I like to shave my experience, Chris and his wife was supper helpful. My buddy got a pop tire, they instantly helped us patch it and had us on the road. I highly recommend these guys for tire repairs if you are in the Brownsville area.

I want to give a huge shout out to Chris Hernandez at HES Emergency Response.He met me at his shop this evening and replaced my tire in the rain, so I wouldn t have to drive with a dangerous bubble on the side of my tire.I really appreciated him helping me out and would highly recommend them!

If I could give a negative rating I would. This place is a joke. Hours of operation says 8 to 2 Monday thru Friday. I show up at 820 am to get a couple of tires repaired and they are not open. Come to find out they can't repair tires during their normal business hours because he has another job. They told me to drop the tires off and when he gets off work he will repair them. Number one my tires are on my car and number two which is more important then anything is they should advertise that they can't do anything except maybe sell you some tires during normal business hours. And if they plan on staying in their so called business they might want to be open when they say they are, if not they will not be in business very long.

Excellent customer service and definitely a business our community needs. I had a blowout at 9 pm on frenchtown road and my spare was already in use but Chris was able to help even at that hour. I'm glad I didn't have to leave my truck on the side of the road over night.
