A customer came in having issues with his ring gear. We ordered it for him before the bike was dropped off because he paid for the parts in full. Once we had the bike in our shop, we realized more parts needed replacing and we would end up with extra parts that we would have to sit on. I called Belt Drives to see if they take returns and spoke to Dan. He was very helpful and told me that it would be no problem and even looked up the part number for the basket that was needed. We will definitely be doing more business with these guys in the future. Excellent customer service!!

Been a long time customer since 2001. I purchased a top fuel belt drive and any time I needed a part or a question they have always been 110% there for me. The owner and his staff are so good to there customers that I will always tell all my friends and public there's no other company that will treat you better than bdl beltdrivesltd. Have purchased a few parts for my dragbike that came equipped with a BDL belt drive, each time Scott Murley's help was outstanding, I can't say enough about how great his customer service is!!!
