My insurance called them to help me with roadside assistance on 3.19.24 in Mojave and they came within the promised time frame. The driver was very helpful and worked quickly to get me back on the road. Thank you very much!!

Christian really helped me out. I had a Honda tire and I wanted a new one. He drove to the only open warehouse on Christmas weekend and got me the tire. I was out of there in about two hours which is pretty good. Definitely got lucky in terms of where to have a highway breakdown. They even had a lounge for my dogs!!!

Would give zero stars if I could. Told me my car wasnt there when i called from the hospital after my accident. the next day went to check and it WAS there. the lady Sabi was the rudest person I ve ever met; she even went to the extent of threatening me. I told her im just trying to get my car??? Anyways I will be letting my company know not to outsource to this company. ever again. No one should go through that experience of being treated less than human. especially after a traumatic accident.

Christian saved us!! Our car broke down on the way back from SCal to NCal & we were stranded in the middle of nowhere, with our 2 dogs. Christian was incredibly professional and kind & really helped us feel safe and secure and so well taken care of during a really stressful situation! Christian was our super hero!!!!

First time going there, I was greeted, I felt welcomed. One of my steering tires had a gash, I didn't want to risk it. I was in n out in about 35 minutes, pretty good I say.

Great people had to have a washout 2 trucks ahead of me,they said it would be over 2 hours before they were done. Had me go around to the other side done in 15 minutes. Thank you Ed from Holland trucking

Thank you Castro Tires! I hit a pot hole on my way to Monterey driving north on I-ew5 and the pothole destroyed my new tire. Stranded with a doughnut in Buttonwillow - Castro Tires Had my size & what a great family owned HONEST BUSINESS! I was on the road in no time!

We were crippled on the side of Hwy 58, not able to continue with two tires flat. We waited 3 hours for AAA to find a way to get our large 5th wheel off the freeway. They finally could get us off the freeway and drop our 5th wheel 6 miles away. For $2000 !!Instead, Christian of Castro Tire, came to the rescue! He had his team member, Jorje, come to us and perform roadside repair right where we sat on the side of the hwy. 100% professional operation that had us safely on our way at far less than half the expense.Service: Tires

Very thorough. I came in for a quick tire inspection on my Lexus and although they primarily service big trucks they took the time to jack up my care and inspect my tire. They adjusted the pressure for all tires. The ride felt much better. Saul was very kind

This company is the best. I called s for Heavy Duty Wrecker and the driver Cristian arrived hooked me up and towed my truck and trailer to the Volvo dealer. The driver was a great guy and the wrecker was very clean. I'll recommend them to any body that needs a tow for semi, great service and fast

I blew a tire on my travel trailer out in the country. I didn't have a jack that that was suitable for the place that I was, and figured I would have to have it loaded on a flatbed. Instead, Castro's had the correct tire in stock and sent roadside service to replace it on the spot. The tech was courteous and capable. Great job!

We had a flat tire on our trailer, right across the street from them. Called and they said bring it over. We were out of there in 20 min. Good customer service and nice people. Thanks.

Had a Tire Blowout coming back from Yuba City, CA this Weekend. Contacted Gieco about needing a Tow to a Walmart or Sam's Club repair Center. They sent Chris from Castro Tires Services to help Tow Ford E150 off Fwy. I asked if he knew anyone open after 9PM. He said no though, he could call in his Buddy at Castro Tires to open up shop 9mi away and change Tire for $120 Surcharge / without Tire Cost to get us back on Road within 1hr, if not he could take us to Walmart. Everything worked out, we got a Spare tire on getting us Home safely. Thanks Chris

Poor customer service. A tire on our truck had blown. Additionally, the driver gave the wrong tire. After providing us with an estimate, Castro's Tire Services charged our account $200 more than what was initially agreed upon. When we contacted for clarification, the clerk was unfriendly and acknowledged not adding an initial fee. Oh, I forgot, was her justification. That is a terrible business practice. Our driver had to wait an excessive length of time for a new tire. Customers' dissatisfaction with the service they receive makes sense to me.Service: Tires

I blew a drive tire on my semi and came here to get it fixed. Se�or didnt have my tire size so he made some phone calls and eventually went to go get the tire. Within 1 hour, everything done. Very friendly and social. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

These guys are so unprofessional. First of all, they are not open till 11 pm. They usually close their shop early or whenever they want. Their 24-hour service guy loves to sleep. He will tell you he's on his way but ain't gonna show up. Also, your call won't be answered again. So, watch out and call TA instead.

Driving to the bay area with my 13 year old, and the terrier in my tiny Scion IQ when my tire pressure light came on. Stopped, and managed to fill 3 of 4 tires. My back tire wouldn't fill. Happened to see Castro Tire Services. The gentleman who helped us was kind, professional, and had us back on the road quickly. He helped us in the worst heat of the day with a smile. He charged us a nominal fee- luckily the exact amount of cash I had with me. I am forever grateful for their kindness. Thank you thank you thank you.

Got a flat tire and barely made it to the Buttonwillow supercharger. This shop is right down the street. They patched my tire and had me back on the road in 20 minutes. Great location and great service! Everything you need on this road for a stop.

I am an African-American woman traveling from Southern California to Northern California with my children. I drive a Ford fiesta and and a upon arriving to Castro tire and truck wash I waited an hour to be approached for service. Once I was approached for service I was then told that I need it to pay $150 for one tire not the rim just the tire. I strongly feel that I was discriminated against and I am actually going to take this a step further. The quality of customer service was horrible as well and when I asked for management I was declined that information.Update: We drove 20 miles down the 5 going north and found Gutierrez tires right access from Loves and Denny s behind the chevron and experienced EXCELLENT SERVICE AT 1/3 the price.

The people who work here are AMAZING! We were stuck on the side of the road for three hours until our roadside assistance plan contacted Castro towing. After going thru three other towing company s Castro is the only company who came through! They were super busy but still came to our rescue. They were super kind, knowledgeable, and got us back on the road in no time. Thank you so much Castro towing for everything! You guys rock and if we ever need roadside assistance again, you will definitely be the people we call!Service: Tires

Honestly the service is sub par. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My insurance will hear about how bad it is so they don t recommend it to anyone. The obese front desk is rude so CASTRO = RUDE
