they polished the haze out.I picked up the car looking showroom fresh and they even applied tire dressing which was a nice touch, making the "cruise" home special.I highly recommend White Oaks for your classic car auto body work. These guys are reliable and honest! I towed my 4runner that got smashed in a head on collision to this shop per the tow driver's advice. I'm glad I took his advice because White Oaks Auto Body is easy to deal with and they even grabbed a couple items I forgot to take out for me. The vehicle was being towed to Copart and they took my garage door opener and fav CD out before it got towed, and I was able to come by and get my items without any issue. Thank you White Oaks!!

I highly recommend Robert for any car repairs you may need. He fixed my car after it was hit on the side, and he did an excellent job. Despite the insurance company only requiring him to repair the damaged doors, Robert went above and beyond by replacing them completely with new, original ones. He completed the job in a timely manner and with great attention to detail. Throughout the entire process, Robert acted with integrity and professionalism. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the work that he did on my car and would definitely use his services again in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

So happy I found this location! Mike, Mark and Tony were very helpful from day one.I was in a car accident, didn't know the area or where to have my car brought as I was on my way to the hospital (some A Hole rear ended me at a stop light going 45+ mph) I asked the tow driver if he recommended anyone, he told me about white oak, and that it would be okay to have an overnight drop there. First thing the next day they called me letting me know they had the car, giving me well wishes and letting me know I could stop by any time. They took care of everything.You know that horrible violated feeling you get when your car is stolen or damaged.... They made all of that go away. Everyone was so warm and polite I could almost forget why I had to go there in the first place.

On New Years Eve my car was damaged in severe winter storm. The tow truck driver recommended White Oaks Auto Shop and I am extremely grateful he did. Had the absolute pleasure of working with Mike from White Oaks Auto Body! I'd go back to their shop in a heartbeat- although I hope I won't have to. He got my Mazda Mp3 looking tip-top after the bumper had to be replaced, hood dented, wheel well/fender completed messed up, and it had a broken headlight.I made the mistake of going somewhere else first ... *ehem* caliber *ehem*... who appear to be part of a insurance scheme because they immediately declared my car "totalled" following a fender bender- after the lady looked at it for like 2 minutes. This decision made by the Caliber Collision estimator was obviously rushed and a sweet deal for them because they either 1) want to get the biggest check from the insurance company or 2) don't want to actually do work that requires true effort. Forget about the fact that they only made 1500 of my model (from 2001) and that it has at least another 100k to go before I want to consider getting rid of it. This decision made by their representative is also causing me extra hardship now because I have to take the car to the DMV before I can get it legally reinstated to be driven in the state.I went to Mike and he made (almost) all of these problems go away. He gave me an honest estimate, provided me with multiple options depending on how much I really wanted to spend, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Now my car is back home and it looks better than when I initially purchased it 3 1/2 years ago... White Oaks & Mike have my respect and I certainly recommend going straight to these guys whenever you are looking to assess OR repair damage.

I can't recommend White Oaks enough! Had a little fender bender with my vehicle and it needed some body and paint work. I called into the shop and spoke to Mike, he suggested coming down and he'd take a look and give an estimate. The process was quick and painless. Once we got the details in order with insurance, I dropped it off on a Monday. Mike was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. He'd call every few days to give me an update. Finally went to pick it up and the car looks like it never was hit in the first place. Great work! Friendly service!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I purchased a vehicle with a bit of paint oxidation on the quarter panel that bothered me alot. After looking around and getting quotes around town for a decent repair Daniel and his team definitely took care of me and gave me a stellar service kept me updated on everything happening above and beyond what an owner would do usually. His team is the best from the person taking the car apart carefully to the guy that touches it last after everything paint is flawless thanks again to all the great people at White oaks if you are looking for great work ! Daniel the owner runs a class act over at White Oaks. I brought in my Mazda CX-50, a new model for Mazda, and was super happy with the turn around on parts and repair. The repair, paint job, and service was excellent every step of the way. I highly recommend White Oaks Auto Body, and will go to them for any auto body work if needed in the future. Its been quite a while since I have done business with a company that leaves a good enough impression for me to take the time to write a review. White Oaks went above and beyond from start to finish. Very welcoming, easy to talk to and deal with. They kept me informed through the whole process and provided helpful information for working with my insurance company. I was so impressed, I brought my 2nd car over for minor repairs when my initial repairs were complete. Needless to say it was another great experience. Danny and Mike are two incredibly friendly and helpful people. I brought my car in for an estimate on a damaged front headlight and bumper. They worked diligently to get in touch with my insurance company, who unfortunately are not the most responsive bunch. Danny and Mike made the process so easy for me. They communicated well through phone and text. They also recognized that I was a healthcare worker and offered to fix a dent on my passenger door free of charge! I was so touched by their kindness. When I picked up my car, I was ecstatic to see that it was beautifully washed and waxed, and looked brand spanking new!I would 1000% recommend this place for any auto body work!

