Ordered placed back in 12/2/23 for a carbon fiber PP1 wing. I really wish I would have saw these reviews before hand. It was actually a gift from my mom for me. $800+ part. No communication what so ever. Spoke to a rep today on the phone gave order number. Person on the other end of phone said the "shipping manager" was not in it. And would call me back. I gave them my name and phone number. But never got a phone call back. Some of part me had a little hope of still getting this part. My mom has also called,emailed multiple times. And it's the same story as every one else. The run around. It will ship in a week or 2 weeks etc. "It's a custom made piece" I understand things can happen parts are back ordered or short staff. But what this company is doing is unacceptable. Looked them up on Better Business Bureau and have no idea how they don't have any formal complaints besides this google review crap that the company will probably not even see or care about. If you guys decide to own up to this here's my order number #502762. Otherwise I am reporting to the BBB at this time. Thanks

Very impressed with the owner of this business, the way he treats his customers says a lot about the quality of the business. Steve the owner has constantly taken care of my car time and time again, he s someone I can depend on when something is wrong with my car. I have had some issues with my car but everything wrong with it is being taken care of efficiently, thanks to steve. If i take my car in and one of his techs is busy steve will take the time to help or after my car has been worked on if there s anything else that s needed, Steve notices it and fixes it right away. The true care and attention he pays to each build is very appreciated. Although i would like my car to be making more power than it is, im happy with where im at, and once i have the money to continue adding power i will. Keep in mind that building a car is expensive, it s not cheap. If you want a fast, reliable, and properly built car, expect to pay a decent amount, but it will be worth it.Also I was very impatient with the build, THESE THINGS TAKE TIME, so thanks to Steve, he kept me coming back when i would get stressed out and irritated, mainly due to timeline, so another piece of advice is be patient. I m glad to have gone through Nightmotorsport and will be taking my other two Subarus that i have in storage here to get built.Overall the reason i m rating my experience 5 stars is because of the owner Steve and his pure care and passion for these builds. Steve has shown time and time again that he cares about my build and me as a customer, he s definitely extended himself and even calls me the day after he worked on my car to make sure everything is going good, I can tell he wants the best for my build, he won t waste your time and money.Thanks NightMotorSport for the good experience, will be coming back for many many years to come.

Horrible customer service. Not even a tracking number and it s been nearing 3 months. I understand things take time, but not to be hit with the run around every call for help. Worst purchase idea I ve ever had. Can I have my money back yet? Tried canceling my order with an email request twice over the last 3 weeks, with no response. Very disappointed in this company. I trusted you guys with a decent chunk of money, and you had no intention of delivering this product in any way. In steps of full legal actions, never have I had something come to this.

i ordered some fenders for my CLS and they look amazing ! well casted and shipped excellently.So my experience with nightmotorsport went well. it took a long time to arrive and i was little impatient near the end due to some bad reviews. Ultimately this was my mistake for not reading the description properly but these were custom made and were going to take a long time to create, package, set up shipping, and all that. In the end, i m very pleased with them and now that i understand the process better i will definitely buy more parts from them. keep up the good work you guys !i already wrapped them and ready to install

Absolute crooks. Placed a order that was available on their site and then found out the item was back ordered. Waited quite some time before reaching out to them try to just cancel my order and they would not allow me to cancel my order. I must of called at least 20 times talking to a few different people and no one could ever help me. All I was trying to do was get my money back $300+. Then after what seemed like 6 months my order ship after I had reach out numerous times trying to say I no longer need this item. I called pretty upset and they said they would take a retuned but would charge 20% of the cost for restocking. This should have never even gotten this far. Called salesmen and their book keeping and they always promised a return call and never called me back and had to call them myself. Still have never heard back from the last email I sent. I know I will not hear back from them as this is a terrible company. I even asked to talk to the owner and was denied. If I could give 0 stars or less I would. So annoyed with this company.

Ordered an ecu from these people 12/29/23 and it is 4/11/24. and have called multiple times spoke with multiple managers and still to this date haven t gotten a single call back. Mind you I have spent over $1600 for this ecu. If you read this comment don t order from this company. I tried to cancel my order and they wanted to charge me 35% from my order I have never received. Ontop of that I never got a shipping label or anything. This company doesn t care for customer service or return costumers

Hands down one of the best shops to visit in California. The crew is honest and quick. I went in for almost 2.5k worth of work, due to their honesty and knowledge Steve and Dion fixed the issues for under 600. Would i go back? Easy yes for me

If I could do a zero star review I would. I placed an order on February 1st. I was told it was in stock. Get a call the next day that it would be 6 weeks. I then called again at 7 weeks. They said it wouldn t be ready til end of July. I wanted to cancel the order. They told me that they had a 30 percent restocking fee. Why would I lose money on a part you guys don t even have at your warehouse. I emailed trying to cancel because this is what the guy said to do. It has now been a week with no reply. If I do not hear something soon I will take extended actions.

