Very considerate, helpful, and accommodating. They are very focused on customer service and meeting/exceeding customer expectations. They are also very focused on doing their best to make sure their customers will have, as reasonably possible, safe cars to drive.We have been a customer of Renson for countless years, and they have always delivered.For example, Thursday night our Toyota all of a sudden started to have crazy symptoms that were problematic (loss of power steering, all sorts of warnings in the dash, etc.). Called Renson first thing Friday morning. They took our car in (even though they were already packed with other appointments), explained what the problem was, and repaired the car.....all in the same day so that we could have the use of the car on the weekend.Exemplary and dependable service......highly recommend Renson Automotive....

It's one thing to finally find a knowledgeable mechanic. That's good. That's important.But it's another to find one that's trustworthy. That's not only good, that's worth its weight in gold.Multiple time, the folks at Renson have told me "I wouldn't do that repair now - it's not necessary" or "You can hold off on that" or "We checked that, and it's fine." They basically have turned down work because it wasn't necessary.This is in stark contrast to so many other shops and dealers, who seem to want to push you to repair things that aren't even a problem.Anyway, these guys are great, do high quality work at a very, very fair price, and give you honest diagnostics. They're just great.

I always appreciate the guys at Renson Automotive. They re honest and do great work. I recently had the timing belt, spark plugs, a leaky manifold, among other things repaired on my Range Rover and she drives better than ever! My car was out of the shop in a reasonable time and cost. Thanks guys!

I recently had an exceptional experience at Renson Automotive that truly went above and beyond. The staff (Nat) at this establishment displayed a genuine care and dedication towards resolving any problems with my car, treating it as if it were their own. The owner got involved and demonstrated remarkable expertise and attention to detail, ensuring that every issue was addressed effectively. Although the main issue with my backup camera persists, I m still grateful for their commitment to customer satisfaction which was evident throughout the entire process, leaving me thoroughly impressed and grateful for their outstanding service. There seems to be some wiring issue in my car that makes it very difficult to pinpoint the cause of failure but the failure most likely occurred when the previous owner installed an anti theft tracking device so I can t blame these guys.

Because I received this survey, I'm obligated to respond to it. But I postponed the repair, and I cannot review the service at this time.So far so good.------------Real review:I had my car repaired and my experience with Renson was excellent.My car is running smoothly, and the staff's courtesy was also excellent. I mainly dealt with Nat, and he and other staff treated me with warm respect. This is a rather rare experience these days.I don't want another car repair, but if I need it, I'll come back here.

I discovered Renson Automative this year, and each time I've had work done, it's been a wonderful experience. Everyone there has been very kind, helpful, and communicative. They clearly explain exactly what's happening with my car, and what my options are. Even when I had an emergency, and needed to come by without an appointment, they fit me in and had it all fixed by the end of the day. They also have a very nice online system so I can track the work that's been done. I could not recommend this shop more highly, and I'm grateful they're within walking distance of my house.Services: Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Mike has been wonderful to work with. He s super transparent and helpful. He took down the codes that I read from a check engine light from my 2015 Jeep JKU and he managed to confirm the codeThey were quick with the whole process of diagnosis, change of parts and testing. Would go here again sometime in the future

Renson's listens, compassionately accommodated my 19 year old car even without a scheduled service appointment. I had so many doctor appointments this week and no way to get there! Done in 24 hours. Very good people

Reston Automotive exceeded expectations with their honest and professional service. The service advisors were exceptionally helpful, offering clear and valuable recommendations that made the entire experience smoother. This made it far more convenient than dealing with the dealership. Notably, their assistance in resolving my warranty issue showcased their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I cannot say enough good things about the Renson team. I have been loyally brining my cars here for about a decade. I refuse to trust any other mechanic with my automobiles - so much so that I drove from the East Bay just for an oil change! I have always found the Renson team (old and new management) to be transparent, communicative, professional, and just all around lovely to work with. Please bring your cars here. You won't get the same kind of service anywhere else!

I really like the team at Renson Automotive. I don't feel like they are taking advantage of me; of my lack of knowledge of cars, and using it against me. They explain the problem to me and do everything that needs to be done at the moment and not everything that eventually has to be done (if that makes sense). They are honest, kind, friendly, and trustworthy. I've been going to them for over four years. Probably longer, but I'll keep going to them unless I move away.

I can't give a higher recommendation. I came in with a pretty complicated set of issues with my cooling system and major oil leaks. The people at Renson were able to quickly identify problems that the dealer service center had either missed or ignored, and gave me a much more reasonable estimate.Mike, my service advisor was knowledgeable and had great communication with the mechanics. He was also friendly and happy answer all my questions. I never felt pressured into service I didn't need, and his recommendations were specific, reasonable, and he could show me the evidence for them.The work was done on time and the price was just under the estimate. They were very thorough with inspecting my truck. They also were very detailed about what issues they found too. They gave me options on services/repairs need to be done, and also Sent me pictures. They gave me a quote for the work and day it would be finished and all was exactly as I was told. Now my truck runs like new. I have been to two other shops and these guys are the best. When other shops made major mistakes to my Explorer that cost me thousands of dollars, Renson, throughly inspected my vehicle found the other companies mistakes and fixed them. I will not go anywhere else. They don't rush, they really want you to be a long term customer. provided professional service replacing exhaust manifolds on my truck. they were very accurate on estimate. When they replaced them one of them , brand new, was still leaking so the pulled it and checked surfaces. This is a great place to take your vehicle if it needs to be serviced. I've been taking my car there for about a year and a half and I've had no problems with them excellent mechanics. I just took my car for an oil change on Wednesday and Jose did an excellent job on my car. The front desk guys Nat Nakash and Mike Pruitt are very helpful, pleasant, and they know a lot about cars so if you have any questions you can ask those guys and they will help you and they'll be honest with you too. The waiting room is very clean and cozy and the atmosphere there is great.Service: Oil change

I have been using Renson since 1975. I have always found them to provide honest, skilled work. The previous owner, my friend, Bill Falkener, recently retired, but I was pleased that most of his mechanics still work there.
