The owner Yuval Palmon is the absolute best! My car's light for the charging system came on and I was able to get it serviced the same day. Keep in mind this was on a Saturday and I came in at 8am. I also live six hours away. He finished the alternator an hour after looking at my car. I decided to get my battery changed as well which took an additional two hours but that was because my battery is behind the wheel wall. So it probably would have taken less time if it wasn't for that. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative with all of my questions. Highly recommend if you are having car trouble!

Very trustworthy. They quickly diagnose the issue and are upfront with the cost of parts and labor. You can choose what services you'd like them to do based on that and they text you when everything is ready. They send updates on my car so I know when I'm due for other services too, without pressuring me to add on services during my appointment.

After just moving to CA, I was worried about attending a local shop, but the second I met Yuval that worry disappeared. He has excellent customer service, explains everything and quotes accurately. The mechanics are quick to repair and do not cut corners. After 3 years of BMW service and maintenance at Century West I can confidently say that a single visit to Yuval s excellent business has shown how much better care my car got once it s warranty expired. Quick, solid work at a rate you can understand. I complained about my two issues for 2 of the 3 years my BMW was under warranty and they never fixed it, and constantly had an excuse. Now; after 24 hours at Yuval s the whole thing is like new.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change

We recently purchased a vehicle from Yuval and couldn't be happier. We have searched for months to find a reliable and good quality vehicle without the typical used car sales BS, and found exactly what we needed with no games. Yuval is the best! His business is reliable and trustworthy. I never worry that he is going to upset me on services I don't need. Our cars (all three) always come back on time and with quality work done at a fair price. From the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out, the customer service at Burbank Motor Works was a 10/10! Yuval is literally the kindest person ever and one thing I appreciated most during our interaction was how honest he was about the whole repair process. Some repair shops like to reveal extra fees when you pick your car, but not this place! Even when I did pick up my car, what I ended up paying out of pocket was far less than what was quoted!Also, I loved how they were in constant communication with me throughout the whole process!They even washed my car after the repair and it looked brand spankin new!!!I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a repair shop that has great customer service and satisfactory results! :DService: Engine repair

Yuval is an honest, and trustworthy mechanic who has provided nothing but excellent results in the repair and maintenance of my Ford Fiesta 2011 vehicle. Now a days, it's difficult to find a good mechanic, but Yuval has proven to be a superb one, which is one in million. I came to this awesome place of business when carmax kind of gave me the cold shoulder. Thank God I did! Found them through repair pal and really needed just to get my car a general service check (Rotation of tires, Oil Change, Checking all Brakes , and the overall car).They took car of me immediately and were very transparent with what services are rendered and pricing. 10/10 would recommend and go again. Yuval and Burbank Motor Works are fantastic. My key was stuck in the ignition cylinder. I had to get it towed there. Yuval was kind, helpful, and honest. He quoted me a price and it was exactly what he said it would be the next day. Anyone in the Burbank area would be foolish to use anyone else.

In short, this shop is amazing.I first took my car in to replace my wheel bearings, then my brake pads, and most recently, I took it in to repair an oil leak. Every time I've come here, Yuval was friendly and treated me with respect and really made me feel welcome to the shop. His staff was just as friendly, greeting me with a smile in passing. On top of that, Yuval gives reasonable prices that you will likely not find anywhere else. I don't make a lot of money so car repairs are a point of anxiety and stress for me and every time I leave this shop, I feel relieved that my car is in good shape and I didn't have to empty my bank account to put it there.Even though I don't know much about auto repair, Yuval never treated me like I was an idiot for my lack of knowledge and instead made sure I understood the problem and the repair needed without over-explaining or being condescending.With all this in mind, I will likely never use another auto repair shop in Burbank except this one. Yuval is very trustworthy and I know I can come here for reliable repairs that won't break the bank. I seriously appreciate the existence of this shop and I'll gladly return for future repairs.

Stay away from this place. Owner Yuval Paloman has major issues in lying to the public on his not so great repair services with asking for positive feedback online and passes out free gas cards for five star reviews. My cousin called me and said Yuval was passing out free gas cards with undignified five out of five star reviews.I checked on yelp and saw another person also getting paid for writing reviews. My experience with the service was less than a 1 star.

