Purchased many wheels from Jerry, Shelby, and Anthony over the years. I think this is my 7th or 8th set? Anyway I've always been happy with the quality and their happiness to make things right if something went wrong. Quality product and solid customer service to back it up.

Bought a set of winter wheel/tire from them. They were very nice and patient when i called with questions. The actual wheels were well packed, psi were perfect for all wheels, tpms well installed. Wheels are beautiful, and well crafted. Only issue i can think of was the tires looked like they have been in storage for a long time, and i had to give it some tlc. All in all, would recommend

These guys are awesome, and their customer service is outstanding. Big thank you to Shelby, for being quick and super helpful. I was able to get exactly what I needed for my GTI and the price is very competetive. Keep up the good work!!!

I live close to Nuespeed so I went to their warehouse to check it out and ask a lot of questions. The customer service was above and beyond. Anthony answered my questions with ease and seemed to enjoy to. I could tell he took a lot of pride in his job and knowledge. The owner even took some time to talk with me while I was waiting!I ended up getting some wheels/tires, sport springs, larger front and rear rotors, and pads.Anthony gave me a decent military discount. I love the new look and stance of my car and the handling is insane!! Neuspeed, you have a customer for life!

Needed a set of winter wheels and tires for my RS3. Wanted a smaller wheel than stock and did a chat request via their website with Anthony. He took the time to ensure what I wanted would fit and even gave me the best tire size for my need. Definitely highly recommend.

Neuspeed makes some quality material, and has awesome customer service. I had to order a new wheel and accidentally ordered the wrong size; about 30 minutes after placing my order I received a call from Anthony informing me that the wheel I had purchased may be the incorrect size. After asking me a few questions we were able to find the correct wheel to ensure proper fitment. Definitely saved me a big headache in the future! Would recommend them hands down after this experience. Keep killing it Neuspeed team!

Talked with Shelby over at NEUSPEED about getting a custom order put together for me, she was super nice and patient with every question I asked, I would highly recommend her she did an awesome job getting me all setup for the custom kit I wanted from them!! My first time as a customer for NEUSPEED, and I will most definitely be back!
