I reported 4 issues for my 3-month car; and this was the third service appointment. Here is my opinion after the third service (which means I was patient enough so that they can resolve the issues):Issues were either not resolved at all or partially resolved. It is an absolute mismanagement that one technician comes with the customer in the beginning and confirm the issues/noises, but another random technician tries to resolve things on their own without knowing what the issue is. And surprisingly, the first technician won t verify if the issues have been resolved. And it was not the first time this happened. The same happened in the previous services.The result of this mismanagement is issues remain even after 6 days. Basically, I don t see that much difference between the current status of my car vs before this service. The technician has done a bunch of efforts just to say we did something without actually trying to resolve the issue, if the understands the issue at all! This is ridiculous and terrible experience. Here is the status of my reported issues:1. Noise from rear right seat (the most important issue that I emphasized on it a lot): Literally no change. I hear the SAME/EXACT noise as before; and not sure what the technician was working on and what they tested to declare the issue was resolved, which is coming from the mismanagement mentioned above.2. Driver s door noise: I was told that this is a normal noise of Model X doors and similar cars have the same noise. Absolutely False. I tested it with a friend s car but didn t hear such a noise. Surprisingly, the noise was not there in the first/two months and all of a sudden started, but seems like Tesla service does not know how to address it and all you did was to refer it as a normal noise and done!3. Roof speaker noise on the high volume: I still can hear it when the song starts playing. It is just better than before because the buzz noise only happens in the beginning of the song! Wood (the manager) said no one hears the noise except Pat. Well, I recommend to keep him as the best for diagnosing! I literally do not know why technicians don t hear. It is pretty obvious!!! But again, Tesla s attitude is to just declare resolved no matter what!4. Sticky signal button: Well, let s both sides agree that you guys just did a random/general repairs to say we did an action; despite that Wood mentioned Tesla will change it if we cannot resolve it. But I assume because speakers were replaced, it was more a saving action for Tesla to not change it, and just do some random/general repairs. You know, I know, that nothing has changed. Same issue as before!After all, my 3-month so-called luxury(!) car still has the issues as before, which is embarrassing!! I need to take another repeating Service with another Tesla center.

I could not say enough good things about the service center here!!!I've had a persistent wind noise issue that two other service centers either told me bogus information or didn't fix completely while they could. I got the vibe they just wanted to send me away. After I came here, the technician was very attentive and figured out the issue 2 mins into the test drive (and he was willing to drive the car and really check it out without me prompting him since the noise was on the drivers side while other service center technicians were unwilling even after I asked them). He was very experienced and fixed it for me on the spot. His fix made a world of difference! And he gave me detailed information about what to do next if I was still unhappy about it. I'll definitely come to this service center going forward and do sales and delivery here when it's time to replace my current Tesla!

my car only one year old . i walked in the tesla store last week . the latino lady wanted me to change 4 tires almost 2,000 . she said i had to right away because of risk . but when she set up appointment it was like 2 weeks away . i said can i come anytime she said yes . so i came this morning . the service is horrible. they just very rude. they didn t even bring you to where your car is when it s done. they don t open the door for you. no eye contact . what horrible is the $2,000 for 4 tires look so worn and old . i just called back they said the tires are outside the store that s why they look old. crazy horrible. i would buy any tires with Tesla . not only expensive i dont mind . but poor service and all 4 tires i bought look used . i regret big time. stupid me

I sent my tesla X in yesterday for part replacement,the manager took us in & quickly check their inventory,luckily they have the parts ,i told them it s an only car we drive to work every day The end of the day yesterday around 9pm i saw the message from my app your service is complete! Amazing work,it s mean a lot to us we have car to use it during the holidays My close friends who is � polo mentioned this service center can be trust,I like to share with you my own experience

Brought the Model 3 to check out some quirky things under warranty before it expires - - Experience could not have been better. Justin helped me and was over the top with his excellent service. Turned out repair may take till tomorrow and I needed by car for work tomorrow and was nice enough to get a loaner which is always tough for a service center to pull off at the last minuteCar was finished yesterday - - Repair and Service and the Diagnosis finding the issue was flawless and professional.Unbelievable experience from beginning to end - - very impressed

