I came to this location to get some parts. This is the first time I have been to this location and Justin was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He gave me the best options for quality and price and he was super friendly. Definitely ask for Justin if you stop in :)

Great service all around. Had everything I needed at a relatively low price without sacrificing quality.The kid that helped me has so helpful and informative that you would have thought he was helping to get his car running not mine. Bryce I believe his name was. Long hair with glasses, anyways the whole staff were kind and helpful.All in all great shopping experience I recommended if you're in the area as I will continue to shop there myself

Very helpful, the gentleman went out of his way to help my father obtain the items he needed from the shelf. This man went above and beyond going out of his way to get each thing that my father was requesting from the shelf. This means a lot to me, my father is pretty old and then has a very hard time communicating whenever he goes out especially when it comes to purchasing and dealing with cashiers and such not. He has trouble hearing and they have trouble hearing him, but this gentleman was cool calm and professional staying friendly and patient with my father the entire time! Thank you very much my hats off to you!;

Roosevelt and Roland gave great advice, helped me work through some engine codes and resets, discussed part warranties, and showed me the optimal way to install the new part. Within a few minutes I was on my way -- with my vehicle running perfectly again. On top of all that they were courteous, friendly men who represented AutoZone in a very positive way. That kind of customer service is great for our city!

It s refreshing when you meet an employee who is not only knowledgeable but enjoys their job. Roland the sales manager was easy going, approachable and helpful. He ensured I found the parts I needed and went above and beyond for me. I truly appreciate 5 star service. It makes a customer want to come back. Thank you Roland for all your help. Your Aweome! That s the name you can trust with your vehicle needs at the Cal-City Autozone whom is also a person of professionalism and customer service oriented.

The service here is spot on. Always slightly busy, but team members are always willing to help. At 8:30 on a Saturday, Roosevelt was out doing 3 battery tests! Store is clean and shelves are pretty much full. Nice

I must say the manager here has excellent customer service.He goes beyond the call of duty, by helping a customer jumpstart there vehicle even after the store was closed, instead of going home after a hard days work, he still decided to help.Great Store Employees, Great Manager.

Today the battery in my vehicle went out and I went to autozone and they gave me a new one I switched it in the parking lot and tested it before I left. Soon as the vehicle started the check engine light and The front and back windows stopped working I used their odb tester and they ran the code telling me what the issue is so I came home and tried to figure out the window issue I got on the website and looked up the battery and sure enough they gave me the wrong one. I drove back and they gave me the correct one and I still had the issue they than tried to tell me that I had to program the battery to my vehicle and tried to sell me an ODB tester and told me he knew someone and could give me the number to have it done I asked them what they was gonna do about the issues because i had none before and now i do the worker and the manager both standing there told me there was nothing they could do to call corporate so I did the fact they tried to tell me to program the battery to the vehicle shows me alot about who they hire and the experience they have California city autozone is a joke

Tried them again after bad online experience went to the store was told two parts I needed would be there that day between 3-4 called at 5 was told wouldn't be there till 6 and they would call me . No call I called next day wouldn't be there till 12 at 1 no call drove there took them awhile to find the one part they said they already had I had to tell them I need both parts or my money back they finally found the parts whole experience left a bad tast kinda felt like last time I ordered from them online bad experience then bad one now will stick with carparts.com or O'Reilly auto
