Fast and friendly service at this Honda location. No hassle drop off and pick up process, but the online reservation system could use an upgrade. Parking can be hard to find as it s located on a very busy street, and side street parking is scarce.

I had an issue with my Honda while traveling. Stopped into Ocean Honda and they were able to get my car repaired same day. Highly recommend.

This place is the best!!! After buying a car here that lasted 20 years, we expected to just a normal, basic, boring car-shopping experience. Boy, were we surprised.... from the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and treated like family. Our salesman, Niko Loza, was incredibly helpful, kind, patient and hilarious!!! We spent almost 4 hours in the dealership, but the time flew by and soon we were driving away in the car of our dreams! If you ever are looking for a car, make your first stop to Ocean Honda in Burlingame and ask for Niko! You won't be disappointed. :-)

Since 2022 my girlfriend and I have been able to secure two trade in vehicles with the help and expertise of A STI. A STI has made my girlfriend and I feel comfortable, confident and well prepared when getting the right car. Recently my girlfriend I became a family of 3 and A STI supported us in securing the perfect car for this new chapter. Without her not only would the deal not have gotten done but we would have not felt as good when it came to making a decision. When you go to Ocean Honda Burlingame, ask for A STI. Her ability to put the needs of each client before her own and display the propers ethics each car salesperson should have is valuable when helping others make financial decisions on depreciating assets. Thank you A STI for treating us like family and making life easier when it comes to the car buying process.

I ve been going to Ocean Honda in the last 7 years and been working w Lincoln Chin my advisor and always get exceptional service. I never get pressure into work i don t need . just more for maintenance purposes but also come back to get the work done later. Lincoln is very knowledgeable, always provides great details prior to work getting done and great customer service and very personable. I highly recommend Ocean Honda.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Honda of Burlingame, and I couldn t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The sales team truly went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect vehicle to suit my needs and budget. They took the time to listen to my preferences and concerns, and they worked diligently to find several options for me to consider. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision, which I greatly appreciated. Once I chosen the vehicle that was right for me the financing process was smooth and transparent. The finance manager took the time to explain all of my options and answer any questions I had making sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way, what truly sets this dealership apart, however, is there exceptional customer service even after the sale had been finalized they have continued to follow up with me to ensure that I am completely satisfied with my purchase and offered assistance with any additional questions or concerns that i had. overall my experience with Joel, Daniel and Emmanuel was nothing short of outstanding. All the other staff were extremely friendly and I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle to visit this dealership .

Came here to look for a new car as our lease is up. We worked with Michael and Billy who were both super knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Michael helped find us the right car to suit our budget and Billy helped find a price we could work with. Would highly recommend.

I will never buy a car here again. The transaction took 3 hours to complete, and then they completely screwed up paperwork and did not do a verification of the vehicle. They are now are telling me I have to go to the DMV to take care of it to do the transfer. I m not sure how they can sell me a vehicle without understanding how to transfer title properly.

First time getting service from Ocean Honda. Absolutely awesome experience fast, easy, friendly. Booked appointment online easily. Brought car and got checked in super quickly. Service was completed fast. Everyone engaged with was very nice and helpful. Best car service!

I buy out my leased car .I do still think you charged higher documentation fees.I understand I have to pay taxes, registration fees and some options I chooseBut documentation fees what?Please consider this next time .

Excellent service and very nice people inside Honda.I love their waiting area has drinks and snacks while waiting. Very convenient. Also has restroom.I recommend Honda Burlingame a place to get care with our car issues.Also it was fast service. I got two wheels flat tires and fixed the following day and I was able to get back to work that day.Thank you Honda Team!

They were understaffed when we went there on Monday and the service lasted for 2.5hours. The staff were nice and very apologetic and we totally understand. Good thing there is free wifi and I was able to do my report for work while waiting for my car to get fixed. Kudos to your hardworking staff.

I've been coming to Ocean Honda for about a 18 months and have had great experiences! The team always clearly communicates any issues and potential work needed, is upfront about lead-times and part availability, and is extremely friendly. From an oil change to a concerning check engine light - I've had great service and feel that my car is in good hands with this team. Thanks for all the great work!

Michael Du and Nico Loza were great to work with! They were very personable. Michael asked the right questions that helped us determine if we were ready to purchase a car. There was no pressure at all. George, who worked on the financing portion was also wonderful to work with.

I was told at both an awful Honda dealership in Austin, TX and a great dealership in Austin, TX that it could take anywhere from 2 weeks to an unspecified amount of months, plus almost $2,000, to get my 2017 CR-V's 4 fuel injectors replaced and I only had 42k miles on the car. I've had horrible experiences at Chrysler dealerships in the past when I used to have a Jeep so I'm very cautious and on guard about dealerships in general.Luckily I moved back to the Bay and had a wonderful experience w/ Ocean Honda! Maxwell was informative and friendly, and the fix was made incredibly quickly. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and was able to pick it up 2 days later. This also cost me absolutely nothing as it was covered under the 8/80 federal emissions warranty (thankfully!!).

I can't express how thankful I am to have found this service department here in the Bay Area. Chris my service advisor was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable and professional and on top of his game. I'm super wary of taking my Honda to places I'm not familiar with especially since I have been here for an extended period of time taking care of family. However I had no choice but to get my big timing belt and water pump service done while I was here. They were able to do the job in a timely fashion and listened to all my needs and did not try to force me to do excess jobs that did not need to be done on my Honda. Being a woman can be daunting when taking your car in and they made me feel confident by not being pushy about doing things I didn't need to get done but let me know what and when I did need to get certain things taken care of that I had intended to put off for a little bit. I fully trust these guys.... And I don't trust auto places after being burned in the past... they were on top of their game and made me feel valued and I felt like I could trust them. One of the things that I really liked was that they gave me a LYFT back to the house and offered to pick me back up when my car was ready and super bonus was their coffee machine.... I was really happy with their coffee options :-) It's the little things too! I would definitely trust these guys and I will be a regular if I need the big work to be done. Also check their site for coupons and the pricing for the packages they have were very competitive if not better. Love love love love love this place! Thank you Chris for a wonderful experience! We have been very happy with Ocean Honda. They gave us a quote for work and we waited 3 months to get it done, and by that time the cost went up but they they gave us the original quote price. That was nice.

I have bought 3 different cars from Ocean Honda and have them service all 3, the service dept. is extremely customer service driven, every time I go in, I feel like I am at Cheers Bar, everybody knows my name.Kidding aside, the staff is superb, the still have the WOW factor which is lacking in most industries, Lincoln has been my maintenance agent for more than 10 years!!

Another great service visit to Ocean Honda. They've been taking care of my Hondas for years and can't tell you how much confidence I have in their expertise. They explain any problems, solutions and if it's something that's not dangerous or needs to be done immediately, they give me the option to decide for myself to get it done or wait for the next time. Lincoln is my go to person, he always has time for me, is so personable and always gives me the best service with a smile. I highly recommend Ocean Honda and want to thank Lincoln in particular for his amazing care he provides to me. He's kept my Honda running happily for years and I really appreciate working with him.
