Amazing customer service. Rafael is informative and answered my questions and concerns. He kept an open line of communication and updating me frequently.Waiting area could use some snack though if people are waiting couple of hours. Next time I will be prepared for the wait.

Excellent service by Michael and the team. Michael went out of his way to make my experience memorable. He offered options for service and repair and multiple ways to ensure I could work and have access to transportation while I was waiting for the servicing to be completed.

Couldn t have gone better. The service team were friendly and answered all of my questions. They were accommodating and had my tire repaired and aligned within only a few hours. They organized transportation for me in the interim as well. Rafael Flores was an incredible help and very professional.

I had a profound experience of courteous attention and excellent service! Unexpected and truly perspective changing experience with Rafael Flores. I really can not overstate how good Rafael was with me and how he facilitated the work, the excellent work, in repairing my tire and getting me on my way in relatively short time. I want to mention the very pleasant experience I had waiting for the work to be completed. Personnel were very very nice to be around. The atmosphere was calm and cheerful, just the right positive energy that makes anything auto repair a good experience. Oh to leave an auto repair moment full of gratitude is a beautiful thing.

My first visit with Audi Calabasas went beautifully. From the moment I arrived the staff was very efficient. My service writer Rafael was very helpful and knowledgeable. I recently purchased a pre owned Audi and am happy to find a reputable dealer to service my car. Amazing service! Michael was fantastic from the beginning. He walked out to greet me, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, arranged for a ride for me, had the service completed earlier than expected and the complimentary car wash was great! Would give 6 stars if I could. Michael is great!

Great experience with Audi Calabasas. I had an issue with my car while I was going out of town and Rafael/Service went out of his way to ensure my car was taken care of while I was away. He turned what felt like a potentially very stressful situation into the best possible outcome for me.

We received excellent customer service from Michael at Audi Calabasas. He promptly attended to the repair of my car, ensuring it was completed as soon as possible. Michael consistently provided update calls whenever necessary and even went above and beyond by visiting the shop on his day off to personally check the status. Additionally, he took a video of the work in progress and promptly sent it to us. What exceptional service!

I have been a loyal customer of the Audi Service Center since 2002 when it used to be in Woodland Hills. I have always received exceptional and reliable service from them. All the Service Advisors are excellent and show how much they care about each customer by the way we are welcomed and given the best service and literally become the person we trust for any of our car service needs. Rafael has been exceptional and extremely knowledgeable about what my car needs since I met him years ago. Rafael always goes beyond my expectations; he works with my schedule and keeps me updated while my car is getting the service it needs, until the work is finished. I trust Rafael completely and I appreciate how he cares about the service needs of my car and me as his customer. This month, I visited the Audi Calabasas Service Center because my car needed break pads and rotors, oil change, and the 50 thousand mile service and as usual it was a phenomenal experience thanks to Rafael. I also paid a great price, and feeling safe in my car is priceless. In addition, I have peace of mind knowing all the labor was done in my opinion, by one of the best Audi technicians in all of Southern California - Mauricio. After so many years of incredible five star reliable service, I can only say thank you for all you do for each of your customers. Service is one of the best things Audi does. They are always prompt in getting back to me, service the car quickly and make everything easy to understand. I really appreciate the service Audi Calabasas offers. Rafa is my usual rep and is fantastic. I always know I m in good hands with him. To be honest in considering other cars, the service would have to be considered and would have a hard time leaving Audi.

Ruben in Service was so great. He pushed to get my issue resolved on my car I bought fairly recently and really did what was right. He made what can be an otherwise frustrating experience bearable and the end result joyous.

Ruben earned my service business. I've been to 3 other dealers and he was the first to suggest that I could repair my rims under my tire and wheel insurance. Went the extra mile and they did great work!

As a woman, I am very cautious about taking my car for service. Rafael was the best, put my mind at ease, and was able to easily communicate with me. He listened to my concerns and and took time to help me manage my music. He carefully explained what needed to be done and did not try to push me to purchase anything I did not need. The video inspection explained the work that was done and how tires etc. are holding up. Rafael put my mind at rest explaining when I could expect to need further service.Rafael called a Lift for me so I did not have to wait. When I returned my car had a detailed car wash and looked beautiful. In the future I would have no hesitation about getting my car serviced at Calabasas Audi as long as Rafael is there!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires

Had a great experience here. Came here after I had called the Audi Keyes Van Nuys and was told that they weren t too busy and they would have time for a walk in just to show up and be told that they were all booked and busy and they could schedule something for another day. Right off the bat Rafa was very friendly and considerate and was able to help me right away and was even able to give me the same Black Friday exclusive service deal the other Audi dealer had told me about over the phone. Great place, would recommend for any other Audi owners.

The service was done on time. We hardly had to wait. Mr. Andrew Sideris was polite, courteous and very professional.The car was not washed or cleaned inside. Perhaps because it was raining. But that was not a big deal, since the service was great.

Great experience. I dropped my car for a service, I called & booked the appointment last minute, and they gave it to me. I worked with Rafael. All of the staff had very positive attitude. I ask for the right and they provided ASAP. Service went absolutely smooth, and the car got ready sooner than they promised. I would totally recommend this location.
