These guys were fantastic! From the service tech. opening my door as I drove up to the front desk immediately informing me of all information and updates. They were polite, informative and streamlined in how they handle customers. I'm definitely coming back!

I dropped by the this location yesterday, and it is hands-down, the best place you could take your car. I ve been here in the past and had really good service but the service yesterday was excellent! Kudos to Brandon, the Supervisor. He is super friendly and eager to help. There was literally no wait time because as soon as I pulled up, he walked up to my car, despite being in the middle of working on another vehicle. Super respectful and friendly staff. I will definitely be returning to this location for vehicle maintenance needs!

So far it s been 30 minutes for an oil change to be completed when I arrived no cars were here. Staff seems extremely lazy. It s 830am when I arrive and you would think it s midnight and everyone is asleep the pace these guys move. Just brutal. Show a little hustle. Suppose to be quick ..Jiffy is in the name ..

I think you should check the busy times rating for this on Google as I popped in at noon and it was empty. Service took less than 15 minutes. Everything was great - no upsell, no haggling about anything. Much appreciated.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Oil change was always a good experience for us. This time my wife went in and did everything right the only thing that happened wrong oil was offered. It is an older car and it never had synthetic oil in it. I was told that after COVID all the history got erased and they couldn t find anything on that car. Well that s one thing. The so called manager pretty much told me to pay for another oil change or go somewhere else. He literally told me to listen to him and not speak. Well I ll go and change the oil to what was in it. Somewhere else. Word of mouth works really well and local businesses do get effected by that.

Don t bring your car here unless you feel like ruining your week. Super unprofessional service and I had to get towed off the shoulder of the freeway 2 days after taking my car here due to my car leaking oil.When I was in the office waiting for my car originally, the employee helping me was talking to me about wanting to get drunk on his lunch break. Should have told me everything I needed to know I guess.Two days later after I had to get my car towed, when I called to talk to them about this issue they were super rude, sounded stoned, and didn t apologize at all. Just kept telling me in an increasingly condescending tone that I needed to bring the car back to them to have them look at it, which I m sure is policy or whatever, but I had zero interest in having these guys touch my car again. All I was trying to do is get a refund on the original service to offset the cost of the mess they d created for me but I couldn t get the guy to talk about anything besides the need to bring the car to them.

I brought my car in for service and I was greeted with a smile. I went inside and another gentleman assisted me. All the workers were polite and checked in with all the customers so they knew the status of their vehicle. Larry was quite helpful as I shared about my boyfriend's car issues. The person behind the counter told me the oil change would be $126.99 because it requires a synthetic "European special blend". The car requires no such thing. Drove down the street to Oilstop and they charged me $63.99 for a regular oil change.

It was much faster than I expected. They explained something about my car battery that I had been wondering about even though I didn't ask them to inspect it. They offered to replace it but it turned out they didn't have the right battery. I was advised there would be a 20 minute wait. Turned out to be an hour. The worker did not tell us that there was only 1 guy working and there was no way the 4 cars ahead of me would take only 20 minutes. It really screwed my morning with the big delay.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL STAFFThis location has an issue with eGift cards.Please go to some other location if you wish to use Costco or any other gift cards.The cashier asked me to input a number MANUALLY and none of the numbers from my Costco order worked.I was literally asked to pay in cash if I wanted a discount.Trust me the payment method here sucks.

Wow, Its been a while since I received customer service this good. I took my newly bought, used vehicle to get serviced. Miguel listened to my concerns, then came up with a comprehensive plan to tackle them. They were fast and thorough all while communicating courteously through the whole process. They found various issues that I missed. They offered solutions and/or suggestions to make sure my car was running at optimum. I appreciate the professionalism and speedy service that I couldn't receive at the local walmart. Will return again.

I've been coming here for a few years for oil changes because they are just around the corner from my place, but I've never had a good experience and I'm not going to support them anymore after today.If you've never been to a Jiffy Lube, they provide various complimentary services with an oil change, including checking/adjusting tire pressure, checking other fluid levels and topping them off, checking the air filter and offering to replace it at additional cost, cleaning exterior windows, and vacuuming out the interior. They are also only supposed to take about ten minutes to run an oil change.My typical experience here includes a wait time of at least an hour, even when there aren't many cars ahead of me. The staff generally shows no sense of urgency.I once visited a different location to test whether it was a location-specific issue. When the guy at the counter told me it'd only be ten minutes, he realized that I didn't believe him and told me he would personally handle it. He was a manager. He did get me out in just ten minutes, but he also skipped over all of the other services and didn't say a word about it. This makes me wonder what other corners he cut - not very trustworthy service.Thinking along the same vein, I went back here one last time today and I am not confident in the level of service that was provided.The staff appeared to all be different from the guys I'd dealt with before. They were VERY polite. It was raining, mid-day Sunday, and there was only one other car ahead of me. They finished with the other car quickly and it took them less than eight minutes to do the work for my vehicle and get me charged out.The problem: A Jiffy Lube receipt includes a checklist of all provided services. My receipt specified that they had vacuumed the interior and cleaned the exterior windows. This was clearly not done.Let's be perfectly clear: I don't care whether they vacuum my car's interior and clean the windows. I can do that myself and it wouldn't make sense to clean the windows at the moment, anyhow, with the rain.What bothers me is that they stated in their paperwork and recorded in their system that they DID provide these services when they DID NOT.This throws every other item on the receipt into question and I'm going to have to take the time later to check (to the best of my amateur ability) and see whether the work was done properly where it actually mattered.Did they put the correct amount of oil in?Did they actually check my other fluids?Did they change the air filter? Was the grungy filter they showed me even from my car?

Everything was great! They were really friendly and checked on the fluids i wanted checked no issue. The reason i didn't give 5 stars was because of the lack of communication. When departing i wasn't sure if they needed anything else from me and when i arrived they didn't really talk to me about anything. This differs from past oil change places. All in all good service though

Car leaked oil in my garage day after the oil change and the mileage sticker on my window has a completely incorrect mileage on it. Upon return, they were very good about fixing the problem, thus a 2-star review.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Had a good experience until I totally got ripped off after taking it in to my mechanic. They sold me the most expensive oil, which I needed, but did not put in the most expensive oil. They also put in water for my windshield wiper fluid so I can t clean my windshield as good and my car has the wrong oil. I ve always gone to jiffy lube wherever I m at, I ve heard stories about this but always brushed them off until I had my mechanic check their work. They did the least amount of work for the most expensive price. Super bummed cuz the guys here were super nice.
