My Honda CRV battery kept draining and car felt like it was losing significant power especially driving on uphill terrains. Julio and team are great! They were efficient in quickly assessing and changing a new alternator, new car battery, & my Honda has been running great ever since with more lots more noticeable power! Julio is very professional, price was fair, and job done clean and timely as for same day pick up. Thank you so much! Would highly recommend!

I just want to warn people regardless of their personal opinions but from my own with this establishment is that they are scam artists. I had my water pump changed by them some time ago and being that they didn't bleed my cooling system from all the air my hoses exploded while I was on my way to work on the freeway. I then took it back to them and they then somehow found another problem and charged me an additional $400 dollars. I also had a family member recently had their breaks changed from them and again they failed to properly bleed the break line of air which then caused the breaks to not work. They were unable to get the car to stop and they had a car accident because of this. It's obvious they are at fault. The car was taken back but again they found some other issue which took the blame from them and charged my family an additional $2,000 dollars... I would recommend to not use this establishment at all... They need to be investigated on their practices as an auto service technician...

Julio and the team at Brentwood Auto Services are excellent. My wife took her Volt in for a persistent check engine light. Julio took a look and let us know the exact problem.Since it s a problem with the hybrid module (that Chevy has a recall on) he recommended we take it to the dealer. Who does that?? Very impressive and a true asset to our community. Five stars all the way!

My husband and I came here to repair our car. And we overly satisfied with their service. The turn around time was good as well. It took a week for our car to get done which is fair due to the problems we had. Julio took care of us.

Check engine light code P0128, coolant temperature below thermostat. Oil temperature reading not normal and radiator fan blowing high. Recommend to replace the thermostat and the problem is fixed. Price is very fair and half the dealer would charge. Thanks again!

Julio is absolutely incredible. Take both my vehicles and his honest cost in combination with impeccable work is so relieving. Wouldn't take my vehicles to any other mechanic period. I drop him hamburgers when near the shop to show my gratitude for his honesty and work.

Professional, personal, trustworthy place to get oil changes, tune-ups, repairs, and inspections. These guys were very helpful with a great attitude, and they were more than willing to give me their opinion on what repairs are necessary, and which ones to wait on. By the way, Bill Brandt Ford was pushing for some repairs that weren t immediately necessary. Brentwood Auto guys also suggested a different engine oil type based on vehicle age and mileage, and charge $59 for synthetic blend oil change... I trust them.

I have been having my vehicles serviced by Brentwood Auto Service over 10 years.Very dependable. Will do what needs to be done and waits on what can be done at a later time.I drop off my vehicle and tell them to do whatever is required to keep my vehicles running like new.They know your vehicle, just as your medical doctor knows you.

Bought my car from a friend, and when they said they always took their vehicles here, I see why. They kept detailed records on my car from the previous owner, and let me know within 2 hours what was wrong with my, and even had it ready for me next day, about the same time I dropped it off. Even let me know that there were some things I COULD do as preventative measures, but that I still.had time.

Had an oil change done and a faulty oil filter cause a problem. Took the vehicle back in and they were so helpful taking care of the problem. Most places would have excuses, and these guys only had ways to resolve my issue. Honest, quick, and like real men, they stand behind their work. Thank you.

When getting a light bulb replaced the employee asked if my father was local. When finding out he was from Canada visiting me, they gave them the bulb and installation for free with a handshake, providing my folks told me about them. Not enough stars available for this review.

This place has been a Brentwood staple for many, many years. Even during a pandemic, this place is packed every day. That says it all!! Don't hesitate to use these guys, they are awesome and best of all honest .

My truck and car have been in 4 times. Finally found a shop that s honest. And will check vehicles to tell me the exact problems. They do there best to satisfy the customer

Julio is a straight up guy, fair, and a very competent mechanic and shop owner. I would definitely recommend to my relatives and friends in the Antioch-Brentwood-Oakley and surrounding areas.
