I had taken my tire off at home, in hopes it would be a quicker repair. Even though it took longer than I was told, I'm uping my review to 4 star. Now it's weeks later and the leak they fixed is holding great! Good job BigO

This has been a long road with this particular Big-O. I recently moved from Livermore to Oakley I used Big-O in Livermore with no issues in the past. For regular maintenance I had the tires rebalanced through their Brentwood shop. And then had an oil change and tire rotation done. Afterwards I had a significant and alarming amount of vibration while driving. I inspected for myself and discovered that my wheel was not sitting flush on my hub. (A very dangerous situation) I had driven about 600 miles like this with vibrations becoming worse and worse. I brought the vehicle back in for them to look at and had a good conversation with their manager Marco who took the situation seriously. It turned out that they had double stacked the hub centering rings on my vehicle. Not paying attention. After speaking with him we worked out a deal. I wanted to get the idler and pitman arm replaced to have the steering tightened up. So to make things right he had given me a discounted labor rate. I have their unlimited 5-year alignment plan, so I also replaced my own inner and outer tie rods apart from their shop. Since the vehicle needed to be aligned anyways. (I let them know I replaced these in advance to the appointment). Took the vehicle in for this change. Still having vibration. I look under my vehicle and my jaw dropped. Their shop stripped the threads on my brand new tie rods during their alignment process. Even after this I still have extreme vibration when driving down the road. Turns out that all 4 of my tires were extremely out of balance. And to balance them now, due to the extreme amount of cupping on my tires they have to triple stack weights and the wear patter will remain on these tires for the life of the tire. My tires are 1 year old BF Goodrich all terrains 285/70/R17 far from a cheap tire. I was about ready to go back in and sort this out with Marco again, but at this point I do not trust them to touch any vehicle of mine ever again. At this rate the only way they could make this right is if they pro- rate my current tires due to the damage and headache this has caused me, let alone the danger from the mis-mounted wheel with the bad tire balancing. Attached are the photos of my tire cupping (high spot and low spot on treads) and my damage brand new tie Rod. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR

Had a flat tire. It took about 45 minutes start to end, exactly their estimated time. They worked clean and nice. Pleased of their service and customer care. A very crowded place and now you know why

I Ordered my first Nitto ridge grappler tire Friday morning and they delivered it the next day (Saturday) but I let them install it Monday morning together with my 2inch leveling kit.They did a great job with the install, balance and alignment.I m very happy with my new tiresNo cabin noiseNo vibrationNo rubbingPerfect fitThanks Big o tires !!!

Dropped a tire off on a Friday. They say they will call me that day when it s ready and I can just drive up and they will put my tire on. No need to wait. It s now Monday, I call they say it s ready. I ve sat here 45 and see two different cars pull up with flats and they put their tires on no problem. After an 1.25 hrs they pull my car in and have to now repair my tire that was never fixed in the first place. The whole purpose of dropping my tire off was to save time sitting here. Will not return here again.

Update: Jeff the owner called my wife and made the situation right. I appreciate businesses that fix their mistakes. Review corrected.Where do I start... My wife visited Big O on Wednesday last week for 4 new tires. On Thursday morning she awoke to 1 of the tires flat. She proceeded to drive it down there and it was fixed. On Friday she took my car to Big for 4 new tires. On Saturday morning when I went to leave for the day 1 of the new tires on that car was flat, which led me to take her car for the day. She then called Big O as she had no way to air the tire up. They sent someone down to put air in the tire, and he accused her of driving over a nail in the 2 miles she drove the car home the previous day. He then discovered there was no nail and had her drive it back to Big O for it to be repaired. She talked to the Manager who stated he would call her back with a resolution to make her feel better about the situation. It is now Tuesday the following week and no phone call has been made. We have been going to this location for over 20 years and spent 2k last week on tires, not receiving a promised call back is ridiculous. It is also ridiculous for a tire shop not to know how to install tires. If this happened to 2 of my vehicles in 1 week, I am sure it is happening to a lot more people. I will never visit this location again and will be sure to tell everyone I encounter to do the same. No one should have to visit a tire shop 4 days in a row for something so simple.

Seems to be getting harder and harder to find good quality shops that you can trust will take care of you and your vehicle to the best of their ability, without trying to nickel and dime for unnecessary extras or things you don t need or want. These guys are realProfessionals from start to finish. I ve been taking 5 vehicles to them for service for a few years now and have never had a single issue. They re friendly, fast, fairly priced, provide great all around service every time. I d be surprised to hear if anyone ever had a bad experience here.

Generally you do not usually have to go to a tire shop everyday, and when you do it s usually a very stressful situation because you have a flat tire, or have to get new tires, and it s just usually so stressful.Not here!The service associates are so nice, make you fee right at home, and just take care of you like family.The service is fast, fun and easy.They got us in and out quickly despite being obviously very busy.Very impressed, will come here again whenever I m in town and need any car related service.Rare find!