I would give 0 stars if i could. But anyways if you don't have a Subaru DONT even take your car to get fixed right here. They're full of scammers and the technician aren't good at all. Last year I took my evo x to get the transmission, turbo and transfer case rebuild and they made me waste more than 20k, when I got the car back it felt the same or i think it feels worse now. I took it like 3 times and they were sending me to another shop cause they didn't know about evos so I left it like that but 2 months ago they called me telling me that they changed the whole team cause they weren't doing what they were supposed to be doing but it ended up being the same cause when I went back I only talked to the owner but he ended up being a scammer too the same as the rest of the shop. All they worry about is getting money but don't even care about fixing the cars.

Placed my order in September of 23. On line said "in stock" its now March. And I have been lied to more times than I can count. Nightmotorsport employees can't even keep their lies straight called again today no update on my order. I have been told everything from I'm looking at it right now you will have tracking number today. To oops sorry we haven't even ordered it yet. Such a horrible experience. If you can provide the parts you sell then give a refund. It's simple maybe a review will help

Worst experience online shopping.Ordered a wide body kit for my mustang back on September, I noticed they take PayPal or affirm so I choose affrim and split payments for 6 months. I bought the body kit they accepted to loan with affrim right away but never had a message update about the order until 1 month later I reached to them on they website and they called me back saying that they had must of the part of the body kit but were waiting for 3 pieces that they were going to get in January,I reached back on January asking for the order and they said that the pieces were broken and got new ones ordered. I called again by the end January and now they said there going to get the parts in 2 weeks and ever since then I been calling every 2 weeks about the body they keep saying It should be shipped in 2 weeks, now I completely had pay off my loan with affrim 6 months later and I feel like I've been scammed, I asked for a refund they never answers my email or when I call them they said they can't do it through the phone. At least they do pick my calls I wonder if I ever going to the get my body kit or I just lost 1400 dollars

So I had a terrible experience. 3 dudes told me different dates. Last one told me 69 days then said I have to pay to get a refund. But then Jesse called me. Found my bumper. Said it s being shipped out now. So all this said. Do phone orders only with Jesse and he will actually call you when it s suppose to be at your house. Forget anyone else that works for that company

We ordered in Nov. Still no tracking # and no delivery. Do not order from these people. 18 weeks later their best offer is to cancel our order and keep 30%of the cost. Check their BBB listing for many more of these stories. Used to be reliable but something started happening last July and they just stopped sending orders out. On our last call they told us, unsolicited, that employees had been lying to customers and just making stuff up to explain why no one was getting tracking numbers.

have called 1-3 times a week since i ordered my hood. Ordered on September 19, 2023. it is now 4/5/2024 and i have received NOTHING. I get no answers, only "i don't know im sorry". Everytime i talk to someone new, its a different excuse. was told they get hoods and shipments of parts in every wednesday. Yet, I have recieved nothing. Just get told that ill get an email with a tracking number when it ships. What a waste of $800. just go somewhere else.

We ordered a set of 4 lights in November. We tried unsuccessfully to cancel the order in February after zero updates to the order and got the standard blah blah 30% blah blah. So I decided to investigate a bit further and contacted the manufacturer (Australian company). Should this be my job? No, but whatever, I'm a team player. Had an email exchange with manufacturer, who answered my email within 30 mins (take note of THAT customer service nightmotorsport!), and informed me they have not had a US distributer since LAST YEAR. Armed with this knowledge, I'm thinking I'll just call up the company, let them know I did their legwork, they could verify and I will get a full refund since they obviously cannot provide my item. I have issued 2 more emails to the company, called twice and got the standard blah blah, shipping department, blah blah expedite your concern, with absolutely no follow up. I will be filing a complaint with BBB as well as the California Attorney General, and will dispute the charge with my cc company. Please do not buy from this company, find your item elsewhere.

If I could give them less than 1 Star I would! I ordered a part 12/28/2023. It's now 3/27/2024! I've gotten 1 Email from them in that time. I've had to call the 4 or 5 times during this time span to get updates on it. First few times I called they said should be shipping soon. I called 3/22/2024 and they said they put me on a list and the Shipping Boss would get a hold of me. I called again today and they can't even tell me what the problem is and why it hasn't shipped! Emailed them to cancel my Order and still haven't heard from them! Horrible company to order from!

