First time I felt comfortable with a mechanic. Patrick was amazing. He took the time to tell me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and if it was worth fixing. Cost was very reasonable for them just to look at the car to determine the problem. In the end, I did not get my vehicle repaired but Mr.Mazda earned my business. I'll definitely be bringing my other Mazdas here.

They were very helpful and detailed. I usually work on my own car but if left my car with them Thursday because I couldn t figure out the issue. Of course the issue stopped as soon as they drove it so instead of just giving me the car back and telling me that there is no issue they called me and asked if they could keep the car over the weekend to try to experience the issue and actually fix it. I said yes and sure enough on Monday they call me telling me they figured it out and they fix the car! They didn t try to tell me that I was crazy and nothing was wrong with the car like most other shops would do but instead they believed me and waited until the issue came up again then fixed it! Amazing experience!!! Would definitely recommend if you re on the fence!

Great experience from beginning to end. I called the shop on a Monday to ask about having my VVT kit installed on my Mazdaspeed 3. It was due for a the service as it was never changed out and I started to hear a bit of rattle. They were quick to answer my questions and provide me with an estimate. I made the appointment for Thursday and the car was ready the next day to be picked up. They called and informed me that my Power steering hose was cracked and they swapped it out and did an oil change during the initial service and the car was ready to be picked up.I picked up the car started it and it now runs much smoother and quieter. Great service and will be sure to come back again for other services.Glad I chose them, it was a right sign especially after arriving and seeing 3 Mazdaspeed 3's being serviced and a very clean Mazdaspeed 6 (shop owners) car sitting there when I picked mine up.If you drive a Mazda, please do yourself a favor and come here.

Mr Mazda did an amazing job with my 12a RX7. I've always had trouble finding anyone who could work with a rotary engine and these guys do not disappoint. They were super transparent with the situation of the car and possible actions to take. Super friendly and straight forward. The 7 still has more work to be done and I'm definitely coming back as needed.

I was in the market for a used car for my son, and I found a Mazda3 2013 which seemed in good condition. I contacted Mr Mazda (based on their stellar reviews) asking if they would do a Pre Purchase Inspection (PPI) and they were very patient with my questions.I eventually used them for the PPI and could arrange everything virtually including: having the car dropped off at their place by the dealer, having their PPI results sent to me by email (so I could discuss with the dealer), and then having the car left with them to complete the needed work. It was so seamless that the first time I went to their location it was to pick up the newly serviced used car ... and pay!Thanks Mr Mazda (and Patrick) for making this such a good experience. You've earned my return business

After my first visit, I am sold on Mr. Mazda. Pat and Mike lead the crew of techs, not parts installers. They quote labor not other people's parts to be ordered and for us to wait for. They know Mazda's. It was not hard for me to give five stars when their average was 4.9 before my input!

This was my first visit to Mr. Mazda, and I couldn t be happier! After calling earlier in the week to explain my car problem, and making an appointment for the following Monday, I dropped my car off on Sunday evening using the after hours drop box. I asked them to check my dim headlights and another noise my car was making. Received a call on Monday afternoon that my car was ready. Everyone I spoke with was super friendly, and the price point was reasonable. Will definitely be bringing my car back in the future!

Fast, friendly, informative, and competitively priced. Usually fast work doesn't equal quality, but I don't have any complaints on my recent 90k service on my RX8. If you own a Mazda, you need to go see Mr. Mazda!

Very reliable, trustworthy, and helpful. I knew Mike, the owner, for many years. He was servicing and repairing my first Mazda 6 car that, unfortunately, was totaled. I definitely would bring for him my current Mazda 6 as well.There are no changes to my original review. Reliable and highly recommend service for Mazda.

I had three 3rd generation RX7's that Mike and team worked on for me over a 10 year period and it was a great experience. It's a technically knowledgeable crew and they do business the right way--transparent with integrity. I couldn't recommend Mr Mazda more.

My first visit to Mr. Mazda was to get the rainwater drains just behind the seats unclogged, because I had wet carpets in my 2006 Miata. They did the job efficiently and effectively. I admire that their shop is clean and well organized, and that I could wait for the repair to my car. I am very thankful Mr. Mazda was able to get me in and out of their shop. The first time I came they were extremely helpful in solving a issue from a different mechanic(that does not work with them). They treat you like family and everyone is courteous and friendly. I am so glad they are around to make things easy. Clean shop and waiting area. Gave recommendations after oil change but was not pushy about getting them done. Overall an excellent experience!Service: Oil change

Finding the right shop to service your car can be a stressful task for anyone, even for those who have some experience working on cars (basic DIY and maintenance). I found Mr. Mazda by researching online Mazda forums and Reddit communities and am grateful that I found them. I live in San Francisco so it was a trek for us to get all the way out to Campbell but I consider that a necessary sacrifice to ensure our car is taken care of properly. I have trust issues after hearing horror stories of auto repair shops with deceptive practices and doing low quality work. It was important that I had strong trust and confidence in handing over the keys to our 2014 Mazda CX-5 to someone. After our experience with Mr. Mazda, I have no regrets and will continue making the trip down to Campbell for future services.I worked mostly with Pat over the phone and instantly knew that Mr. Mazda was exactly what I was looking for in an auto repair shop. Mr. Mazda is transparent, honest and treats you like a valued client. I had a laundry list of things that I wanted to service on our car but after Mr. Mazda took a look at our car they recommended that certain things were in good shape and didn't need to be replaced or serviced.Our CX-5 runs great after getting the water pump, thermostat and drive belts replaced and Mr. Mazda finished the job with time to spare. Always the best in service! Did a 75k service along with a mount + balance on new tires on my 2019 Mazda CX-5 AWD. They did recommend other service needs (replacing rear brake pads and discs) while doing their inspection. Glad I went for it as it gave me piece of mind for later trips.For mechanical work, it s usually a case of might as well while other work is always being done. Batching work is a good way to save time and money!

Patrick at Mr Mazda is the best! After my mechanic recommended engine replacement at $6k due to misfire despite good compression results, I contacted Mr Mazda for second opinion. Patrick reviewed everything over email, and quickly assessed that the misfire was rather due to a valve cover gasket leak. Patrick recommended to replace valve cover gasket, ignition wires, and spark plugs for the cost of a few hundred dollars. I'm glad I consulted him for second opinion. I will always bring my Miata to Mr Mazda from now on! These guys are so efficient, reliable, and honest! I'm immensely grateful :)Service: Auto engine diagnostic