I used a big o tire location before not too good of an experience but this is one of the best locations I can recommend. The staff was very friendly specifically Marcus and even the owner Jeff. I recently moved to this area so now this become my favorite spot for all my vehicle tire needs. Highlight recommend the place.

The owner of this Big o tires is a great businessman. He cares for the community and offers great deals for those in need. If you ever have any needs related to your tires or anything else for the matter this company will not rip you off. They are fair and reasonable.

I went for wheel vibration problem. They told me it need balance since I hit something on the road. They came back and find the problem, my rims was bent my alignment and balance was good.the employees are vary helpful the person name was Randall goes extra miles to make sure your car get seeing for the same day, thanks big o tire.

They were extremely fast, and kind. I felt very welcomed and not like I was being pushed to get things I didn t need. Randall had extremely good customer service. He was very helpful with explaining everything and making sure we were on the same page.

I've been purchasing tires from Big-O-Tires since I moved to Brentwood 25 years ago. I never had any problems and they are always been very accommodating. Keep doing a great job and you have a customer for life.

I needed a battery and had my granddaughter with me. I called ahead, they made sure They had the correct battery in stock. I was in-and-out in less than 30 minutes they knew I had to be somewhere important. As a result of that I am taking all of my service work back to them. I am heading there this morning to get a leak fixed in the tire. I am also scheduling a 90000 mile service on the Car I am driving. The owner there make sure you are happy I have had other service work done there.

Honestly they were great, I came in for 4 tires to be changed and the total was $580. I payed $480 for the four tires and $100 for labor fees. Good customer service. Just make sure to look at your car and notice when its finished.

Very professional, and polite. They accommodated me when I could not leave my vehicle for several hours. They allowed me to call in, they took down my information, and told me to call back in 2 hours to see if my place had moved up in line. This was fantastic especially considering I only have one vehicle! I called back in 2 hours, and they said that my place had moved up and they were ready for my vehicle. I took my vehicle there, waited for them to rotate my tires, and after about 20 minutes, my vehicle was ready! They even fixed a small leak they had discovered while rotating my tires. Thank you so much Big O Tires!

Made an appointment today to have my brakes inspected and replaced if needed. Well the brakes needed to be replaced along with the original rotors, which the tech replaced rather quickly. While the tech was doing the inspection on the front brakes he noticed the upper and lower ball joints were shot, that explains the 'clunk' in the front end. So I made an appointment for the end of this week to have the ball joints replaced. The shop seems to be run very well, with welcoming staff and capable techs. I will be giving this shop my business moving forward. Thanks.

I take all our family's vehicles here for tires, brakes, struts, etc. I trust these guys! They are upfront and honest and do a great job. They took me back into the shop to show me exactly what was happening with my older car, and gave me options and priorities of what to repair when. It's nice to find a business with integrity so close to home. (Plus, rides if I need them, and Free WiFi! I highly recommend Big O in Brentwood.

I call them and ask them for a quote for 4 set of tires and I was offer many options and they were honest with the recommendations! I call them on Friday and a day later I'm already here getting my new sets of tires. Awesome waiting area it has a big window that you can see directly were the mechanics are working on your car so don't worried nobody is going to try to do something sneaky on your car lol. Come and check it out and you won't be disappointed.

The guys are amazing. Jose F., Randall B., Victor C. and Javier C. This is long but important....Took my Enclave to Buick, GMC Dublin on Thursday 9/16 @ 8am, really early for me. Routine "check up" oil change & tire rotation and 3 or so hours later and a recommendation of front brake pads change and a new right rear tire. Ah!!! I'll think about that....Drove back to Brentwood, it was to late to drive to Los Altos. My husband Lyle insisted on going to Big-O with Buick invoice and service checklist. He made an appt and 2 days later...Randall B checked me in, Jose F. remembered the car and Lyle. He had Javier C. and Victor C. check my brake-pad twice [the saying "measure twice, cut once"]and the measurements were far different from Buick's therefore no need to change brake-pads and no need for a new tire. The 4 new tires Big-O replaced 2 yrs ago were fine, found a nail and plugged it. $$$ Saved us a lot in so many ways.SO BRENTWOOD RESIDENTS!!! let's support our city businesses and when you need car service go see Jose F and Randall B and know that Victor C and Javier C, they'll take care of your vehicle

Brought in my 2008 corvette z06 for a 4 wheel alignment after completion of head/cam/intake swap. I wanted a street/race alignment done since I autocross and Jeff and the crew were very accommodating. Shoutout to Josh, tech, who really watched out for my car rolling onto the lift as well as providing the spot on alignment.
