I think this location does really good work, but they may be undermanned for the weekend traffic. I recommend going early on a weekday.I dropped off my vehicle with an appt to get a set of 4 new tires and an alignment at 12 pm. We had agreed to have my car ready by 3:30 pm. I arrived at 4 pm and they replaced all 4 tires but hadn't performed the alignment. When I asked how long it would take, they said I was 4th on the list. I understand Saturdays are busy, and this was a Saturday. However, I had originally scheduled my tire replacements on Friday, to avoid a busy Weekend day. They had to order the tires, so they rescheduled me for Saturday. I had to make another appointment for this Friday to get the alignment done.

They are helpful here. I have gone here for years. They are part of Bridgestone so they have access to many other locations to pull tires from if they don't have your size on hand. They are pretty good about keeping appointments and if not right on time they will finish the work before they go home for the day.

Where to start How about with Sarah who invited me to bring my car in, even though the location was nearing closing time, and then when I arrived, engaged me in fun banter while I waited for my vehicle, and finally, charged me nothing despite a complete inspection?Or for Larry, who took time to check my brakes from bumper to bumper, let me see what he was seeing, engaging in conversation, and rocking an awesome playlist in the garage?These two made for a great and fun experience, in what is usually a not-so-fun (and costly) trip to the service center. If I ever need service on any vehicle in the future, I will easily drive out of my way to bring it to this location. And should anyone ask me for a service center recommendation, I ll be sure to tell them there s none better than the Firestone in Campbell, CA.Thank you!!!!!

This was probably one of the worst servicing appointments in the US I have faced. I had my appointment today at 1:00 pm and dropped off the vehicle and then returned back at 3:30 pm only to find out that they have not even touched the vehicle for inspection. I was amazed. Please value time and confirm the time only after you know that you can perform services properly. I am not returning back and will go to another branch or another service center. Horrible

Sarah and her crew are friendly, efficient, and committed to making sure the work is done properly with honesty. I have been using Firestone for my tires and minor car care for years. Sarah and her crew are the example of why I continue to take my vehicles to Firestone.

The employees are very personable, friendly and ready to answer any question the customer may have. Another plus that I noticed is that they treat each other like family, and it spills over their customers.

I made an appointment today at 8am about 2 days ago. I arrived at 7:45am. The shop is supposed to open at 7am, all the doors were closed and locked still at 8:30am since I kept hoping someone would arrive. I reached out to the "chat with a live agent" and pretty much they said it wouldn't get responded to by management for up to two business days. I'm sorry, what? You confirm an appointment, you should be open for said appointment or at least communicate with your customers, Id be more understanding if that was the case. My car is having the engine light flashing at me and sputtering, so clearly, I need to get this taken care of, which I was trying to do, but this place obviously doesn't care. I'm never coming here again since they clearly can't keep appointments.

All around great experience. Called bright and early when they first opened to see about an emergency single tire swap as I had a massive leak and still had to get home after work. They checked their inventory, found my tire, and had me booked for an appointment ten mins later. (keep in mind I just needed a single tire and aside from that appointment, the soonest would have been Sunday or Monday). Got me in and out in about 30 mins flat. Customer service was also top notch. Always a pleasure with these folks. Thanks again Firestone Winchester team!!!

Went here a week ago to get my oil changed. Customer service is ok, but overall didn t feel like the service was done well. After a week of getting my oil changed my oil light came on my dashboard and noticed they didn t top me off!! On top of that they made me wait and extra hour and a half to get my car back.

Such a terrible experience unfortunately. Had a simple oil change done and now it has turned into huge headache after they overfilled my engine oil. My vehicle still has a misaligned steering wheel after 2 attempts at an alignment as well. I am happy with the tires though. The technicians do their best and really try but management needs to do better.Services: Tires, Oil change

To start I ordered a specific tires and after 8hrs of waiting they put on 4 tires that I didn't order.they could do any thing cause they were closing . The tires they put on the vehicle were not even a tire advertised on their website. Then I had to call around to different stores to find the tires I wanted .I found them and they decided to try and order them. They order the wrong ones again now I am waiting at 720 am on a Saturday and no one is at the store. They are supposed to be open at 7am. Don't let them put on the tires with out you personally seeing that they are the tires you want if ya special order them.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Went here as there was a nail in my tire. Was told can't be patched as it was too close to the wall, which I knew it wasn't. They wanted to charge me a $1000 dollars to replace all tires because it is an AWD. This is inspite having a road hazard warranty which is completely bogus.So, I took my car to America's tire and voila they patched my car for free. Saving me a $1000 dollars.Won't ever do business with them again!

Looks like they need to learn the communication. I scheduled an appointment online, where it showed if it does not work for them, someone will call me. I did not receive any call. When I showed up there, they tells me they are gonna have to reschedule me. LOL!!After that also couple of time I tried to reschedule, it always shows scheduled (not "Confirmed"). Furthermore no calls.I never had smooth transactions with them.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

Went to get a tire repair - small hole. They looked at my tire purchase in the sys from a decade ago (had bought one at Costco 2 yrs back) and recommended tire replacement. Would not fix tire if not relaxed. Went to Costco and got it done for free < 1 hr while I shopped.

2021: Good location but too busy to help me with a flat for a week out5/2/2023: stopped in to get oil change on work van. Took 8 hours. Had attitude. There are places that do it in 10 min.... just saying

Very friendly and efficient staff. I understand that weekends are busy days. Since I was waiting in store, they made sure to get my car done ASAP. Tire rotation and wheel alignment done well and I was out in an hour. I also had multiple staff ask if I needed anything like water to make my stay more comfortable. Great experience overall.

Procuring my OEM spec tires, the Firestone Firehawk GT, was a challenge as they are scarce and 8 weeks out of stock nearly everywhere. Got mine online, scheduled my appointment for the next day with no push back for bringing my own. Service desk attendants Gary and Trevor are courteous, hard workers. They got me sorted, scheduled and ready in record time!A big plus is the abundance of food, refreshments and sweet delights nearby in downtown Campbell(no big secret there). While my Fiat 500e was being expertly serviced I headed over to Stacks, the legend in breakfast. Luckily I slipped in just before closing to enjoy a "Farmers Breakfast". The kitchen agreed to extend their cooking time to satisfy my craving. On this VERY HOT day I then sauntered over to Aqui's for a delightful swirl beverage of which they offer several. Sufficiently cooled and numbed to the heat I returned to the shop to greeted by a "it's all done!"All-in-all a pleasant experience getting my vehicle road worthy.Service: Tires

I had an appointment at 8am for wheel alignment. At 804 I arrive and the gentleman inside yells for me to step outside until the bay doors open. 815 and still no communication from inside... He looks to be enjoying his coffee though

Needed an alignment and brought in the vehicle at 7:00 AM on a Saturday. They said they were busy but they could probably get to it in the afternoon. I showed up 5 minutes before closing time and they spent the next 30 mins finishing up my truck so I could take it home that same day.Customer service was fantastic the whole time as well. I ll be coming back here.

I definitely should have read reviews before scheduling an appointment here. Of course they are running behind when I get there (mechanic didn't show up, alignment machine is down) and it's going to take more than 3 hours to change my oil and align my wheels when I was originally told about an hour. Additional services were pushed on me and they tried to charge to rotate my tires which their website says it's free with service. Highly do not recommend this location.
