Norcal provides exceptional customer service. My old audi started making creaking sounds and I suspected there was an issue with the suspension system. I brought it to Norcal and they identified the lower control arm bushings were worn out. Repair cost was reasonable (unlike other shops in the area) and Ender had the parts replaced within hours. I will continue to bring my car to Norcal and would highly recommend them for any maintaince/repairs.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment

I was nervous about finding a mechanic for my unusual 30-year-old right-hand-drive Japanese diesel van, since it had been poorly repaired by prior owners various mechanics. I d heard horror stories of folks unable to find anyone to work on such an odd vehicle too! Mine had trouble with hills, various leaks, and was just generally underpowered. I couldn t be happier with having chosen Ender to help restore this van! It goes up hills wonderfully now (no smoke!), and he was a delight to speak with throughout the process. I felt as though he truly cared about restoring my van, and together we learned things from Delica-specific forums, giving us ideas for tuning it and restoring its health. I was looking for a reputable mechanic to get my BMW 328d xDrive serviced. I got an oil change, cabin filter replacement, and DEF Fluid top off for my diesel BMW.I got my car with a quick turnaround, and the service was very competitively priced. Very honest and excellent service!They have been in the business for over 30 years, and they are knowledgeable about every car, even very niche, smaller market cars or collectors cars.The shop owner Ender is a true enthusiast himself, he has a Z3 M Coupe and he enjoys what he does.It s hard to find a mechanic that services Diesel BMW s in the Bay Area. If you have a 328d, or 535d etc, this is the place to go.

Ender and crew are super. Our Sprinter van threw exhaust system codes as we drove through San Jose on a Friday. Scheduling service online was easy. Ender had a diagnosis and estimate early Monday and work was complete by end of day Monday. Cost was well under what I expected (after googling the codes). Service exceeded our expectations true old school service! They even noticed I had knocked off the wheel well trim using chains last week and fixed that! Ender and his crew at Norcal Eurotech in Campbell are the absolute best! Beginning in 2005, we have brought four cars to him for service and we have always been very satisfied with the results, whether for a standard service or a more complicated issue. Although none of our cars are Euro , he has taken care of several Toyota vans that lived past 20 years, a Mazda, and currently, a 2015 Honda CR-V. We can count on a thorough evaluation, a fair price, excellent follow-up, and great service. In all the years, we ve never had to return with an issue that wasn t fixed the first time. Additionally, we appreciate his status updates on service issues, such as brake wear, that might be coming up in the future. We are long time customer to NorCal Eurotech - 9 years now. We ve serviced our Mercedes SUV, an Audi and BMW. Unfortunately my Mercedes GL350 Diesel is such a lemon! So many repairs unrelated and Ender always fixes it right the first time, and is fair about it. As a female, I don t understand car repairs and he always takes the time to explain the repair and gets authorization. He also suggests steps to eliminate the issue in less costly ways investigating the problem. Always friendly and a great staff. He appreciates long time customers and does not add on extra repairs that are not necessary. Norcal serviced my 1993 Mitsubishi Delica. They are polite and communicate clearly exactly what (they) will do. Replaced all belts and transmission , differential fluid. We've been taking our cars, 2 Toyotas and 2 Hondas, to Ender at Norcal Auto Tech for probably 10 years now. He has done all the maintenance work plus all the repairs, including timing belt, ignition coil, rear strut replacements. When my front brakes began to feel different, Ender inspected them, explained the problem to me, replaced the pads and rotors, and now my brakes are as smooth as butter. Ender's prices are always fair and competitive, and he goes the extra mile to ensure his customers are happy with their cars' performance. This is a small shop in Campbell, but a great find!July 2022 update: We're still customers of Ender's at Norcal Eurotech where our Toyotas (Camrys, Avalon) and Honda (CRV) have been well-serviced over the years. Now we have a Subaru and a 1946 Ford that Ender and his team are servicing. Their work is completed in a timely fashion, done well, and test-driven before being returned to you. Pricing is always fair and competitive, and Ender reviews the work that was performed and any 'watch' areas with you. We'll be back!!

We have worked with Ender and his team as our auto specialists for years. We have recommended them and we do recommend them to anybody. Not only have we been more than satisfied with the work, but we have often been undercharged for labor. They go the extra mile. Their costs are very fair and they operate in the principles of good work and high integrity. It s a very good feeling knowing that you trust the people taking care of your car

I continue to bring my cars to Ender because he always gives the best service for the best price. I have older cars which need maintenance to run safely and a newer car- out of warranty. Ender always checks for recalls, recommends future repairs (but will let me know when they have to be done- unlike other shops which replace and charge for repairs which aren't really warranted). He has diagnosed problems that the Nissan dealership couldn't find- and when I brought it back to the dealer with Ender's comments, then miraculously they "found the problem". I trust this shop and have gone there for over 15 years.

We have been using Norcal for many years and willingly drive across town for their excellent and honest service! It was a terrific gift to us when we received the initial recommendation for Ender and his crew. Very early on, I rec'd a phone call from him saying that the computer had overcharged me and he was crediting $50 back onto my credit card. I was so impressed - his honesty and excellent service have brought us back for whatever we've needed. The name Eurotech is somewhat deceiving bc I've had American, Japanese and European cars all serviced there - I highly recommend Norcal Eurotech!!

Can't go wrong with Ender! I have used his NORCAL Autotech for my last 6 cars and you won't find a better place in the valley for a convenient, friendly, timely, high value, and competent servicing of your car. Great honest service, with very sound advice for caring for your vehicle. The work leaves you feeling confident that he has done everything that should be done to maintain your car and provide you and your family with the safest possible experience when you are on the road. I have been taking my 93 Ford van to Norcal since it was out of warranty. The first time I took it to him, he had it running better than it had when it was new. It is still running strong and been problem free. I also take my BMW to NorCal now. I have never had a problem with any work that he has done. I can't say that about any other repair service that I have used since I used to get my Mercedes serviced in Germany. They were also incredible for quality of service but not so good for price.I would not consider letting anyone else work on my cars anymore.

I've known Ender Negiz, owner of Norcal Eurotech, for more than twenty years, and he has serviced at least four cars I've owned during this time. He is an exemplary human being and his craftmanship is 110 percent. He dots every "I" and crosses every "T". He treats you as a beloved family member, your car as if it was his own, and his work associates are cut from the same cloth. Good quality, good value, professional and on time, every time.

If you want a trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable team of mechanics for your car, Norcal Auto Tech is the place to go. I have left my cars in Ender (and his team's) hands for over a decade and have always been very satisfied with the work they do. They go above and beyond in every way. I am so happy to know that I can always count on them for getting the job done right and Ender is a super great guy.

For the last 11 years I've been seeing Ender regularly because I have a fleet of high mileage vans all above 200,000 miles. He keeps them running smooth and dependable. I have never lost an engine in that time even with a van at 400,000 now. It runs like new. Seeing the owner every time you walk in the door says you are not having a beginner or someone who punches the clock diagnose your problem.

Had a bad steering noise, other shops wanted to replace the entire rack and pinion for more than 2k, they diagnosed and found the actual issue. Only 180 dollars and a few hours. Very professional would recommend.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair
