John went above and beyond in my experience. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me exactly what he did right and what i did wrong haha. He didnt make me feel stupid for it and I could truly tell he cares about what he does. He got the work done well ahead of time and made the bike feel like a whole new beast out of the door. I highly recommend Jett Tuning and will definitely be coming back with any work I may need done.

John was great. Not only does he just do the job , he explains to you what he did, how it was, and how it is. Very humble solid guy. From the get go I can tell the man was very knowledgeable and knows his bikes. Would highly recommend. I went in to get some work done (suspension tuning), came out happy with a new friend.

I had an amazing experience at Jett Tuning. The Owner is a cool guy with a lot of experience. I learned a few things and was very satisfied with the end result of my service. 10/10 would recommend and would return for future needs

I couldn't find anyone to work on my scooter, but as soon as I called John from Jett Tuning he told me to bring it right in. After looking at it he was up front with how much it might cost and how long it would take. To my surprise the scooter was ready before I had expected! It runs like a dream! I couldn't have asked for more.Great service and in a timely manner. Thanks John!

Have brought my adventure bike in to Jett Tuning on several occasions, from new tires and fork seals, to bearing replacement and valve adjustment, as well as suspension adjustment. Every time John and the friendly/knowledgable staff exceed expectations and at a fair price. If you re anywhere near Camarillo, this should be your go to motorcycle shop.

I took my bike to John Ethel I got to know personally and he did some turning and adjustment for me. He is a motorcycle wizard this guy. This is the first time I brought my KTM 525-EXC to John. He did an awesome job and the bike runs better than it did new! Not only is John a great mechanic but a good guy. I mentioned to him that my mother was not doing well, he called me the next day to check on how i like the performance and sent thoughts and prayers. I can t say enough how nice it is to have John around. I have been going to him for the last 13 years or so on and off as off road toys have come and gone. His attention to detail and knowledge is impressive. He always is honest and upfront with what needs to be done, what will need to be done soon, and what could be done but not needed. He is on time with getting work completed. His work has always held up. John is the only mechanic I will go to.

This is the only shop with a Dyno for 100 miles. If you don't think that matters, John turned my garbage revving CBR600RR into the smoothest revving bike I have ever had the pleasure of riding. If that wasn't enough, the suspension setup I have received from John was unprecedented, I never knew a bike could hold a line so well until he sat on it and tweaked a few settings. Regardless of if you go with an Ohlins shock, GP Tech forks or just want to get the most out of your stock setup, Jett Tuning will get every last bit out of what you have within your budget. On the rare occasion that there has ever been a problem, I can always count on Jett Tuning to make it right. No other shop or dealership even comes close in terms of experience and price.

Stay away these guys are the Worst. I have been in the business for years and I have never seen people take as long as they do and their horrible work I brought my wife's Yamaha rhino in to be serviced it was a simple service they said it would take one week it took six weeks and they didn't even put it back together right so we ended up having to take it to someone else. Stay away from and then when I called and told them that they didn't put it back together right they said it's my problem. And when I took it to the other place which I highly recommend Factory Performance in Ventura he does a awesome job he's a man of his word unlike these people. How does someone stay in business when they treat people like this take five weeks longer than they say they would and don't even put it back together right

This Place Is The Best!! I originally brought my gsxr 600 in for a tune a while back and Wow what a huge difference he did to my Bike it Was a Night and Day difference , I sold my 600 for a bigger bike and got a 2008 Gsxr 1000, I brought in the k8 for a DynoTune and holy Smokes The bike is Insane and Pulls like a bat out of hell.John The owner Is Very Helpful and answers all the questions I ask , great quality of work .I will always use Jett Tuning for my Bikes.Thank you John .

I have known John for a number of years and he has always taken excellent care of my bikes. He is extremely trustworthy, honest, professional and he knows his profession inside and out. He has worked on my Honda Goldwing, Honda 450R, KTM 450EXC and recently he just set-up my new KTM 500EXC. John took the time to explain the upgrades and options to me and he answered all of my questions so the final result had my bike set-up for my height and weight and for my type of riding. All costs were discussed upfront so there wasn't any surprises on pick-up. As usual, John's recommendations yielded the perfect bike for me. I would recommend John and his team for all your motorcycle needs.