Overall had a pleasant experience having my M3 serviced here at Burlingame Tesla. Dropped off my car at 8:30 and went through my service details with one of the service managers. Since one of my issues involved vibrations in the steering wheel they had a service technician test drive in my vehicle. I was worried about this taking too long but only took about 10 minutes. We went back and the manager had a loaner vehicle prepared for me so I was all good to go. The tesla app makes everything go really smooth so my driver profile was already ready in my loaner. My repair status was communicated very thoroughly through the app and voice call. Service completed early afternoon which was earlier than what I was told. It was also a nice gesture to see that my car was plugged in to charge. Overall seamless and great experience!

Anthony D is awesome! He was so helpful throughout the whole process of buying my beautiful Model 3. The test drive experience during the quarantine was great too - they drop off a car you get to drive until the next day. Genius. The purchase process was super quick and super smooth. Thank you! Joanne Was extremely helpful and friendly.I dropped my Model3 off for service at 3pm and my vehicle was ready for pick up by 6pm same day!Joanne was helpful with making sure my warranty covered everything and got me into a loaner vehicle.This was an extremely painless process, great customer service !

Top knotch service is the norm here from the service guys/gals at the front to those in the back. My latest visit was due to excessive wear on the inner trend of all four tires on my MX (which is common for various reasons which I won't go into). Diagnosis was it needed a complete alignment (btw.... it's recommended that even if your car is brand new.... you should have a professional alignment done).I ended up bringing in my winter tire set to change out my worn 22" and they discovered (after the 2nd day when I came back due to a loud metal scrapping noise when I turned the wheels in a certain direction), that one of my front rims was the wrong size. They ended up giving me a free loaner wheel until I can obtain the correct size rim. Matt, the maintenance manager even took me into the back to show me all 4 tires and explained the differences. He also called around to find which locations had it in stock.The saga continues, but I'm confident that after I reconnect with Matt on Monday that we'll be able to settle this latest issue. Previously, they had replaced my falcon windows due to a water leak free of charge and they've been perfect since.Final Note.... this location is service only now. Their closest sales offices are in Colma or Palo Alto.

My first time at Burlingame Tesla after picking up a 2023 MSP.Got here a couple minutes early and was greeted by the desk to check-in. Upon doing so, I realized there was 2 people standing around chatting about driving in autopilot and etc. I did not realized that one of the guys was the Service Manager (Wood), and the other was upper management regional service tech.Apparently my brand new MSP was going in for appointment on vibration issue and a a cosmetic paint problem. Both Wood and the other upper level tech was ready to go on a test drive in my vehicle. They wanted to figure out the reasoning to the vibration that I felt on the highway. Wood said he did feel a slight vibration from 75+mph. Nothing way too out of the norm. He suggested to have all the wheels checked for Road Force Balancing. I also noted a vibration in the pedal which they think is within spec.Anyway, car was left with them from 10:15am til around 8pm. Got a message from Wood on the app and he said car was ready for pickup. He stayed around to chat with me about the service done today. Two front wheels were probably rushed out for Q3 and the balance was off on their Road Force machine. He took the car out for a quick drive and said the vibration shouldn't be noticeable. Asked me to monitor if there's other issues that arise.Cosmetic issue behind the tail light was resolved to their best ability. They remove old touchup paint and redid it. Much less noticeable than delivered. Hopefully they didn't buff out too much of the original clearcoat. Time will tell.As someone else mentioned, the loaners were terrible. Gave them a MSP, Wood asked the service desk to find a nice car. They ended up giving me a M3 Standard. Super dirty on both outside and inside. Air con was musty.. I drove the car home and left it outside. Good thing we have another car to get around with for the day. They should reserve nicer cars for those who bring in comparable cars. M3 should get a M3. MY should get a MY, and MS/MX should get similar cars.P.S. they were nice to top off the car with some juice during and after the service visit.

