I brought my car in for repairs, but unfortunately, the repair time has exceeded the initial estimate, and there has been no communication about the delay. I still don't have any information about the estimated completion time. Additionally, the loaner car they provided is quite small, and I've noticed the staff's attitude has not been up to par. Despite being recommended and choosing this shop, I am disappointed with the experience, and I don't think I will be requesting their service again.

ied many body shops for my car and it was a total disappointment until I found a Amir at Campbell Collision Center. The quality of the paint is noticeably High refined quality. The work is meticulous. And the work was done on the timely manner. When I pick the car I felt it was picked from the dealership brand new look.At that moment I decided to bring them my other cars. Their fee and charges are very fair based on Market Fair Price yet the quality is not compromised. Thank you very much and I highly recommend them.

I've worked with them twice. Both times I had some body work that needed done due to minor collisions. They worked smoothly with my insurance company and made it painless. I was able to rent a car through them that my insurance company paid for. Ata helped me both times and was very understanding and businesslike. When my insurance company screwed up and mailed me the check instead of paying them directly, he only charged me the deductible less a discount, gave me the fixed car back and let me walk in the check when I received it. Great experience.

My van was rear-ended one day and I found this shop through my insurance provider. I was really pleased with the whole repair process. The owner, Ata, is a real gentleman, and explained the details to me with great patience. The repair was done really well -- the van was restored to a condition that is indistinguishable from what it was before the collision. The coordination with the insurance provider (Ameriprise, which I also recommend by the way) was good and required little extra efforts on my part. I highly recommend Campbell Collision Center for auto body repairs.

This shop owner should not be trusted. Workers do not have proper certificates and will use low quality material to repair your vehicle, but then again who really cares since the insurance gets the bill right!?! Wrong its your vehicle. This shop owner has been reported and a case has been opened.