I had the same issue that alot of people are having, I purchase parts for my wife s car back in December 12/3/23 and fast forward it s April 4 2024 . I understand that parts take a while but I don t need them anymore. They was my first and last purchase here

WORST COMPANY EVER!At the beginning of 2024 I placed an order for what I thought was an amazing deal. Insanely excited and eager to receive my order, I do still understand that things take time. I was a bit worried when 48 hours after my purchase there was still no confirmation email or any sort of contact. Me being me I gave it about a week until caving and calling out of worry.After calling and being on hold for almost an hour, and giving up, three days in a row I finally got through to someone. At this point being slightly irritated, the representative assured me that a few things were just on a bit of a back order. If i don t hear anything in two weeks call back. Sounded completely reasonable, and thanked him for helping.Now it s hit the two and a half week mark, so I start calling again. Took about 15 mins of an initial hold before getting to anyone, and a normal rage of 5-10 mins on hold after you give them just a name and order number. This representative continued to reassure me that it s just taking longer than normal, and they are very sorry. He told me to wait a week and he will get back to me with a tracking number.Another week goes by, and I find myself calling them yet again. I told them at this point if I cant get a tracking number today that I would just like a refund. The moment I mentioned that, he placed me on hold for ten mins ( 4:43-4:54). Picking up from the hold he says my manager is not here right now. Your order is top priority, we will call you back tomorrow (Friday) or the following monday at the latest.At this point I m just confused. I never asked for a manager, only for a tracking number or to process a refund. Wednesday rolls around and I call hoping to just get somewhere other than this impossible loop. After confirming my order number I instantly get told. I m being pulled into a meeting with management right now, can I call you back in 30/45 mins I said yes of course. Fast forward three hours later I call them back. All the representative said was you ll have to fill out a form online to generate a refund. Here I go, fill out the form, and wait the 24/48 hours for a response. I find myself days into waiting on this response. I am not one to right tons of reviews but this is UNBELIEVABLE. This is the WORST customer service team I have ever had to deal with.

Placed an order through Night Motorsport for a 2 THOUSAND dollar hood manufactured by Anderson Composites who Night Motorsport is an authorized dealer for. 2 and half weeks go by and I have nothing but a confirmation number from Night Motorsport for my order. So I call to check and get an update on my order, of which they tell me the order has been place with Anderson Composites and it will be about 4-12 weeks. Fair enough.After reading the several horrible reviews, I gave Anderson Composites a call to confirm this. Sure enough, no order has been placed for that hood in the last 3 months.I call Night Motorsport back and confront them. They attempt to reassure me that the order has been placed, but are unable to provide me with any proof.I give it a week and check with Anderson Composites again, they were able to get me on the phone with their sales rep FOR Night Motorsport, and what do you know? Still no order placed under my name, Night Motorsport, or any for that matterNot to mention they state they want a 30% cancellation processing fee. For processing what??? They don t answer emails and it s a hassle to be able to talk to anyone. Night Motorsport is full of liars, scammers, and thieves. STAY AWAY. The BBB will be after you as well as the law See you guys in court and I ll appreciate it when I have every last dime I spent with you scum back.

Today is March 20th. I ordered a CF BMW hood on June 21st 2023. Their website said 4-12 weeks for delivery. I spoke with someone back in October 2023 and the guy said it could take as long as 6 months. So I waited 9 months before calling back (3/11). I spoke with someone who told me the shipment was just arriving to their facility and that I should have a tracking number by Friday (3/15). Called back on Friday and Saturday and spoke with Daniel who absolutely was no help and had no info. Sent an email to their support team for the 3rd time and the automated response came right away that someone would contact me shortly. I called again today and spoke with Daniel for a 4th time with the same answer....they're supposed to be getting back with you. I've paid over $200 for shipping alone. Almost $1600 total and keep getting the runaround. From the looks of all these bad reviews it seems like we should get together and file a class action lawsuit. Keeping 30% for restocking something you've never had is theft in itself. You want to charge someone for talking to you about an item you are never sending?

I ordered a pair of headlights 2 months ago. Was told 2-4 weeks till shipping. I m patient so i was fine. I waited roughly 6-8 weeks for the headlights to ship. Yes the shipping process is slow but their customer service came in great in the end. Happy with my order and the customer service just not with the shipping.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Please do not buy anything on their website! This place is as close as it gets to a scam. Ordered a car part that said in stock and then called after a week since it didn t ship and it takes forever to get someone on the phone, had to call multiple times. Once I got someone on the phone they said it will take up to 12 weeks so then I wanted to cancel the order but to cancel the order you have to submit a contact form. The worst process ever and they don t contact you, so I had to keep calling and it s been over 2 months now and no answer. Whatever you do, stay away from this scam.

