We were traveling to Los Angeles from Tucson and had a tie down fly under our car and destroyed a wiring harness. We stopped at Flinn Chevy in Blythe . The service department was amazing! That got us in and fixed and back on the road in 2 hours. We are so grateful for the prompt, professional and courteous attention they provided. Thank you Matthew Curiel for helping us and getting us back on the road.

Since Finn Chevrolet took over the cat dealership and hired Matthew, the service has been excellent. I love going there to get my car serviced and the positive and professional experience I receive. Everyone is there to give good service and it shows. Thank you Matthew and Keoni. Great team.

Marta and Ricky got me into a 2018 Ford focus. Everyone at Larry green worked hard to get me and my daughter into a good reliable vehicle. Thank you all. I will always be grateful for everything the Larry green team has done for us.

First off, I usually don't write reviews, but the customer service I recieved was above and beyond, and I believe recognition is needed.I had an appointment set for 8/28/23 for an emissions fix (dmv request), HUD, and coolent level sensor issues. Matthew Curiel, and customer service department had my vehicle in right away. Matthew called me mid-day to tell me the emissions upgrade was done and diagnosis. He informed me that parts were ordered and would be in the following day and that I could pick the vehicle up.The following day I dropped the vehicle back off, and they offered me a ride to work. At drop off they had my vehicle in and out, replacing the HUD, wiring harness, and faulty sensor. Matthew called me a couple times to inform me on the process and to reassure, that the vehicle would be done on time.Matthew, worked hard to get things taken care of under my extended warranty and he delivered.Long story short, it was nice to recieve the customer service that customers deserve.Thank you all, to the customer service department at Finn Chevrolet.

This is Brian with Happy Racing. We would like to thank everyone at the dealership for helping us out of a bad situation. We were traveling thru Blythe on the way to Anaheim to bring my giant helmet jump & slide to the Monster Energy Supercross pit party. My transmission went out in my vehicle and we spent the night in our camper on the street next to the dealership. I met Tim Port in finance at 8:00 am, then Brian Hillman the sales manager and I talked, he turned me to Adam Warner and I was out of there by 11:00! Made it to the event just in time. I now have just the truck I needed and am very pleased. See you at the races.

The service department including Matt andJuan and the diesel mechanic who fixed my truck went out of their way to help me. My local Chevy dealer in scottsdale failed to properly fix my truck and I had to stop in Blythe for emergency service. The people at Finn Chevrolet gave me priority service and searched for the part I needed which was on back order. They delivered my truck, properly repaired, in the time that they promised. If they weren t 170 miles from my home, I would have them do all my service. I highly recommend them!

From the minute I reached out about the vehicle I was interested in, the entire team was great. From the internet sales guy Rudy who I initially spoke to, to Jesse who reached out the next day to follow up. Due to my distance, Jesse worked we me over the phone and we were able to come to an agreement on the vehicle I wanted to purchase as well as my trade and I made the 3 hour drive, which was absolutely worth it. The dealership made it a point to get as much info from me as possible prior to my arrival to make the process as smooth and quick as possible. I couldn't have chosen a better team for my very first brand new car purchase and would definitely go back.

Went to Finn dealer today on a week end... been to many dealers over the years, dont leave many reviews but the salesman Michael White was extremely helpful he went above and beyond a true genuine guy, we need people like him in all businesses.Recommend asking for him if you want a genuine person to help you out, the experience with this guy was great & very pleased with the service again he went above and beyond! Truly very helpful!

We purchased a 2022 Jeep Gladiator Mojave from Finn Autogroup. Our salesman was Michael White. We were able to negotiate a reasonable price. Since the purchase Michael has personally called us twice to see how we were doing and if there were any issues. I would highly recommend this dealership and definitely use Michael White for his honesty and professionalism.

If your looking for a new or used Vehicle, I highly recommend Chad Norton at Finn Chevrolet. What an amazing person. I instantly felt like he was my best friend, he just felt like family. He was so knowledgeable of the vehicle I was interested in. I instantly felt so secure in my purchase. I have to admit the day before in Yuma, when test driving a similar truck the salesmen had no answers to my questions about the truck. I think you Chad for all your knowledge in the vehicles your selling. Thanks to Chad and the amazing staff at Finn Chevrolet, I was able to bring this beautiful truck home. I can t say enough wonderful things about my truck buying experience. This was an incredible experience with an incredible dealership, the snacks were amazing too. Thanks again Chad, I had my 15 year old daughter with me & she just had a blast. I loved being able to share that moment with her and teach her just how it should be when purchasing a vehicle. I had such a great experience with Adam (Warner). When I finally was able to go down & look at vehicles, Adam had the car I was interested in & some other great deals! I was a nervous reck by the time I started signing paperwork but they (Adam & Tim- finance guy) answered any & all questions/concerns that I had. Thank you Adam so very much for the personalized service! You are so awesome! I am so happy with my vehicle!!!

0 stars would have to be my review......made an appointment to get some work done on my truck, wanted to know if they could do the work and what the price would be, made multiple phone calls to try and get the information nobody would call me back all I kept getting was we're sorry, no one is picking up the phone, left multiple messages. I guess they only care about you if you're going to spend $50,000 on a vehicle other than that you're out of luck. Don't even waste a phone call as it goes nowhere.

Had to buy some lubricants and oils for proactive maintenance on my 2006 Chevy Silverado 1500 4 x 4. Being and older vehicle it can be a challenge to get the correct product AC Delco parts #. The parts fellow "Shane" did an outstanding job in referencing and digging into information databases to see if I got the right products. Great job and customer service.

I have purchased several new vehicles over the years and typically dread the process. The crew at Larry Green (Ed, Justin and Brian) made this the best car buying experience I've had. No games, told me the truth, stuck to the deal we made and delivered the vehicle exactly as promised. They also beat all other prices and when I showed up they located an additional rebate to lower our agreed upon price even further. Above all that, I left with the feeling I can trust these guys. Definitely a 5 star experience here, you'll not be sorry if you shop with Larry Green. Thanks again to Ed, Justin and Brian, you guys are the best.Art Fleck
