Stopped in today for a new battery. Gabriel was super helpful. I brought tools to swap, but didn't even need them. Gabriel pulled the old battery, found the like-for-like replacement (explained the differences for the new batteries) and got the new one installed quickly. Great experience. I will be back for other needs in the future.

Went to Autozone for a new battery, Gabe tested my old battery and confirmed it was bad. Gabe replaced the old battery and went above and beyond with cleaning the terminals and ensuring that the new battery had a proper connection. Thank you for your knowledge, enthusiasm, and wonderful customer service.

Can't say enough good about my recent experience with AutoZone. I was greeted and served by Christina, who was kind and efficient in taking care of my requirements. The gentleman that was also there installed my battery quickly, and the utmost efficiency. Thanks to AutoZone, I'm back on the road again. I highly recommend. Thank you both!

I came in today with questions about my AC. I was not sure if my car had an issue and Marcus S helped me with my questions and he was amazing!He came out looked at my car. He is so knowledgeable and knows what he is doing and i loved that. Thank you for having such helpful employees! And thank you Marcus! For the great customer service and your help.

I went in to find some turning signal lights for a very old car. Got great customer support/service from Marcus. He was extremely helpful not only selecting the bulbs but diagnosing which one it was and how to fix it.

I can to this location and was having problems with the plastic on my rear driver window. I did not know how to describe it so Mr. Joe came out to look at my car. Reminder it is hot in the month of August. He was very honest and patient with me and stated he would like for Marcus the manager to look at it before he can give me the best and final solution. Marcus came right out to look at it and came up with a brilliant idea to fix it. They went over and beyond to make this a pleasant experience. Reminder I am 50 miles away from home. They are the best.

This Store is NOT a Friendly Store yo Women. Yesterday, my wife went to this store looking for a very simple part on the shelf. All 3 employees were very Rude to her. Showed complete disrespect to her and did not even help her find the part. Then at the cash register, 2 employees walked away to help other people while she waited in line Patiently. Then rang up the bill if the part , then walked away again with out giving her the receipt.I will not give this store anymore of my business. Remember, they do not respect Women here.

I had the worst day, worked 12 hours, and had to spend the night working on my car. I needed some coolant and Bill Dean greeted me with a friendly smile and a warm personality to help me with what I needed. I really had one of those days where it was one thing after another and he went above and beyond and turned my entire day around. I walked in there near to tears and walked out smiling. Give this man a raise!! I will be back and telling everybody I know to come spend their money here!

My five star rating goes to a young man named Gabe S. This young man worked his butt off. I had a bad car battery caused by my negligence and vehicle ignorance. I let my car battery get corroded and it died. This young man helped me get a good battery at a fair price. He worked hard at helping me pull my rotten, corroded dead car battery out of my car and he helped me install my new car battery and helped me put anti-freeze in my car and helped me with a water cap I had to replace. This young man worked through his lunch on Christmas Eve to help me out. I want to see this young man get a good overall performance rating for future benefits because I believe he deserves this!!!

I needed wiper blades for my mom's volvo. The store was busy, so Raul came from the back, stocking. He usually doesn't work the register, but he found the right blades, we struggled but got them on before the rain started again! YAY! He was the best! The service was wonderful! I'll be going back and asking for my new friend, RAUL!

Great service from Ernesto. He went above and beyond. Went to get a brake light for my Grand Caravan. Computer said that it was "not serviceable", but Ernesto offered to take a look at it. He even helped me with removing the lens and removing the bad bulb. Saved me a lot of trouble!!

I was having difficulty trying to find a battery for my key fob(?) I had the opportunity to meet the new manager - who was the most patient man I ve ever met- he took the time to do the research and solve my problems and now I have a working key ! Thank you! Great service

I was charged for an item that I did not buy.When I got home and looked at the receipt it said " tie rod pulled tool" I don't even know what that is?? Tried to go back and show them that they had made a mistake.They were pretty rude to me about it. The so called manager on duty told me I had to come back in 45 minutes and talk to a different manager. Poor customer service. Oryles customer service is much better.

Bill Dean helped me put oil in my car and showed me the trick of how to put it in without it splattering. Never going to Oreily again. He was so helpful with showing me what oil I need as well. These are the kind of men the world needs more of. I ll be back to Autozone for sure. He also recognized another problem I m having with the hood not staying up and showed me that they sell those lifts as well . I ll go back for those next week. Bills a keeper autozone, you can t pay him enough!

Stopped by for coolant, got good advice and a good sense of humor from Angel as he helped me figure out which type my car needed. Based off the model and such, he even had other related advice that was really helpful. Clearly had a genuine appreciation for auto matters too.

The team was fantastic they gave me excellent customer service. Angel was a champ and a hero! He found the brake pads and rotors that I needed for my Rav4. This was after I went to 3 other autoparts stores in Ventura. Extremely frustrated. He helped me find the right parts at another store. Called to verify they had the parts.. He made it simple and easy for me to pay for the order and pick up at the others store. I fully recommend you go to this store 1st!

I came in thinking my alternator was dead but they ended up finding that my battery just hadn t been attached properly. Luckily they had the piece I needed and the gentleman that helped me even installed the piece for me. He was so nice and helpful, I definitely recommend this autozone.

I had such an awesome experience at autozone tonight! Thanks to Joe and his excellent customer service. I am painting my car, which is my PRIDE AND JOY and the paint job is even more important! Joe provide me with unbelievable product knowledge, his explanation and honesty was so awesome it compelled me to write a review, Joe's customer service skills are skills all employees should carry! It makes a WORLD of difference when a customer asks a question and is given genuine feed back from a truly caring sales man!