Where do I start ? my daughters car had been recently hit and we needed to have the car repaired. I had been to busy to get the car in for estimates. My teenage daughter took it upon her self to get the estimates. Two other body shops treated her as expected and their quotes caused me pause. She then stopped at Whites Oakes Collison Center and spoke with Rob who provided the quote. I had asked my daughter for a few additional items that I though we should do.I was so happy that Rob was so kind to my daughter and also let her know a few additional things I wanted to do would really not be money well spent. He recommended we not do the additional items.We gave them the job. As a retired body shop Tech I had some high expectations. I picked the car up and was very pleased. they did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations. They even went above and beyond polishing the one headlight at no additional cost and detailed the car. Believe me I was dreading doing the headlight myself! I am truly impressed. I had damage done to my car from somebody backing up into my car door. Daniel was able to schedule with me and get everything fixed in such a short time. It looks better than before my car was hit. Not only did they do such an excellent job but they were able to save me money on the price and were updating me as progress was made. Truly professional.

The guys here did a great job for me. The work was performed more quickly than anticipated and for no more than they quoted (which was far less expensive than other businesses I considered). They even took the time to clean up my headlights, which were getting really foggy! My car was sparkling clean in addition to the repairs I was paying for. Great communication from getting the quote all the way through the repair, updating me on progress, until I went to pick up my vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

I've been coming to White Oaks Auto Body for years. Mark has always gone far and beyond with any repairs / insurance work I needed in the past. Just recently had a tree limb fall on the roof of my Lexus LS460 and called and setup appt to take it in. Met Mike for the first time and he as well went far and beyond to make sure my car was repaired properly and in a timely manner. Took care of all the insurance work and had my vehicle back to new in less than a week. Excellent customer service and impeccable work. These guys really make you feel like family. I will always be bringing my vehicles back to them as long as they are around. Highly recommend this family business.

I had a little mishap with my bumper day before Thanksgiving. Scrap the hinge in the garage and it scrap my side front bumper. I started stressing about it, my car is barely 6 months old. So I called up White Oaks for an estimate. Daniel picked up and said come on down and he will take a look at it. I showed up about 15 minutes later. Daniel went out to inspect my car bumper. Gave me a honest review on what needs to be done. He said the turnaround time will be about 4 days. He worked with me on pricing and gave a good price. He told me to go home and enjoy Thanksgiving and don't sweat it.I made an appointment with White Oaks, but rescheduled a couple of times due to conflict of work schedule. Every time I called in to reschedule, they were nice and said no problem.Finally brought my car in the Monday after Christmas, the process was simple and no stress. Daniel said he will shoot for pick-up Thursday. He called me a uber home. Within an hour of getting home, I received a call from Daniel saying he was able to secure a bumper from Acura for delivery the next day.I was kept updated throughout the whole process, I received another call on Wednesday saying its being painted today and still on track for pick-up Thursday.Come Thursday morning, I got a phone call from Mike. It'll be ready for pick-up at 3pm.Sure enough, I show up at 3pm. My baby is back to its original condition like it never happened! My car was washed, cleaned and wax +Overall takeaway:- good customer service- progress updates- good pricing- honest and transparentWill definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for body work. Look no further!

These guys are awesome, I was having a fitment issue with my driver door and fender where my fender wouldn't open , they told me to come through same day and they fixed it in under 10 mins and didn't charge me anything, these guys are the real deal! I will definitely be back!
