Bob the Owner is polite, professional and intelligent. He knows his job inside and out and his staff is professional as well. He works with you. Overall an excellent experience.

Had them inspect and do repairs on my S197 Mustang. The only negative would be they're pretty busy and you might have a wait, but after even a basic experience with them you'll know why. Honest about what your car needs, not pushy about up selling, and it's obvious they're deeply knowledgeable about Fords, and you can't get a better price without doing it all yourself - and even then you won't get the impeccable quality of work.Another plus is the location - next to Winchester VTA station, so you can get on with your life while they have your car without too much trouble, or getting a ride from someone else.

The most important thing I felt about going to get my company truck fixed at Campbell Ford was the feeling of trust. Trust that my truck would be fixed correctly and for a fair price. I have since gone back 3 different times and plan on always bringing my fleet of trucks there to Bob at Campbell Ford when a problem arises.

I had called Campbell Ford Performance to discuss the "Brake fluid low" warning message. He took the time to explain the possible issues and agreed to do a best case effort to fix it in time before their Christmas break. I had dropped off my Ford Focus with them overnight and after the diagnostic determined that the brakes have to be replaced, agreed to the proposed estimate - which was honest and fair. He and his mechanic completed the job despite my last minute business altered their plans little bit. Bob was friendly, and provided the best customer experience at a fair price. Why would I ever take my car to any other mechanic or the dealership anymore?Service: Brakes

I don't typically write reviews, however, I had a great experience here. Bob is extremely professional, honest, and trustworthy. My car issues were fixed for a reasonable cost, I was made aware of potential future problems, and he was able to answer any additional questions I had. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be a returning customer.

I own a 2015 mustang ecoboost and I wanted to install an upgraded intercooler and charge pipes. I called a couple of shops to ask questions and hopefully get some advice and Bob was the only person who was willing and actually eager to help me work through my options. He asked me detailed questions about what I was looking for, how I drive my car and what upgrades I might make in the future. I sent him all the websites I have been checking out and he was fantastic in getting back to me with his thoughts about what would be the best options for me.I ordered the parts and dropped my car off and Bob and his crew installed the parts in less time than he had estimated and I was off to the races as it were.Can not say enough about Bob and Campbell Ford Performance. If you have a ford I would highly recommend you looking Bob up and giving his shop a chance at your business.Take good care!

I did not have the time to replace the heater hoses on my wife 2007 Navigator so off to Campbell Ford Performance. also asked them to look at the air suspension as error was repeating. Was surprised at extra $100 as I am cheap and do the stuff myself. They said they could replace both sensors, but one seamed to be sticking. After driving for 1000 miles the error has not repeated and the cleaning of the sensor worked. I saved money overall rather than the shop making money on new sensor replacements. I have had good results repeatedly there at CFP and recommend them to any Ford product owner. they also solved a problem with my 1968 that I also did not have the time to do. So they know multiple years which Ford dealers may not have the techs trained on!Service: Engine repair

While I have never been a customer there I believe these people are saints. They have allowed my Dad's pickup sit at their lot for three weeks while I arrange to travel from Virginia to take care of it. Hat's off to some good people.

Bob is trustworthy and knows what he is doing. He will not try to tag on unneeded repairs just to make a buck. If he sees something he will let you truthfully how urgent it is anf make honest recommendations. If he says you REALLY need to have some work done its best that you take him seriously.

The guys tested the 12v battery in my Ford C-MAX Energi and found it to be "marginal." I asked them to replace it with a new battery. This they did on the same day, using a Ford part. I found the staff to be efficient, helpful, and respectful.

Called to make an appointment and take my car. The person who answered said yes they could help me with my car and made me wait more than 10 minutes on the phone to have Bob talk to me. The call dropped so I called back Bob answered and said he can t do it. Wth?? Then he tried to make stuff up thinking I did not know what he was talking about. I m a ASE certified master tech and I do know what I need to do and how to, but don t have the software to do it; this shop claims to be ford specialists and to work on custom and high performance cars; if you need specialized work don t bother with this shop. Bob said to me he has the Idis software but I guess he doesn t know how to use it or what it is for. He can t even program a new key to a car...

Simple, honest good work. Go to guys for my ford fusion energi. They tell you what they will do and how long it will take, sounds simple not many do it. These guys are good!

Tried to see if I could bring my truck in, and they gave me a 2 day wait.. Then after 2 days they said no, I needed to make an appointment. What do they think my first call was for then? Not very professional in my opinion.