First of all Jetttuning is the best place I have taken my bike to in the area. I have a 2014 gsxr1000 with a very complicated electrical issue. I took my bike in and john already knew the problem. He explained to me that this was a heavy lift and would get started. He blew my mind when he called me the next day and not only fixed the issue but ALSO completed my ECU flash for me which John had fixed 9 out of 17 codes. I could not be more pleased with Jetttuing and John's Customer Service. If you care about honest prices and the very best motorcycle knowledge/experience, Jetttuing is the place.

Jett Tuning is a JOKE!!!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE THERE FOR ANY TYPE OF TROUBLESHOOTING!!!! I brought my 99 KTM 380 in there because it just wasn't running with the power it was before. The bike was brought in able to kick over and run. I explained that I noticed a little coolant coming from the head by the frame when I brought it in. So my customer complaint was lack of power and a slight coolant leak. After TWO weeks of having the bike I finally got a call from Ryan who was the Tech assigned to my bike. He calls me up and says that he has spent a hour and a half looking into my bike and he has NO CLUE what is wrong with it and asks for at least another hour to diagnosis it. I ask him well what have you done to it so far. He states that he took the exhaust off and the float bowl on the carburetor off. And that that all looks fine. I ask him did you notice the slight coolant leak coming from the head. He says "Well I'm standing next to the bike, let me check. Yeah there looks to be some moisture there". I say well do you have any idea what is wrong with it and where to start next. He says "no, that he needs more time to look into it". Then goes on to state that he hasn't even taken it on a test ride. WHO doesn't test ride the bike before working on it or even AFTER getting done working on it. Any person with the slightest mechanical skills can take off a carburetor float bowl and header pipe of the exhaust. So that's what I got for my 120 bucks. A bike that basically wasn't touched, a technician that has NO CLUE what is wrong with it after supposedly spending a hour and a half looking into it. PLEASE tell me what you did in the hour and a half you spent on my bike, because I can take a float bowl off and exhaust pipe in about ten minutes and then still have 80 minutes to maybe go for a test ride. WOW what a joke!!! I will never take my bike here again and never recommend these guys to anyone. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!

Jett Tuning got my 2007 crf450x to run awesome. I had carb issues and he rejetted it opened up the air box and now I love it. I highly recommend this business! He really knows what he's doing. Also it was fixed in the time frame he estimated.

This place is the BEST!!!!!Dropped off my R6 on Monday, they said it would be done by Thursday or Friday and was ready to go on Thursday. Had an issue where my bike would basically stop running every time I rode and would have to pull Over to clear the code. They found the problem, called me right away and gave me my options. I had a new power commander installed, they flashed my ECU, checked my brakes, changed the front brake fluid and put a custom map on the Dyno and WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! 116hp!!! For an R6! More hp than stock 750's. Brakes are great, power is amazing, the ECU flash they do is probably the best in the US. There's pretty much nothing the ECU flash didn't change. I've been to 3 different dealers in the Thousand Oaks and Simi Valley area and they all said the same thing. " we don't know what's wrong with it". What mechanic (not real mechanics!) says that? I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE AGAIN!!!!!.................unless I move out of state and have no choice. Even then, maybe I'll ship it to them! Lol.Thanks John.

Where else can you go to get a Factory trained Race Mechanic to oversee your Bike Mods and service ! John's devotion to his craft is unyielding , He will get it right.He personally tuned and Dynoed my bike to suit my riding style and improved overall fuel economy.I'm impressed by the way my Bike pulls of the corners now and hustles down the straights without having to rev the heck out of it...It's still trying to highside me but Hey That's the nature of the beast.New Race shocks are next

This shop saves me so much money! Cal coast motorsports said they'll change my front & back tire for 195$.... than called back saying my fork seals needs be changed & they'll do it for 900$...... really.. went here the guy said he'll do it for 120 out the door ended up being 140 but I didn't mind since it was cheaper, than he said my seals he can do for 600$. Compared to 900$ ima come here when my bike needs somthing!

Always has time to help talk you through a problem, carries top quality fluids, oil, special tools. I ve been going there for years and he s been honest, knowledgeable as hell, and gave me his complete and undivided attention regardless of the fact that lots of things were going on around him. A rare commodity these days I think.

Came in to get a pc5 installed and a dyno tune and I could not be any happier. My 2014 gsxr 1000 made 172 and 82 with a m4 slip cat delete and a BMC standard filter. John got gains all the way through the and the biggest ones from about 9000 all the way to the rev limiter. Thanks Guys!

This place is great. My family and friends all bring our dirt bikes to Jett Tuning. It's a bonus that it happens to be right down the street from my house. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed.