I'm editing this review and giving a 1 star instead of originally 5. The service rep who was writing up my report was horrible. He did not pay proper attention to issues I was reporting and not very accommodating. I hope others are not this unlucky and end up with terrible experience I had.

Hate to do this but if I'm being honest, pretty disappointed with the service throughout the entire process. When I first walked into the dealership no one wanted to help. So I bought my Tesla online. When I bought it the date kept getting pushed back. The car finally arrived and had scratches.... overall the car drives great

Excellent service even in the midst of a pandemic. Was greeted early for my service appointment. Proper covid precautions were done upon entry. Staff was really friendly. Uber credit was given as courtesy

Evidently this is a full service center as well as a dealership. I had a few questions about my Tesla which I couldn't figure out from the manual. Only took me a few minutes talking with one of the friendly guys that worked there.

In May I brought my car in to have the Super Charger repaired. At the time I paid a fee to generate an estimate and then $2800+ to have the master charger repaired. I didn't go on any long trips for a while, so I didn't use a Super Charger (the car charges fine at home). When I tried to use it, it would not charge. I waited until the holidays to make a service appointment so they could get the repair right. When I brought the car in this morning they told me I would have to pay the estimate fee again.When I asked why I should pay again when they didn't estimate/repair it properly the first time, they blamed me for waiting 7 months and implied I did something to break it. Further, when I explained that I hadn't brought the car in sooner because I had work and family obligations, the woman working at the shop had the audacity to say, "I have obligations, too, and I come in." What! You come in because it is your job and you are paid to be there!I was formerly a Tesla brand fanatic (we own 2 and are shareholders), but experiences like this are becoming more and more common. At this point I am glad there are so many new quality electric car options on the market, so I can purchase my next car from another manufacturer.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

This service center's repair service is really really bad, I would suggest not coming to this center, I have to try other servicen centers in future though people all say Tesla's customer service are bad.My husband has a Model S, there is a crack in the windshield and also 1 car handle has some issues, so he send it here to repair on Tuesday.On Wednesday, the app told him the car is ready to pick up, so he went there but find the car is still in debug mode and car handle is not fixed, also the seat is dirty. So he asked them to fix it and clean the seat and left the car thereOn Thursday, the app told him the car is ready to pick up, so he went there again but find the car is still in debug mode, the car handle is not fixed and the heating is not working!On Friday, the app told him the car is ready to pick up again, and he left a long message ask them to show pictures to prove the issue has been fixed, but got no reply, I called the service center twice, all went to voice mail. So we are not sure if we want to pick up the car now because we don't trust them.I feel like we are being played by the customer service. My husband is very busy, he has to put off his meetings to pick up the car every time. There is no trust left, and I am very unhappy about this happens to him so I came to left this review and I will continue esclalate the issue until they resolve it for us.Service: Electrical repair

First they cant fix my tire ,,i went there three time...finally i fixed my tire at american tire...now my car has safety issue..i went there and i told them there is a airbag problem and safety alarm fault..they blam me why i came to them and why i didnt go to san francisco..i was surprised...may be my english is not good..that is why they treat me like that....the company need to change stuff....my englishis not god because i was not born here.. but I am still custumer..they just look down to me... company.need to changestuff...i am really appreciated if they have improve management...this is my honest review....thank you

Worst experience is impossible. I bought a Model 3, problems since first day, full failure on 7th day! Staff treats you with arrogance and they don't care. Car a few days with me, 33 days in their shop! And nobody friendly with your problem. Tesla for 40 days, buying a Porsche now, never Tesla again!Loaner with duct tape underneath, UNBELIEVABLE! And the loaner had battery problems as well!!! UNBELIEVABLE!Service: Electrical repair

We came to return the our car due to lease end, and we did so on Sunday because we got an email from customer service representative stating that we can do it today(even though it is closed) so we drove there and the lady approached me before I even had a chance to park the car saying the place is closed with rude attitude. Instead of greeting customers when they arrive she showed me an attitude. First and foremost, when customer is arriving you should greet them and ask them what you can do for them instead using your dismissive attitude and telling me something that I know, besides we are not coming to your place looking to be entertained, but there to do business! Be nice and polite to your customers. After I explained the lady, she went back to the office to confirm whether we have a scheduled return. While she was in the office I was trying to empty some trash from the car so I was looking for garbage can, the other gentleman approached saying this is private property and should not be walking there. I swear to God they acting like people in DMV. Why in the world these people not treating customer like customer but like acting like another "Boss wannabe"?!? WTH is wrong with that place?