My volkswagen brakes were squeaking and I called to compare pricing. Yuval the owner was very helpful on the phone and explained to me in detail what he recommended without any pushiness for me to get any brake service with him.I appreciated his time on the phone and his honesty - plus, his pricing was the most affordable. I drove in the next morning and was greeted by Yuval and his Master Technician. There was free wi-fi and free coffee while I was waiting.If you need a dependable local auto repair center - give Yuval a call. He opens early in the morning. I think its at 745am monday-fridays

Yuval is an amazing guy and his crew is as well they always take care of me and my cars and I can sit and have a conversation with him about what I want or think I need and he is always more than happy to educate me and give me great service . I use his shop regularly for everything to my oil changes to major repairs ! If you got a 1 star experience it's probably cause your a 1 star person

I traded by pickup for a BMW Z4. I knew nothing about BMWs, so I was passing by Burbank Motor Works and decided to stop by. I met the owner Yuval, an incredibly nice man, and obviously very knowledgeable about BMWs. He offered to do a complete inspection and then I could decide whether or not to get it. He did a complete pre-purchase inspection at no cost. He slowly explained the needs the vehicle had, and the approximate cost to correct any needs the car had. Based on his remarks, I agreed to trade for my pickup truck. I am very happy with the trade. I would not hesitate to recommend (Yuval) Burbank Motor Works with 5 stars.

My Mercedes-Benz E350 lost power on the freeway on the way to Van Nuys. I called multiple places to request a quote and inquire if they used Mercedes-Benz OEM (Original Mercedes-Benz Parts), and most were hesitant to respond. When I finally spoke to Mr. Palmon of Burbank Motorworks, he was completely transparent about the process and ensured me that he only uses Mercedes-Benz OEM parts. He kept me up to date during the entire repair process via text messages or phone calls. He also allowed me to retain the defective parts since I plan to reach out to Mercedes-Benz to ask for partial reimbursement for what appears to be premature failure of a part that usually never needs to be replaced for several hundred thousand miles yet it failed on my car with only 60,000 miles. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Burbank Motorworks due to Mr. Palmon s professionalism, kindness, and honesty. As a bonus, they completed the repair sooner than they originally promised. I plan on returning to Burbank Motorworks for all future maintenance for my Mercedes-Benz. Thank you Mr. Palmon!!!Service: Engine repair

Uval is first and foremost a beautiful human being and he sees all others as such too. His humanity seems to be the driving force behind his insistence on excellence in the work done in his shop. Trust is what he wants to embody in his relationship with customers so that his repeat business becomes his bread and butter. I liked him from the moment I met him.

1 Star for Unresponsive Owner. I called as my usual mechanic at Bavarian Built Motors were too busy the day I needed some major work. The mechanic something by the name of the letter "Y" - Yuvaly gave me a round about price, when I came in, the shop itself is very hard to find, the shop itself had barely any cars, GHOST TOWN? Anyone?Seems like they are desperate for business - something not right with the low ball price with no cars on their bays.Didn't have a good feeling at Burbank Motor Works, glad my usual mechanic had room to take me in the following week.if you need a mechanic - call Bavarian Built Motors or any place but this.

Yuval & Burbank Motorworks are true experts in their craft. I needed some emergency work done while in between cities and stumbled upon B.M.W after the dealership gave me the by appointment only cold shoulder.What the location lacks in glamour Yuval delivers in expertise that he is more than happy to break down in laymans terms. Coming from an engineering background my questions were very specific and Yuval delivered proper answers as if he engineered the car himself.If you are looking for glamour, tiny cup espresso and inflated prices, this isn't the place for you. However, if you want a job done right from a skilled professional you will not be disappointed.My M series 650i Grand Coupe was so well taken care of I brought another BMW to Yuzal within a week that was in need of some major TLC. The end result was nothing less than perfection. Do your wallet a favor and give B.M.W. a call whenever you need service on whatever car you own.

Dropped Infiniti QX60 with presumed transmission failure under CarMax warranty. Found out it was something else and also had an engine mount replaced on warranty. Called about having work done on a cylinder head that I wanted to have valve job done and cleaned up, I had already removed the head and thinking that since it was a machine shop that they would do it ... what do you know ... they will only do it if they tear down the motor and put it back ... I know they need to make money but come on ... it was a simple job that they could of made money by me taking in the cylinder head ... I guess some shops love to rip people off ! No big deal , shops are dime a dozen....
