Is this actually a 5 star hotel? No. It s a 5 star motel. Considering the price, the friendliness, the service, the cleanliness and just solid working class vibe, I ve never seen a better one. Is a gem. Easy walk to several restaurants, well kept pool and huge parking spaces. It may be the best deal in California.Rooms: Newly remodeled and clean. A bit musty at first but airs out quickly.Nearby activities: Restaurants within easy walking distance.Safety: Everyone is chill. Working folks on away jobs mostly. Up and out before 8am.Walkability: Restaurants, convenience stores, probably other things but that s all I needed.

We had a small room an it was good enough. We needed more room so we changed to a double bed and it is nice. There is not much room service so do not expect much. The prices are not too high though.Everything looks clean and sheets are clean and crisp.Nearby activities: McDonalds is close by with a Playland if you have children and Carl's Jr. Also has a Playland. These are right out the Front Door o this Motel. I am not sure about Activities? There is some Casinos close by on the map, the Rier I Accessible for swimming or visiting.

Lower end Trucker's hotel. Ok if you must stop for the night. The Not So Good: Biggest issue is the noise and thin sound proofing. Right next to highway, so lots of road noise. Units are Motel style with car drive ups right outside the door, so you hear the other tenents and their cars. The windows and doors don't seal well, so you hear people walking past the window even if they aren't talking (which they were). The desk chair was peeling, and the bathtub appeared to have an oily bath ring. The nightstands were on a time delay motion detector, which means the plugged in electronics all died overnight. That was an unpleasant surprise. The Good: Price was lowest I could find. Checkin staff was friendly. Towels and bedding were clean and comfortable. The hot water was not plumbed right (have to point it to Cold to get hot) and took a very long time to heat up, but was fine after figuring that out. (Other reviews complained about no hot water. I think they just didn't have the detective skills to overcome the problem). Room had good internet, as well as fridge, microwave, coffee, a desk, and fixtures that had plugs on them (much appreciated, but note above power-off ). Location had lots of restaurants within walking distance.I would try another place if I had to stay again, especially for a stay longer than a quick rest on a road trip. The road noise and thin walls would become an issue, as well as the powering off of the nightstands.

I will start off with the good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location well it's right next to the interstate which is convenient and yes the noise level is higher however I chose that. Now when it comes to the rooms cold showers, blood smear on the wall, mouse poop by the beds, door appeared to recently been kicked in causing a very large gap between the door and weather stripping, tv did not work, wifi did not work, holes in the wall, and the roof was sagging. We left to go to another hotel and received a full refund. Would not recommend.

Worst motel I have ever been in. In the room: no phone, no hair dryer, no hair dryer at the office to borrow, no hot water in the morning for brushing teeth or taking a shower (let water run for 20 minutes trying to get even warm water) soap bar was one & 1/2 in diameter . dirt along the side boards, dirty floor, sensor on tv didn t work so no tv, drapes falling off, Interstate approximately 40-50 yards from end rooms loud all night long, early checkin or late checkout costs $30.

The room was substandardly serviceable. The door knob was broken and required us to learn wizardry from management to gain access. We went there for dove hunting. As did 99.9994% of the others on this day. It's standard in this town to receive facilities to clean your game on site @ the hotel. We were forced to drive to another hotel in town and use their accommodations.0 stars on service even though the desk person seemed nice. No care is given at this facility for hunters during hunting season. Which is a huge boon to this city's economy.I will never stay here again and honestly feel lucky I didn't get accosted by bedbugs.

Everything I needed. Easily accessible from the highway and easy parking for my car and gig trailer. The front desk worker knew I was coming in late so they went to the room and got the air conditioner going for me before I arrived. No carpets made it great for pets and it was the most comfortable bed I've found at a motel in quite a while.

This place is lovely and definitely up and coming. The shampoos where a beautiful touch. The gentleman who served us was so welcoming and helpful with his gorgeous dog. The WiFi was amazing! Plenty of food places close by, great place to stop on our journey. Considering how close to the road we were we couldn't really hear the road. The lamp had a night light function which I loved.

Hotel room was not fit to be rented out. Front door had 1 inch space between door and threshold, enough for mouse, rat, or snake to get in. Entry door had been painted with excessive overspray on wall behind it. Drywall tape coming loose. Dresser had handle that was coming off. Towel bar was pulled out of wall. Another towel bar was extremely damaged/bent. Door to bathroom was rubbing on jamb with excessive damage to door and jamb. Wrong light bulb revealed exhaust fan motor etc inside light. Quarter sized hole in bedspread. Broken cover for cable coming out of wall. I have pictures to document. We had confirmed reservation for room with King sized bed but that was "not available". When told about the room deficiencies, we were told that the hotel was under new management, as if that explained the problem. However, new management should have recognized that this room should not have been offered until repairs were made. We thought that the Travelodge by Wyndham represented a standard that was much higher than this. Apparently not. Very disappointing.

