I'm very impressed with my whole Viking Cycle experience! The fit and quality of the Warlock jacket is exceptional and all of my dealings with Catherine Josephebiker have been very positive!

I had a very smooth, easy, process of receiving the items that I did whilst working with the "Viking Cycle" brand via Livia! She was very quick to respond, and answered any question I had, even with sizing, and certain pricing concerns. She was very kind and considerate while talking to me, and if Livia is the Epitome of the "Viking Cycle" Brand, and their Customer Service and sales department, then I can most definitely see myself working with them again in the future. I have no complaints, she was fantastic to work with!!

Great gear at a great price. Joseph was very helpful in getting my questions answered, and easy to communicate with. Viking Cycle has a wide range of gear for men and women, and I can vouch for the rain gear and chaps personally. Everything is well made and loaded with premium features at a great price point. Looking forward to putting some miles on my new gear!

I'm super fussy about my gear because I travel on my bike a LOT and in all sorts of weather. I need gear that is tough and can withstand rain, wind, and all the dirt that comes along with camping! My extra large sissy bar bag is PERFECT because it has a ton of space and pockets all over, and it's built to last. I worked with Joseph Lampson for my purchase, and he's been incredibly responsive. I can always reach him when I have questions, and he's well versed in the Viking products. It's nice knowing there's real people behind the products I love!

My experience with viking cycle has been amazing. Joseph lampson, the representative I deal with, is one of the best I've ever delt with. Highly recommended to all my friends and family. On top of the amazing customer service, the products are fantastic and durable. I will buy from you again and again .

I love my new vest! All the vests I've found in the past are too short, and not designed for someone who actually rides and needs a quality product. This has inner and outer pockets, it's leather, AND has a synthetic liner for stronger snaps. There's lacing up the side for size adjusting, and the inside pockets can hold your wallet, your gun, or both! This fits me so well, and it goes over my hips, which I adore. Solid purchase! Joseph Lampson was the rep that I interacted with and was super helpful while I decided which vest was the better fit for me.

Joseph Lampson where do I start these Jacket's is cut true to size. Great fit. Great feel. Great looks. Great value. Very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality motorcycle jacket at a great price.Couldn't ask for a better sells rep either thank you Viking !!!

I had such and amazing experience with the help of Livia! Viking makes such great products and I had the most pleasant help maneuvering to get to the product I needed which was some awesome gloves. 10/10 in all categories and I would reccomend this product to all my friends and new friends as well!

I recieved a Gardar vest from Catherine Joseph and Viking Cycle and was very impressed with the fast delivery and everything about the vest it s self. The look, the feel of it, the fit and functionality of the vest was exactly what I hoped it would be and the price is a steal from what I ve paid in the past for similar vests. All in all I have had a great experience with Viking Cycle and will definitely be back for more!

Awesome value and great service from Cathy. Had a few questions about sizing (size chart ends up being spot on) and Cathy was quick to respond and very friendly. Will definitely use Viking products in the future as well.

I can't say enough good things about VikingCycle. Joseph Lampson was great to work with, he was very Responsive with questions and speediness of getting my Rowdy Women's Leather Motorcycle Vest to me. The Vest fits so good and is extremely comfortable. Its not too snug that you can't wear a flannel under it and yet not too big to Rock without a flannel as well. I love all the pockets and the ties on the side make it conforming. I HIGHLY recommend VikingCycle!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible company with tons of mis-information on their website. And much of their information in contradicted on the Motorcycle House website which happens to share the exact same address, but just has a different telephone number. I've tried their telephone and online chat support and it's a total joke!! I would be worried if I actually purchased anything from them... I've been trying to buy from them but can't get any answers, so NO telling whether their products are any good or if they actually support their products if there is a problem with them. I am guessing their other "5 Star" reviews are just fake hand puppets.

I have been harassed numerous times by marketing reps from this company, who contact my social media offering free items, and quickly devolve into sexual harassment on my posts and in private messages. I have escalated complaints before, and have resorted to blocking them, since no action is ever taken. I will never suggest this company to anyone, and will instead tell everyone that I come into contact at my job (marketing for dealerships and brand repping for 10+ companies) that they are the worst thing to happen to motorcycle gear and accessories. This is in direct response to Joseph Lampson, and his inappropriate comments today.