I picked up my car and the navigation didn't work. It also smelled like smoke. Farina has been great with responding. But she wasn't there when I picked up the car. The person who "helped" me told me to reboot the car and shrugged when I showed him the error message. The navigation still does work because it can't connect to the internet due to the fact that it can't connect to wifi. Also, usually cars are cleaned when they are serviced. It definitely shouldn't smell WORSE.

Great service and excellent customer service. My SA was so helpful and gave me best service compared to other services I been to. Thank you Nico and the service tech that worked on my car. Hopefully I never have to come back but if something happens to my car, will definitely be my to go service.

When I picked up my car it had a small dent on it. Tesla was supposed to fix it. They scheduled my appointment the a few days later, but the appointment time was the same time and day I got the email. In the app it says I missed the appointment and no one has contacted me about fixing the dent in my car and it's been over a month.

Bad. Cannot communicate with them. Unresponsive in messaging through the app. They drop the ball over and over. Not a good experience...4th visit and all have been frustrating.Update: Jan 2023Miserable every time I am forced to interact with them. I am still dealing with the same issues 2 years later. Incompetent and frustrating to deal with. Not high end service at all. I receive much better service from GM and Cadillac.

Are negative stars possible?Do not waste your time even calling this place. We are on vacation and had low tire pressure, so we immediately pulled over into the first plaza we saw. We soon discover that the tire was flat. We first call this Tesla in Burlingame center, seeing that it was 5 minutes away from our location. After staying on hold for over an hour, stranded in this unknown place, we discovered that this Tesla service center, a place that claims to provide roadside assistance, could not send a crew to us(even though we were literally 5 minutes away).We thought that we could have triple A tow our car to this service center (because God forbid they care enough about a loyal Tesla customer to drive 10 minutes), but soon discovered that this Tesla service center, (a place that you know, services Tesla's) did not carry our tires.Now I get it. Our model is new, maybe they don't have the stuff they need to fix it, but the fact that they wasted so much of our time while we were stranded in this unknown place, the fact that they were able to provide no guidance or any alternatives, disgusts me.

Just killin' some time while I wait for sales to pick up the phone. It's only been 45 minutes so I'm filling my time with a review. The music needs a lot of work....maybe some options. It would also be nice if someone picked up the phone and then placed me on hold instead of rolling right into a hold queue. I'm picturing the entire sales staff out to lunch or something.After putting a deposit down on the Roadster, this is less than confidence inspiring.Edit: It's been an hour now; still waiting.Edit: After an hour the staff was incredibly polite and very helpful.

I m not sure why I had such high regards for Tesla service. We picked up delivery of the car and that was already a pretty bad experience. The delivery person was rude and made us feel uncomfortable for trying to inspect the car before picking up for delivery. When I purchase a new car, I expect the car to be cleaned before it s delivered especially at that price for a Tesla. The car had a small paint chip and had dirty marks in several places. The interior such as the middle console and cup holders were notably dirty. The delivery person cleaned only some spots and assured us that the paint chip would get fixed when we make an appointment and would be covered under warranty and that he would put a note in our account. So we made an appointment and of course appointments were at least a month out. Finally went in for our appointment and the employee told us that they could not fix the paint chip and we would have to pay for it because the delivery person never noted it on our account. We even had photo proof that the paint chip was there when we picked up the car on delivery day but they said they couldn t do anything about it. Seems pretty common that they go back on their word from other reviews. Such a disappointment. Love the car and the technology but service is subpar.