I stayed over 2 and 3rd of July, Bo was awesome and so helpful, He went out of his way to take care of any issues whatsoever, I would stay there again if I need a nice reasonably priced place, House Keeping, did an excellent job and didn't matter what I needed Bo was all over it. I would recommend this place to anybody who needed a place and quiet place to stay. On a scale of 1 to 10 Bo was at least a 100. The Blonde Young Lady From House Keeping Was Supposed To Get Me A New Key As I Was Locked Out Of My Room But I Guess She Possibly Didn't Know How To Use The Machine But Not Really Anyone's Fault, I would Stay Here Again Was In 138 And If I stayed Again That's My Room Of Choice.

The manager was very helpful with changing my room. The first room had door issues and I did not feel safe to stay in that room. He moved me to a room in the front half and I felt safe there.Rooms: Rooms are basic and not in the best of shape, but my room was clean.Safety: I felt safe enough on the front half, but in the back half I did not feel safe. It's clearly in a "sketchy" part of town.Food & drinks: Mc Donald's and Del Taco are walking distance. Starbucks is close.

Well this property is very close to the freeway, which I like, I was a little disappointed to see that they were working on it. It is a very large Travelodge and they seem to be working on all the rooms not a section at a time. My room definitely needed help with an air conditioning system that was too cold and I could not change it to make the room warmer, a crack in the window that was rather scary, a very dirty unswept floor, and a bathroom that was okay. I'd be interested to see this facility in another year, once all of the renovations have been taken care of.

I will give it a one simply because the place is clean, and I had no problem whatsoever with my room. The problem I had was with Mgmt.Let's start with the AM manager Michelle. She slept with the person that was staying with me in my room and smiled everyday in my face til she realized I knew. Then she pulled a gun on me. 100% trueShe has since moved to Texas. Good luck Michelle. NOT!!Second complaint: I was asked at each checkin for a separate deposit. No problem and I gladly paid the 100.00 deposit for every single room I occupied. During my stay from Feb to April. There were a total of three separate rooms. 300.00 total deposit taken. Received my deposit back for room 154, received my deposit back for room 175. But the very first room that I booked which became the last of the three rooms I went into....they lost my 100 deposit and pretended when I went to check out that they couldn t remember. There was no envelope marked 119. I lost 100. No apology, or concern for that matter. I came a few days later. Nothing. It has been 3 months later and Travelodge has not contacted me or refunded the 100 they lost.As a new retiree my income is very limited and for them to STEAL it like that was unconscionable. No apology. No follow-up? Just steal. Shame on TRAVELODGE!!!!!Shame on Travelodge and it's parent company.

Despite the manager being a nice guy I can't recommend this location at all. I've stayed here twice for work, once for 10 days and the second time I left only 3 nights into a 12 day stay. Some rooms are fairly comfortable, others are not. Wifi does not work unless you are in the tiny lobby. Pool is drained. Laundry room is padlocked. Litter is scattered around. Towels are tiny and rough. Some staff is helpful but other staff is not at all. There are a half dozen inexpensive hotels within walking distance, choose one of those.

Dirty bathroom, smoking room when I asked for non smoking. No internet service for the 5 days I was there. No cable tv in the room they put me in and no coffee maker. Took 3 days for them to move me to a better room and even then they refused to reimburse me for my troubles or even give me a discount after I called corporate. Go elsewhere.

The receptionist was very professional and friendly when checkin us in. Our room had a fresh modern look and amenities but had a strong smell of cigarettes. The bathroom door wouldn't close. The shower was difficult to operate which didn't matter because there was NO hot water so we didn't use it. Price was reasonable but not worth it overall.

Extremely over priced for the condition of this place almost $90 a night. They had county condemned rooms & still fill the connecting rooms with people. The rooms are filthy, shower was moldy, towels stained & tweakers everywhere. No Wi-Fi & can t get signal in the rooms. Just plain disgusting establishment.

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I picked it only because it was on a long drive and this was halfway. It started with the musty smell of vomit in the reception area where I was given a room already occupied, then the dusty dirt parking around the buildings, the non-functioning lights etc in the room, the dirt and damage to walls and the door, the A/C that worked but sounded like a train engine all night. And all the noice from the trucks on the freeway through the paper thin walls and entrance door that hardly closed. Anything good? Well, the bed was clean and comfortable. So at least the management is making some effort. But it is not enough. There are plenty of other hotels nearby that I'm sure is much better than this one.