Absolute worst company to work with. I ordered rims through this company December 5th 2023. They told me multiple times they're backordered it would only be a few more weeks. Finally decided to cancel my order. Still waiting for my refund. Today is April 3rd 2024

Ordered a new hood for my 350z only for the shipping date to keep getting moved. I'd cancel it if they weren't charging a restock fee (for an item they don't have). Ordered in August, was supposed to arrive in October, and I'm still waiting in February. If you can't get it just say that, and give me back my money (over $700)

Please !! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!. Back in November 2023, I order a front bumper for my 370z Nissan and still have not received it, and we are now in late February 2024. I paid over $800 and every time I call their office to check for on the item arrival time. they give me the run around and refuse to provide me with a tracking number. Save your money and look else where. I will follow my compliant now the department of labor and now take legal action.

Buyer beware!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND. We purchased an item online 8 months ago, unfortunately the item was discontinued. It has taken more than 5 months and we still have not received a refund, just lots of excuses and the run around . Per account manager their one person accounting team was to blame and has been fired. (At least that is the latest excuse) Customer service skills are seriously lacking. The manager Jesse was abrasive, rude and offered no apology or attempt at service recovery.

I ordered two tires that I was told were in the warehouse after two months of no tires I tried canceling order they refused to cancel the order now I randomly get an email with a shipping confirmation I called just to hear that the tires have already been picked up for delivery if I choose to return them there will be a 25% restocking fee. They also charge a 25% cancellation fee even if they don t have the parts they promised very dissatisfied. My shop spends hundreds of thousands of dollars a year restoring classic cars with various parts suppliers. I ll never do business with this establishment again.

Avoid Nightmotorsport at all costs - they're nothing but deceitful thieves and scammers. I made an order for car mats during Black Friday in November 2023, and it's been over 3.5 months, yet my order is still nowhere to be seen. Despite calling their customer support over 20 times, each time I received nothing but false promises and misleading updates.During my first call to customer support, they claimed the product would ship by December 26th. The next call, they pushed the shipping date to early January. Subsequent calls yielded empty promises - someone would supposedly call with updates the next day, but no one ever did. Eventually, I was informed that the product was out of stock and wouldn't be available until the end of January 2024. Then it was pushed to February, followed by claims in early March that the product was manufactured and ready to ship the next day. Now, they've resorted to giving me no updates at all, leaving me in the dark without even an estimated time of arrival.It's evident that Nightmotorsport is advertising products on their website that they have no intention or capability of fulfilling. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Nightmotorsport altogether.

What an absolute joke I ordered my body kit on November 15 of 2023 and was told that it would take 12 weeks to custom build it and be at my door. It is now after 12 weeks and I am trying to Figure out what is going on because I have had zero updates zero communication and my body could still not here. I finally get a hold of an actual person on the phone and they tell me that the body kit is out of stock and it has no estimated time on when it will actually be back in stock. What a deceptive company!!! I got a phone call from them November 21 confirming my order and Telling me that it would arrive on time. Buyer beware!!It is now 3/9/2024 and I ve received my front and rear bumpers but not my sideskirts!! Now this company wants to send me an email telling me that my order has been fulfilled!! I don t think so you shady, thieving liars!!! No one should have to deal with this kind of incompetence when spending time his kind of money!!! If you can t actually fulfill my order than refund half of it above chosen to only send half!!!I left a bad review at the 12 week mark and immediately started getting calls from the company on how they could help and would you please change your review . I told them to start sending my paid for items as soon as possible so they agreed to send half my order then the other half on March 1st. It s now over a week past that with no response to emails or phone calls!! But they will email me telling me that my order is fulfilled without actually fulfilling it!!! Save your money to buy from a reputable company!!! I m not changing any reviews considering you ve lied further!!!! Very unprofessional and definitely deceptive to customers!!! DONT BUY FROM THEM!!! THEY WILL LIE TO GET YOUR MONEY!!!

I placed my order on Oct 3rd, 2023, hoping to have my order before Christmas. They didn't have my order in stock and had to make it a custom order straight from the manufacturer. They didn't request my order from the manufacturer until NOV 16th. They waited over a month to place my order and now it won't even be shipped until the 1st week of Jan 2024. They denied my request for a refund and didn't provide any compensation for my long wait. I called one week after I purchased my order to get an estimate on when it would be shipped. They said no later than 4-6 weeks. It has now been 8 weeks and has now been pushed even further out. They are very bad with communication and updating you on your very expensive order. The only communication I got from this company about my order was the receipt on the day I bought my item. I don't recommend this company if you want to get your items in a timely manner.Edit: Please don t be fooled by their response. They did nothing to get me a refund. I had to go through my bank to get a chargeback. I had to deal with them for over 6 months.
